I orders something it never came. Contacted Ish and they gave me a refund. Ordered from another supplier and the wrong product was sent. Got a refund. Now ordered from yet another supplier and it is late. I'm losing patience and faith.
I used to be quite happy with the hole Wish experience, it used to be exciting looking through the mail expecting something, but recently I've found that Wish has a really poor customer service and the only thing that they can offer you is a refund, while you don't always want that, sometimes you really want what you ordered.
Same as the poor customer service, they lack controls over the stores and things they publish, for example, the store publishes a bunch of pictures of sunglasses, the description states that you will get a pair of sunglasses, the package contents state the same and after 2 or 3 months of wait you get on the mail a sunglass protective bag... Even worse, you try to get to the sunglasses you purchased to see where did it said that you would get a sunglass bag and the item is no longer available for consultation!
Wish used to be a nice place to shop, but now, I'm really not inclined to buy or recommend Wish to any other person
They advertise and picture a product when you receive what you thought you ordered it happens to be something else. Also takes forever to receive your items going past the date they give you to expect your items if you receive them at all.
I have ordered from Wish, and what is pictured in the catalog is not what you receive. From my experience with Wish the company practices bate and switch. The company "sucks", don't order from him. I give Wish 1 star only because there's not a lower rating.
You will not get what you ordered. If you want to return. Sorry, you are dealing with computer. And it take more than 1 month. At last. You might be not getting your refond. Aliexpress has much better shopping expirence.

Love everything about wish getting things for my wedding to my new husband Martin and getting things for him that he likes. Plus I am still thinking about getting things for our family thru wish because it the best place to shop.
If you get anything from Wish, first read their return policy. You have to pay to return the item on top of paying to have the item shipped to you.
What a scam. Never will I purchase anything from them again.
I'm surprised their still in business.

Ordered shoes and where way too big, where crumpled and was a waste of time and money, had to return them ended up lossing $10.75, they issued a refund which was fine. But there is no easy way to contact the seller and the whole thing is a bit dodgy i would not recommend but hey thats online shopping for you. The shoe was listed as size 44, the internet(because i am no shoe specialist) said size was 44, which is equivalent to a size 10 in AUS/UK(which what i was looking for) when they arrive they where so big they felt like a size 12. (Rant) - Usually the sizes in China are much smaller but i blame who ever makes these stupid shoe sizes different for every country, why cant a shoe size be universal for all humans? So dumb, ''they say because not all feet are the same'', yeah that is why you have more than one size derr.
I get good deals and purchase often, but it is BUYER BEWARE. I know my items will usually arrive late, but they will refund you in most situations when this occurs. Usually I am quite satisfied with my purchases... awesome kitchen carpet runner, lace blouse, lace hoodie, kitchen clock, pillow covers, glitter phone case, cute shoes BUT make sure you read the description on their products... sizing is different in Asia. I am a Canadian xl but must buy at least a 3xl on this site.
Occasionally the materials are quite cheap too but mostly I am very happy with purchases.
I have spent hundreds if not more on the wish site. There are indeed lots of good bargains, but there is also a load of rubbish on there to. I am still waiting for 2 items that I have paid for. The thing that really got to me, WAS? I was waiting for an item [stockings] I noticed that on my wish info it stated that I had received this item on the 24/04/2019. But I did receive it on the 04/05/2019. How can they alter my goods received without my consent?
Please look at the P&P & the colour & size, this raises the price Dramatically. I have been told I have had a refund but according to my bank I have never received the recent credit to my account. Buyer Beware

Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
