My product was first postponed and then didn't arrive at all - took a couple email with Wish to get my refund.
I buy more than once a month on this site. The website is very reliable and the products of good quality.
No complaints. Item was as shown. Received it earlier than promised. Wife enjoys the items she had bought in the past.
Still awaiting items after months. What I did receive was of poor quality/fake products. I won't be using the service again.
This company is the worst false advertising and the quality of there Product suck its a scam dont waste your time

Phones are all knockoffs that do not work in the US. I ORDERED 10. The orders were all cancelled. Finally after 10 weeks I received an s21 ultra. NOT A SAMSUNG, LOL. NOTHING IN THE PHONE WAS CLOSE TO WHAT A SAMSUNG S21 HAS IN IT. ITS A JUNK PHONE THAT DOESNT WORK ON THE US NETWORKS.
Ordered some undies and clothes for my girlfriend... sizes are not even close to US sizes... a 3x may be a medium in the US.
One exception are the sex toys... some are as, described and of decent quality... ALTHOUGH,, the $#*! cages seem to run rather small, NO PUN INTENDED, Lol.
I will say that returns were handled well
BTW, wish is a US company based in San Francisco.

I'll try and be brief, although I can talk about this for about a week!
My first order was no problem. Shortly after I had placed my order my debit card that I used to pay with was debited for an erroneous charge. My bank notified me immediately. I had to get a new card and stop any charges from that card! I hadn't put two and two together at that point, so I started another order. I added a bunch of items into the cart, but never finished the transaction! I actually had forgotten about it until my bank called! So, the bank figured out that WISH was the company that frauded my account. In addition, they had charged me for the items still in my cart, and items I hadn't even looked at! This fraud had happened shortly after I placed my first order. Oh, I firgot to mention, they also frauded my PayPal account!
I contacted their Customer Service, and was told "We're sorry. Please keep the items that have already shipped, as our gift to you!" GIFT? They took money out of my account TWICE, and they were giving me a "gift?" I should have read the reviews online and on this "Sitejabber" resource. Woulda saved me a bunch of trouble!
This outfit is a scam! They sent me the wrong item and after investing too much time in trying to get a refund, I've given up. I've been had!
Use to love wish but the oast year everything has been coming in late by months, i once got refunded for an order that i received 5-6 months later...
I paid for 3 or 4 items & never received them will not use you people ever again, so please do not send me any updates on any goods
Wish stole my money! I placed a order, after Wish took my money for the order the screen went blank. I have been sending emails for six months. I kept getting the same responses. Go here, send this We'll get back to you. I kept saying the screen went blank, but you guys took my money I even sent a screen shot of the m. C. bank statement. Nothing happen! They sent me a email saying they could not find anything and to send a confirmation number. A number that never Came, They kept saying they couldn't find anything with the number I sent showing the date they took my money! The last 2 emails I sent both got form email both said someone will get back to you in 2_ 3 day. One was 9 days ago, the other 6 days ago haven't heard a thing. Can't speak for anyone else but 468. And change is alot of money for me... another order was suppose to be delivered in oct. I got another email in oct saying it would in dec In Dec. Got a email saying it was with Canada post along with a tracking number, no phone number at Canada post to check. I finally call Canada post. They had nothing! People stay away!

Most of those things that I am buying on WISH I never getting! I spending a lot of money and getting only partial refund! Feel very frustrated about WISH! I would never buy anything from WISH again!
I bought a pair of Apple AirPods, I also ensured they weren't the knockoff brand before I bought them. They took over a month to arrive, and when they did they don't work properly. They don't charge, and on the rare occasion they do charge, the battery died almost automatically. When I tried to contact constiper support, he just talked in circles and took days to respond each time. Eventually I was told I would receive a return label. Then the conversation closed and I couldn't respond again, I also never was notified when or how I would get this label. When I contacted them again, the same agent spoke in circles again and said he would contact the store and see what he could do, even though he already said he contacted the store and told me I would be provided a return label. After he said this, the conversation closed again and I couldn't respond. Every time I try and contact again it does the same thing. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A SCAM.

The quality of the products are very poor but taking into account their price i suppose you cant really complain.

I saw on Wish.com that 50 pcs of surgical face masks cost $5, good deal right, especially in the current situation, So naturally I placed an order (Luckily I only place 1 order). I placed my order somewhere in Feb 2020, till now I have yet to receive my item. But guess what, when I go back to check my order, I clicked back the item that I ordered, the posting immediately change 1 pc of surgical mask instead,, Lucky for me, I took a screenshot of MY ORDER and sent it to their Customer support but to date, they only "manage" to investigate and tell me that my order was for 1 pc. HELLO... DID YOU NOT SEE THE SCREENSHOT I SENT?! To make things easier for you, I even circled the original posting so that you no need to search for the information. I ask for refund but NO NEWS as usual
I also ordered a mobile phone supposed to arrived on 27 Apr (ordered in Feb as well), waited for almost 2 months. When the item did not arrived as per scheduled, the customer support can only gave me standard replies asking me to wait till 10 Jun. Even if I want to ask for refund, THEY TOTALLY IGNORED ME!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
