I ordered it with normal expectations that it would be shipped within 2 to 3 days. It was listed as in stock. Then 6 days with nothing shipped. Don't expect it fast. Got a refund and will spend it with someone who actually ships what you paid for.

The USPS post man delivered the jersey to the wrong house and several days later the neighbor down the street brought the package to the house. MLB processed the return before the package was found. Great service.

I enjoy the interface and there's a wide range of markets. My friends geo location quit working after he won big. His other sports book apps work great. I also had one of the 80 dollar referral bonuses never get paid to me. But I still come back and check the rewards and if they are good I still use the app weekly.

My friend still can’t use his Sportsbook app after his big win. And I still haven’t got my 80 bonus bucks for my second referral.

Overall, Fanatics has been excellent. Their shipping dept. could be better; they need to learn to package collectible items much better. But customer service was great about replacing a damaged item so overall I was happy in the end.

I had a Funko Pop arrive damaged and contacted Customer Service for a replacement. Process was quick and easy & replacement arrived within a week!

They have great sales, and great merch. I mainly look for WWE merch and they always have it. Plus whenever I need a sports gift I can always shop the same place. I don't follow sports but I have a lot of men in my family that do and they always appreciate sports related gifts. I know I can always go to Fanatics for my shopping. Hey guys the hats are good but when you ship hats plz try to put them in plastic bags then put them in the box cause sometimes they do get dirty or might get a spot on them I know I don't want a dirty hat that I paid high dollar for just saying guys thanks

Fanatics has always tried to let me know of deal's related to my interests and if I have had an issue as long as I have been able to get ahold a representative to speak to instead of texting I have been able to deal with any of my issues.

I had a use a alternate site to make my complaint so that I was able to actually able to speak to a live person and that had to be related to fanatics but everything was delt with accordingly.
