By the time I received my cheap X27 Plus 5.8 Android for my kids, at a cost of $69.30, and realised it didn't work, it was too late to lodge a complaint. I found the phone would not hold a charge - and indeed, overheated dangerously using the charging mechanism provided. In addition, PayPal has to this date, refused my claim after I followed their instructions, returned the phone to ContextLogic at the address provided to me by PayPal. PayPal say that although I provided a tracking no, this is not acceptable since the phone could not be returned since ContextLogic "not known at this address". PayPal now say I needed to, contrary to all their site info, provide a pic of Australia Post stamping the envelope, next to the tracking no receipt - which cannot be done during "no Contact" posting in the Covid crisis. It now appears that ContextLogic actually is the OWNER of Wish.com. Who smells a rat and why is PayPal supporting Wish.com?
I wanted to order several small earrings from the same seller but they do NOT combine shipping and the reason the price is so low is that shipping is not! Item purchase is $50 and shipping $50?! What a scam! Give me a break omg

All my items came to me. And they came like 2-3 weeks early that expected. There were a few items that came in that wasn't of good quality but I managed to alter them to make them what I wanted.

Flower girl dresses. They were beautiful and just as described.
Their baskets were nice, my bouquet was beautiful, the bouquets for my girls were not what I had expected but I fixed them up.
I love wish I shop there A LOT!
The lower than low prices are great!
I ordered 3 things, boots size nine got size 7, dog bed size 70 mil got 60 mil, briefs size extra large, fit size small. Could not contact customer support tried multiple times. I even tried emails and they told me to contact customer support. I explained I was unable to contact customer support this went on and on. So again I say wish is a farce. I am unable to give a picture for I sent everything to good will.

I ordered many items since February that I never received it. They added 20 days more the date to arrive a couple of days before that the expire date. When you check the tracking order you find that the items never leave China. I waited almost 4 months and I don't know when I will receive it. I sending email almost every week and the only answer is... your claim is #... they have my money and I don't have my items and I can not do nothing because they never answer.

My portable power station wasn't delivered to the right address and because it was confirmed delivered that I can't be allowed for refund. The supplier of the item wrote a wrong address, I'm not getting a refund. Not a good refund policy. I paid for $108.00 item I didn't receive.

Ordered over ten items on November 30th 2016. It is now Jan 29th 2017 and 8 out of ten items have not been delivered! Yes... 8 out of ten! Refunds are promised but I have yet to see one appear on my credit card statement. Do not order clothing- goods are cheap, knock offs and sized far too small!
The pictures in the Wish app depict products that are Not the same as the actual products that they are selling. The Wish app sells poorly-made, knock-off products that are intended to look like the pictures represented (but are not realistically comparable in size, shape, color, or quality). I bought two products through the Wish app and neither item matched the product depicted in the picture on the app. I wasted my money. Be warned.
This business sucks. I tell you how long does it take to ship something i mean seriously? I had got my Prom stuff from Wish and I did not get it in time. I had gotten a tiara and a liner. They did not come in until a month later and I was not happy.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
