Very poor packaging, rusulting to damage product and half full item. Very poor form of delivery, for a small item i have to pay unreasonable shipping fee plus postal payment of 5$ for every item. I repeat EVERY ITEM. And i ordered more than 10 items. Not worth in addition you have to wait for almost 1 month for a it to be delivered.

Well i shopped twice now with wish and both times i feel as if the dont care about what i wish at all. Seems that comunication on Wish's eyes dont involve any discussion or asking of anything. 9 out of ten times what i order has some exscuses for why i didnt get what ordered. Or they decide on their own that im not wanting wjat i ordered and refund my money causing my unhappiness. If i order a product then thats what i want so send it and if you fail to get me tge product then know that as the soonest possIble time i still want it. WISH.COM sold be a horrible, non-functioning product for $228 and the customer service response was even worse. I have no way to contact the manufacturer because no information on the manufacturer is available. They are the worst. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WISH.COM!

I purchased a pair of boots that were advertised at $5 for the first customer. The listing said that if I wasn't the first customer, I would receive a full refund for my item. They charged me $64 plus $12 for shipping. I have contacted WISH support on at least 8 occasions, and they refuse to address my issue. They have sent me at least 8 insulting responses. I want my money refunded as promised in the listing. Be aware of this site. I rate it as a 2 star.

I made an order for numerous items. I received a package with a few items in it and when I was asked to review a particular item I realised it hadn't been in the package. Wish was adamant I had received it and would not refund despite me messaging many, many times stating I hadn't. I shall stick to ebay in future they have a decent customer service dept. that doesn't ssume the customer is lying. Terrible customer services, terrible experience.

The seller wrote a confusing description about the quantity, I was expecting more items that what I received. Customer service kept me asking by proof, and replying that the seller sent the right quantity. Stay away from these scammers.

We literally tried cancelling something right after we ordered something and could not. You get an automated message stating that the order has already begun processing and cannot be cancelled. Yet, isn't be shipped until a MONTH Later. Total Scam. Then all you get is a virtual assistant with form responses and literally cannot reach a person for help with an order. Don't waste your time. Once you order through them you cannot cancel and will have to pay shipping each way which is how they keep you from returning anything. You will be stuck with whatever you order as soon as you hit enter with no way to reach anyone

I wish I could give ZERO stars
This is the most DECEITFUL website I have ever used. I was totally scammed by them recently. They advertised a 236 piece toll set including a LARGE COLOR PHOTO of a full tool set for an amazing price of $18. When it was delivered A MONTH LATER, it was actually a single tiny wrench that they now claim can "do the job of 236 tools" and can be "added as an upgrade to the 236 piece tool set in their on line PHOTO"
Since being scammed, I have found tons of other examples of deceiptful advertising on Wish.com. For example: They advertise a BIG PICTURE of a bicycle with a full description of the bicycle with a very tiny mention of the word "light" buried in the description. Their goal is to make the viewer believe they are purchasing a full bike for a great price like $38, when in fact, you are getting ripped off by paying $38 plus shipping for a two dollar light you could buy at Walmart.

I read so many bad reviews about wish but I decided to give them a try bc of the low pricing and free shipping. ALL the items I received looked nothing like the actual item I ordered. This site is perfect if you like throwing your money out the window in exchange for junk. Another issue I had was some of the items doubled in cost after checkout?! Wtf wish.com?! Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
