Wish is one of those businesses that have strong supporters, and strong enemies. That's it: no one is ever on the fence when you ask them their opinion of shopping at Wish. Love it or hate it, Wish is here to stay. I have never ordered any electronics, just clothing and beauty products, with the occasional free jewelry item. I've had good luck with ordering clothing and I always ordered my exact size like i do everywhere else with only one bad experience with a winter coat. I ordered a medium and I received a garment so small that it fit my friends 9 year old daughter perfectly. Everything else, sweaters to dresses and blouses were true to size. The free jewelry was absolutely stunning and the makeup came as described and I loved it. The only caveat was the time it took to receive my items. Sometimes it took so long that I had forgotten what i ordered. So, if I were to give some advice, it would be to stick with clothing, health and beauty products, and Home decor and stick with Best Buy and Crutchfield for electronics.
I would like to warn Buyers of my experience with WISH.
Purchased a Long Sleeve T-Shirt on 12 the May which was supposed to arrive on 22nd May.
After repeated 'Chats' with Wish, promises after promises ended with a 'Full Refund' if item does not arrive by 5th July.
To-date, I have NOT received the Item.
Worse, all 'Chats' with Wish on my Item has been delinked such that I cannot reach them wrt item.
All traces of all my Purchases does not exist anymore on their website.
All responses from them cannot be replied because it has been Unlinked.

I have contacted Wish at least 10 times on how I cannot receive shipping and order confirmation emails. Every time they were unhelpful, gave me next to nonsense simple remedies that a 5 year old would know that never worked. As it stands, since the brick wall of customer service isn't either understanding what I am saying due to their lack of basic English or they do not care enough to audit my account and find a remedy, I have in app notifications only to go.

I bought a shower head from Wish in May which was severely damage, and I believe had previously been used and returned to Wish. I can't tell you how many emails went back and forth with Wish asking for more and more information, and then they would change the customer service person, who would ask me for the same information over and over again. And it just went on and on. The end result as of today, a final farewell to the worst company that I have ever dealt with. This is an absolutely genuine review. I have kept all of the correspondence in order to verify my claim EBay have delivered an identical shower head to my home today. If need be I can send you by seperate mail photos etc. Never ever deal with Wish again!

I finally received my package even though my order history disappeared. It was supposed to arrive May 2nd but I didn't receive it until June 1st. The 2nd day I had the ring set the main stone fell out and I have no idea where... I will never buy from them again obviously the rings were cheaply made

My card numbers have been stolen and payments have been made of hundreds of euros on wish, which I have never spent. This shows a significant security problem... Since I usually need to confirm payment through my bank app on my phone... Don't order on this website...

I have had problems with over 75% of the orders placed on wish.com. I ordered one item in particular on two (2) separate occasions and BOTH orders were botched up by wish personnel. I ordered a PURPLE flag two (2) different times from wish.comThey sent me a dead red flag on the 1st order and they sent me an acid washed blue flag the 2nd time I placed the order. This is pathetic and totally unacceptable. Wish.com is a logistical nightmare and should not be allowed to sell their "knock-off" items in the United States! Www.AliExpress.com has better pricing quality products, faster delivery, & excellent customer service. Don't waste your time or money with wish. Com!

The site policy states they want you to be satisfied w your purchase. But wish app never does this.
Wish app doesn't state that a clothing items is in China size and the customer service told me I could return the items at my cost because the seller filled it correctly but again didn't put in his description that the size was based on China sizes.
If you order an electronic stuff the sellers on wish will send you a knock off. They will always send a very poor quality of items.
Pictures never framed and again it doesn't say this in the description.
The charging cables are so poor quality that it be better to get one from the dollar store.
If a shipment is late past the time they stated it would be delivered by the app makes you wait another 2 weeks past the time.
They give you a very sm credit for the delay but the app gets to decide on how much you get to use on a purchase.
This app is so full of misleading and false advertising and won't honor any type of refund even when the seller is clearly at fault.
The picture I choose was of my dog she wears a medium shirt and I ordered a Lg just so it would be bigger on her. This shirt is like a size sm it's so tight and cuts into her legs. The wish agent said because the label says size LG the seller filled it correctly even though it so obvious that this is not a size Lg and told me I could return at my expenses

I've been ordering from wish for several years. It has got its share of hits and misses. Products were typically good for the price you paid. Shipping was average. A few times in the past I never got my item, even though the WISH tracking said it was supposedly shipped. Later on it got more frequent as well as complicated, getting messages from the seller that it was out of stock and will be shipped immediately (wasn't it already shipped on the tracking app?). Obviously never came after a longer wait. Got a credit on WISH which I used to purchase a different item and having paid the balance. Same crap. WISH support said they were checking up on it, finally saying that they would refund me (which wasn't even the full amount but rather only the balance excluding the primary amount, thus I was at a loss). Soon after I had too many problems logging in to my account. That was the final straw. It has been a month since I uninstalled the app. Found a much better site of which I am happier with.

I ordered what I thought was two bottles of Chanel perfume. Received 3 months later and they are fakes I paid over $120 per bottle Australian. I have been on a loop of emails and AUTOMATED rubbish responses. You cannot contact them, it's infuriating! NEVER AGAIN

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
