Let's start talking about WISH and their lies. Everyone knows they sell phony knock off merchandise, that's a given. However, I will provide you consumers a list of additional lies that Wish.com extensively uses to reel you in and scam your money. First, the "Exress" icon is a link to items that are supposed to arrive in 1-2 weeks at most. This is a flat out lie. Even using the "Express" shopping, the items still come from overseas and I am waiting more than two months for several items. Secondly, when you contact customer support, it is 100% automated. Regardless of how much you think it is not, or if they respond and have a name at the bottom, you can quickly see that it is a blatant automated LIE because I received the exact same responses from four different items, on multiple contacts to customer service... the same responses from the same person. NONE of those responses dealt with the question I posed. They only blamed COVID delays and refused to acknowledge the fact that WISH lies about delivery times with leads to the final thing. Lastly, WISH sells you something with a date that it will be delivered. That date is a lie. Upon reaching that initial date, WISH will then go into the system and change the date to one that is at least one month further out than the original date. If you are lucky, it may show up then. WISH lies and will not acknowledge that they do this. I research scumbag companies like this and try to protect consumers, I have over 96 orders with WISH and they have "almost" all ended up in disaster. I would avoid them like the plague, or COVID to be more modern.
I would like to warn Buyers of my experience with WISH.
Purchased a Long Sleeve T-Shirt on 12 the May which was supposed to arrive on 22nd May.
After repeated 'Chats' with Wish, promises after promises ended with a 'Full Refund' if item does not arrive by 5th July.
To-date, I have NOT received the Item.
Worse, all 'Chats' with Wish on my Item has been delinked such that I cannot reach them wrt item.
All traces of all my Purchases does not exist anymore on their website.
All responses from them cannot be replied because it has been Unlinked.

So disappointed they say my parcel has been delivered and it hasn't and they won't do anything and I am waiting for a refund for another item 2 wks later and yet again they won't do anything

For the most part Wish has delivered everything I've ordered and most of the jewelry has been very nice, however there are items that I have not received and the orders are a couple months old.
Just don't ever buy anything from Wish, because they will TAKE OVER YOUR LIFE with emails. Constant. Doesn't matter if you unsubscribe, or complain or reason with them. Be warned.

Whilst Amazon is the BEST and BEST RUN company WISH is truly the WORST! They put through an order I NEVER AUTHORIZED and trying to get my money back that they essentially stole has been hell! They WANT to put you through hell! I'm convinced of that. I even saw a ladies order of a big stand mixer for £58 pounds and they sent her a 50cent WISK!

To get your order they will lie. They say ship from USA. You order then they say ordee getting ready. Shipping from china. Been months to items. Stay away.

I ordered 9 items from wish.com on 31st of october.
They promised date of delivery it in 10 of december but it never arrive then again they said it will arrive on 18 decemeber it never arrived i waited another 2 weeks but no delivery i even checked with the post office but nothing was sent on my name which means its a totally scam.
After all this time of waiting i decided to ask for refund assuming maybe they lost my package, but until now no refund in my account and its been more than 2 weeks.
I wasted my time and my money also they have charge for delivery per every single item.
Who will refund me my money back.

Saw a watch I wanted to purchase for $19US, clicked on buy and suddenly the price had changed to $27US. Wouldn't even risk it, who knows what will actually charge my card.
I like the products but its aggravating when the tracking isnt accurate. I love the prices. I recommend Wish to many people. I dont buy many clothes due to sizing.

I bought a product from wish online. They sent me the product which I never ordered. Now they are not refunding my money back, nor they are exchange the product. They just befool the customers, grab their money and no service after you buy the product online. I would request all of you not to go buy any product on wish online. This is the worst shopping app ever. Deals sound good and look good but the products are GARBAGE. All come from China and you are normally shipped the wrong products.
The send some thing else, I pay 35 $ for flash camera and the send some thing else and if I want to resend it I have to pay for that.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
