Apparently zulilly CLAIMS they cannot change prices after purchase but that is false. I usually like to use Wayfair for large items as I LOVE their return policy but zulilly had a rug I've been eyeing on sale for $20 cheaper so I made the leap and purchased it at $79.99! It was an Ends Soon sale and 10:02pm so I knew I needed to make my purchase that night because the sale was over at 6am. I continued through the purchase, added a $14.99 board game, only paid $8.43 in shipping and bam! Confetti and all purchase complete and I went to bed. I woke up and saw the $103.41 charge posted to my bank account but my zulilly receipt said something completely different. $340.71. I immediately called and basically they talked me in circles saying they don't see the $79.99 price only $279.99 and they are actually holding $340.71 on my bank account (which was not the case and I never authorized). They claimed they could not adjust and without me having a snapshot of paying the $79.99 they have no proof that existed. I sent in my bank payment showing the amount charged for the 2 items but they could only send it to their fraud dept and if they are not willing to honor the advertised price last night since I have no other proof other than the charge to my bank account they have no choice but to cancel my entire order. Lesson learned TAKE A PICTURE OF WHAT YOU PAY WITH A BREAKDOWN! Do NOT trust the email! Side note I also missed out on the Wayfair sale so now I will be waiting rugless until I find another I like or Wayfair has another sale in a few weeks. Now deleting the zulilly app for good!
I bought a Cole Haan popper jacket a few months ago and was very happy with the quality, price and shipping. Because of this, I just purchased some more shirts from Zulily.
I try to shop on line cause some people have told decent things however the ONLY way to shop is to sign up. If you don't have an account then you aren't able to by pass the prompt to sign up.
I have bought now at least 12 items from Zulily, and of everything I've ordered I have only been satisfied with one item. The items have not been true to the pictures posted and the quality has been consistently poor. Don't waste your time or money. It's not worth it!
Zulily charges for shipping, though they show no urgency with shipping your order. 4 week ship time for items suppedly in stock is ridicuolus. Return policy is flat-out poor. Unlock free shipping seems to mean nothing as even when effective dates are noted, they disappear as if you won't remember the listed dates an hour later. For whatever reason their website requires a change of passwood every time you sign in, more hassle. Merchant code error stops the checkout process. Being you're the mechant, this would be something for you to fix not the customer. Customer service folks where pleasant enough, though they they didn't seem to have the same info on an issue discussed one hour apart. Honestly, poor checkout, poor shipping, poor return policy, poor communication, why bother? Save yourself the headache, shop somewhere else.

Three weeks ago, I ordered items for my granddaughters birthday. A week ago I received notification that one item had shipped. Today I recieved notification that they were unable to fulfill my order. I called customer service and tole the items ordered were nolonger available. Yet when I looked online to reorder something to replace the leggins with, the items origionally ordered are still available. Extremely upset and for good reason.
I ordered a shirt as a gift. I paid for shipping, but it was pretty slow.
Shirt arrived, was probably 2-3 sizes smaller than listed.
In order to return, I have to pay return shipping. But they won't refund, I'll get credit for them. No, I don't plan on wasting more money with a bad company. I'll take my business somewhere better.
Been a customer of Zulily now for some time. More than half the time items are delivered in damaged boxes and either missing parts or an odor that no washing machine can get out. You take your chances and hope that products are saleable. Many many many times they are not. A few times I received items sealed in plastic bags but the item inside was wet. That's scary? Recently received an ottoman in a damaged box that did not have the feet enclosed. I documented it Sent pictures but they keep sending me emails about how I probly didn't look through the box and maybe the are inside the ottoman. There were over 20 emails of them insisting feet were in the box like I am some kind of idiot. Needless to say the junk you get on zulily is just that. Better to use overstock or wayfair for home items. Rue la la for clothing maybe you pay a little more but your items most likely will arrive in perfect condition.and you won't have to worry why something in an enclosed bag is wet. Now that is scary. And YUCK. The germs mildew and diseases these products must harbor. Stay away
Been shopping Zulily for over 10 years, get super deals on brand name products, great customer service, easy returns, shipping is sometimes slow, but worth the wait for brand products such as Fendi, Guci, Prada, Levis,,Nike, Adidas, and so many more. Love Zulily
You place an order and you're lucky if it arrives 3 weeks later. Then the item doesn't fit and they charge you $5 to ship it back and give you a store credit for a future purchase. I decided to just donate the item because I won't be shopping at Zulily ever again so I would not be able to yse a store credit. Awful shopping experience. Clothes are not true to size.
The picture of the item CLEARLY showed a package of straight knives, but serrated knives were delivered.
I ordered some perfume from this horrible company, I never received it although they said it has been delivered. When I reported it, they refused to refund or replace the item. They want me to investigate through post office. I DIDN'T ORDER FROM THE POST OFFICE! That's your job to track it down! I will never order anything from this company again. Why should I have to wait on the post office to investigate, I am so angry! I wish I could give a negative star instead of one!

I purchased a dress nearly 4 weeks ago with a shipping date of 5-10 days. It has still not arrived. The only way you can contact them is through a computer "chat" line. They kept telling me it was going to be shipped shortly, and now just the other day it shows up that it was out of stock and they have no idea when it will be shipped yet they had no problem charging my credit card. I am now going through the hassle of cancelling the order and trying to get a refund.
My leggings are not what I call leggings. Yes they have some strech, but are more like pajama like bottoms. I would not buy from this site again. Reading the reviews made me wonder if I would even receive my item. On the site they look like crop leggings but mine are ankle length. Beware the revolvers are not good.
Complete BS about how they do business. I ordered a size 44 and was sent a size 40, they got shipped out of a state that's 2 hours from me and I asked them for an exchange and they wouldn't handle that. I said I would get the item back to them asap and all they can say is "there is nothing we can do for you" the supervisor is way worse than the representative. I will never ever shop from there, again!
If you don't like the item, you must pay for shipping! Almost $15 to return a shirt that was ugly, way too big and no receipt or anything was in the package when it arrived. How am I to get a refund?
When Zulily started, it offered good products from reputable brands. Not anymore. Clothes, for instance, are made of cheap materials, with poor craftsmanship. Some clothes actually fall apart before they are even washed. In summary, Zulily's "good" prices are way too expensive for what you get.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
