I bought a bag from zara which leaked over all my clothes and damaged my clothes. This was a cheap quality bag. I then returned the bag to the store and zara then mentioned that will not help and not give me a refund due to the fact that they had printed an incorrect receipt for me on that day. This was clearly their fault and not mine. The receipt they printed said it was shoes' when I had never bought shoes from them. And it was actually the bag. Eventually they got the bag back and I have never got my money back. They are very tricky with the way they label their products on the receipts. So please be careful. Their bag was very cheap quality. I feel cheated by them after what they have done as I was always a very loyal customer. Is it not the issue about the bag, it was also the way this whole case was dealt with. They basically stole my money, cheated me, printed a receipt with incorrect information and took the product back. I am extremely disappointed and hurt. Please do not trust this company.
I used to shop from them a lot and I trusted them. Now I do not trust them at all after this incident and I am going to create awareness to other customers about this incident. If anyone wants to see pics of the bag or any other information please contact me and I am more than happy let you see what Zara really is. They were not even helpful to try and resolve the matter and the issue had been going on for more then 3 months. The bag at the end of the day was worth £17. I have spent literally over £2000+ on their products over the years. And they have now lost a valued customer. Until this is resolved, I will be creating awareness online and where ever I can to what they did to me. I will also not be buying anything else from them as they stole my money and stole the bag back ( as I was the owner of the bag, since I paid for it). I order a wool coat and blazer on 09/30/16, Zara sent me tracking number that the items will be delivered on 10/03/16. But I haven't received it! I called the customer services, but because of extreme weather, no one answered my call and they didn't even notice me when the phone services will be back. So I called next day again, still the same. Then I decided to sent them email. They email me back they will investigate my case. I wanted my wool coat so much so I called them about it. The customer services told me they will investigate. Two days later, I received their call that my case has been denied, after my strongly requirement, Zara told me they will investigated again. Two days later, I revcived their email ( not call) my case has been denied. I called them immediately, the customer services questioned me why I'm not home at 4pm when the package been delivered! Such an unerhical business behavior! The I requested to talk to manager, the manager left her extension number and her name and told me they revised my case again. Today, I recived phone call from them, they told me my case is denied. No refund, no apology! I sincerely feel the customer service are the theives and help Zara steal money from customers! I asked the manager on the phone what if this case happen to you, what will you do? She doesn't answer my question.
Avoid this company at all costs! I had three different problems with the same order.
Firstly, items did not arrive on time. When I checked the tracking I was horrified to see not only was it registered as having been delivered but there was also a stroke where my signature should have been! Needless to say I was horrified that this company would forge my signature thereby essentially stealing from me. I rang customer service who didn't seem very shocked which led me to believe this is a regular occurrence. They said they would look into the matter for me but my husband resolved it by contacting the courier company himself. Eventually the package did arrive approx a week later that promised.
The next problem was that the tags on the items showed the price to be 10 cheaper than what I had paid for them online. When I rang customer service I found them to be rude, disinterested and unhelpful. Basically they were unwilling to do anything about this for me.
My third problem arose when I booked in to return the items. I got an email from Zara saying the courier company would be emailing me within 24hours to arrange delivery. They never contacted me resulting in my fourth phone call to Zara 'customer service' to have to arrange the return once more. Today is Thursday and I am expecting pickup for Monday but I won't hold my breath! On my (hopefully) last phonecall to Zara I voiced my frustration in a very calm manner and I was disgusted by the attitude of the representative I was speaking to. Her apology meant nothing to me and her hopes that I would not have any problems in future was laughable considering the fact that I would have to be insane to order from Zara again. I mentioned to her that there were so many other good companies out there including H&M who offered me a discount off my next order once when I returned a faulty item to them. She didn't even respond to this. Please please avoid this company!
I will not be buying anything from Zara again, they have the worst customer service in the word, I spoke to a lady named Chanel, she is so rude. Zara has the worst return policy, if you don't have your receipt, you can only exchange for the same item it a different size, so, if they don't have the size that will actually fit you, you are stuck with the kids item.
Here goes my story: I made a purchase at Zara store, the store associate never game me a receipt, mind you, they have all the fitting rooms closed, so when you buys clothes, you have to take it home to try on and return back to the store if it doesn't fit. When I realized that my receipt was placed in my shopping bag, I call Zara customer service and I explained to them, the girl that picked the phone was the most rudest person ever, since I didn't get any help on the phone, I went to the store I originally made the purchase, the store manager told me the only thing I can do is to call customer service again and request for a e-receipt, the store manager wasn't much help either. I then called the customer service again, that Chanel girl was the one that picked the call again and hung up me. Then I called again, I finally was able to talk to a more decent guy who took his time to help by asking me for the last 4 digits of my credit card and the SKU numbers of the items I purchased and he gave me a claim number, he told me some is going to call me back within 24 to 72 hours, it had been a week, I still haven't received any call back.
Zara lost me forever.

I bought a hoodie size medium and it went to size small after one wash in the washing machine, really I regret buying from them.
I boughtbthese beautiful earrings that i saw being promoted on a show. The package was received quite quickly. So thought everything would be great and was excited to see the product personally. When I open the box, I was shocked to see that one of the earrings was broken. And not because it was not packaged properly. It was pretty obvious the item itself was damaged before it was put into the box. Part of the flower was incomplete and unattached from the stem. When I tried contacting shot, that was a nightmare on a iphone. The site is not compatible. And when I called in the woman, I spoke to was completely bored. It was almost like she was a robot. She kept interrupting. I explained that this was a situation where compensation for this would help as I was expected to return the product. A 25% coupon for a future purchase would be fair because it cost gas and time to return the item back to the post office. She said that somebody would contact me back. She also said that it would now take two weeks to get the new product re-ordered and sent out to me. That made no sense as the order I had just made came in a couple of days. Then I heard dead space and realized that she had just hung up on me. There was no reason as I was civil and respectful. I never did get a callback from a manager. Instead to add insult to injury, I received an email saying that they can do nothing about the long shipping for the new product replacement…
Quality control on their end as well as service is zero. Places like winners and marshals are much cheaper and you don't have to deal with incompetence. As someone who assists in running a business for over 10 years, this is not how you treat people. Zarah is extremely expensive and if you're going to pay the dollar then you should get the service..
They lie about everything, and hope there company goes out of business for good. They steal your money and won't even give you your package on time.

Zara online has a terrible supply chain and customer service employees. In three occasions they sent me my order with missing pieces, the first 2 times they took a lot of time but they solve my issue but just 2 weeks ago I ordered clothes for my baby I ordered 14 pieces and I only got 6. I put the claim and they never answered me, I had to call 4 days after and talk to a supervisor, who told me that they did an investigation and that the box weight was accordingly to the weight of the full 14 pieces, after talking to her for a long time and explaining everything, she agreed to do partial shipment because they didn't have all the pieces in stock and partial refund, and the supervisor told me this was "AS COURTESY" like I didn't pay for my clothes and I was stealing from them, when they can not even give you proof of that. WHAT A SHAME ZARA! And with all the reviews that I have read online I can see this is a constant problem for you, a company like yours with such a name should do something about it! You just lost me as a customer.

My 83 year old mom and my aunts were stranded and neglected at Zara Paris today.
I was on a wedding trip for my niece. We were at Zara Paris Champs Elysee store and my wallet with $500 and 551 cash and all my credit cards and US drivers license was stolen from my handbag at Zara.
I asked the security and they DONT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH and they are so indifferent. I looked around the store for my wallet. I asked for the manager and I was with my 83 year old mom and her 60+ year old 4 friends.
Nobody at ZARA Paris tried to help. I am stranded in Paris with No money no credit cards. The store checks bags when people enter but they don't care if something like a theft happens in the store. Which we found out was EVERYDAY.
So I cancelled all credit cards and I asked all Zara security and manager. They didn't help. I went to the police and filed a report. The police will check the cameras and will see that THE POOR SECURITY inside the Zara store. And how my 83 year old mom and her old friends and I were left with NO HELP AT ZARA.
Horrible customer service and horrible security. Anyone can come with a knife even to steal or stab anyone. It's unacceptable in the US this type of service you would get better service at Mcdonalds in USA
