I won't wear most things that they sell, but if you look long and hard enough you can really find some gems at great prices.
I love Zara! Though website usability could be better, their products and price are awesome) Love that they have kids clothes, it fits me well=)
No respect for customers. Customer cars is rude,I feel bad each time I contact them. I guess they help some forms if corruption in Montenegro.
Zara has great designs but the quality of the construction is so poor. Zippers get stuck after several wearing and hems fall out.
I did get my items- 2 pair sandals, different sizes. Not correctly sized. Cost to return was too high so had to donate.
This is the WORST store I have ever dealt with. They give false info and take your money. They should be ashamed!
The new release this season is totally my fav! I bought the shirt two weeks ago and looks great. Already a fan!
My girlfriend ordered two packages from the Zara.com website to be delivered to our home adress. And since then, the past two weeks have been a nightmare. Both packages were lost by Fedex and Zara refused to do the appropriate procedure to compensate us for the loss.
I called Fedex multiple times and build a solid case to show that the package was not delivered to us. Fedex representatives admitted their mistake and were willing to refund the value of the missing packages. The only thing Zara had to do is to start a claim with Fedex to get a refund.
However the Zara customer service was extremely unhelpful and deceptive,. They delayed systematically the start of the investigation. In the end they refused to start a claim with Fedex although it would have led to an automatic refund.
Although lauching a claim procedure with Fedex would have been costless and effortless to Zara, the customer service was
The behaviour of Zara customer service was unbelievably unprofessional.
If I can give you an advice, do not order anything on Zara website; you have a high probability that you'll package will be lost and if such thing happen you can be sure that Zara won't do anything to compensate you.
Zara customer service quality is below any other compagny we ever dealt with. What we experienced is nothing short from theft. We are now considering legal actions to obtain compensation.
My girlfriend was a devoted customer to the Zara brand, now she will never do any business with them again.
I've spent nearly 20k... Yes... 20k over the past decade on Zara wardrobe for my daughter's.
I've strictly buy in sore until this year, which I made my first online purchase. For the most part the ordering process was ok, unfortunately some footwear didn't work- I had to return- and literally had to spend over 3 days tying to get my refund.
Ok... Well that issue was resolved as much of a pain it was
BUT I had a quality issue with the one polo I purchased.
My daughter wore the item 2x, and I washed it, in my brand new washer, on delicates and in cool. I then let is hang dry.
Unfortunately the item pilled SO badly... it's polyester based, from recycled material, which really shouldn't be an issue and yet it was.
I had to spend over 4 hours talking to RUDE, SLOW, and obviously INCOHERENT.
No one could come up with a resolution... Stating that their policy is that items can only be return in perfect condition and with tags attached... Ok. Well. How is that possible when the fricken issue happened AFTER it was worn?
I asked to speak to a manager or supervisory and every agent I spoke to refused.
What in the world is that kind of customer care? Never in my life. I refuse to purchase anything from this trashy company again.
Customer service doesn't understand a word saying and they were less helpful. I had to return an item and right now I am left with no option
I was in zara home at 17:15 in Kingston bentall center I saw two coustomers they had something to buy and one of the staf she was in the till she didn't open the items to check them and then scan them she just scan all of them as a normal and when they went out the alarm start they came to check and it was two items she just put them into the bag and the coustomers they didn't know about them she was so rude to them and she tried to tell them they were shop lifters as a staff she was really horrible with coustomer because it was her fault it wasn't good for coustomer service in Zara they have to make really serious disition about her hopefully they doing that
Love all my new Zara items!
Fit perfectly!
What a wonderful way to shop with such a successful outcome!
On Jan 19, at 1.30pm, in fairview mall branch, toronto. I lean on a table waiting for my friend in the fitting room. Zaras staff come over, push a small table against me, she lower her eyes and said in anger tone ask me not to lean on the table. She is in brown color, over 30 yrs old, has straight long hair to her shoulder. I told her she is rude and she could present it more politely, at least with a smile. She just walk away and I saw her complain to someone, then a guy in his 30s, 5'6", also brown color, come to me and tell me he is the manager, He apologize with no sincerity. I ask him the staff's name, he said under the company's policy, it is confidential. He did not give me his name either, so I suspect if he is the manager for real. One thing funny he said to me, if any compliment to our staff, we are pleased to provide the staff's name, if it is complaint, we cannot give you the staff's name by company policy. I write to zaras facebook, they ask me to give the detail in private message, I think they will investigate and watch the surveillance recording tape, but what I found out is... i never heard them back and they just take off my complaint message from their facebook, as if they never heard my complaint before, they just choose to cover it up!
Contacted customer service via WhatsApp as you can't talk to anyone. They failed to reply. Appalling!
I often order clothes online at this store. Here are reasonable prices and pretty good quality. Good service.
I ordered some white eedge shoes from Zara on- line. They arrived with a complimentary huge black stain on the front. Only someone blind would have failed to see the stain. When I rang Customer Services the man's attitude was disgraceful. He told me if I wanted them I would have to order them again and pay twice with another postal charge. He said that a return form would come for the damaged shoes into my email account in two or three days and then I was at liberty to post them back and get a refund in around two weeks. I was on the phone for 30 minutes for no reason as he kept going away from the phone and at no time did he apologise. Therefore, with the phone call, the extra postage and the two week wait for the return of my money, along with the hassle of returning the shoes, I would guess I'm about £15 out of pocket because they sent out a new pair of shoes that should have been thrown away. Disgusted doesn't come close to how I feel. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ZARA AGAIN And I suggest that if you want to be treated well, you shouldn't either.
Huge wait to pay for items at Watford branch due to customers returning items at the checkout. Left after 10 mins in queue without buying. JUST OPEN ANOTHER FREAKING TILL!
I don't shop Zara often anymore. I used to. A lot of their clothes is not really petite friendly. And even if some clothes that are petite friendly, I found them to be too trendy or too immature to wear to my conservative work place. Zara online website is great. Shipping is relatively fast. They usually will ship out within 2 business days. And they use Fedex to ship to me. I never had issues with their customer service. Packaging is awesome, it always comes in paper box that warp nicely. However, quality is not that great. That's why I don't buy from Zara often anymore.
If I do buy from Zara, I really have to make sure quality is decent. From my past experience, Zara's quality can be worse than FOREVER 21. But charge 99 dollars for the same quality as FOREVER 21. I bought a blazer from Zara once, and accidentally got some nail polish remover on it, it initially melted the lining inside the blazer. And as I look back again, it kept melting the inner lining, and when it finally stops, it was a HUGE hole. I believe it was the nail polish remover had some chemical reaction with the lining. And I was curious enough to try it out on my other blazers from various retailers. I put nail polish remover on the inside lining of a blazer from other brand, and none of them have issues.
I hand washed a Zara white dress, as soon as I put in the water with detergent, the neckline area has purple dots all over. I washed some of the Zara's sweaters, tops, jackets. And some of them pill like crazy.
I do own a few quality pieces from Zara over the years. But not so much. I say at most 3-5 quality pieces over the course of 5 years shopping from Zara.
If you want trendy and super fashionable pieces, then buy from Zara. But if your goal is look for quality pieces that last years to come, Zara is not the best place for that. Zara's design can be better FOREVER 21 or your typical mall store, but the high price at Zara doesn't guarantee quality. Your 99 dollar Zara dress may not last you long.
Answer: Nothing. They won't help you at all. Good luck! Don't ever buy from them again!
Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
