Having been a "motor head" for the past forty five years I was very impressed when I visited Phoenix Engine Rebuilders for the first time. Turns out the owner, Randy and I were cruising central at the same time years ago. In a day when honesty, integrity and expertise in engine building at a reasonable price are hard to find you wont be disappointed purchasing an engine from Phoenix Engine. They have a knowledgeable staff with the skills, machinery and facility to produce hi performance engines. They stand behind what they sell and they are the only engine builders I found to offer the Fast Track service. When you purchase the fast track option your engine is fully run on a test stand, carburetor is jetted properly, valves set and engine is timed properly. You receive an engine that is ready to bolt in and run. This eliminates the buyer from having to do the break in procedures that are critical on a high performance engine. Many people don't have the knowledge to do this properly which can result in engine failure. I've been thru their facility. They do all work in house, thus giving them better quality control. These aren't assembly line engines being thrown together in a few hours which often sell for less money. As someone once said you get what you pay for. I ordered parts for my raptor, and got my parts quicker than they said that i would. I don't know what happened to the other guy, I got my pipes quick and had no probs with theses guys. Jason O
The product is excellent but the customer service is terrible. Was a subscriber for nearly 10 years. Emailed them to make a change in my service. They never acted on the email. When I called them they double billed for 2 services after promising to credit me for one of the subscriptions. When I called about that, the customer no service representative expressed little interest in correcting issue or retaining me as a customer.
Have used them several times without a problem but the trust factor is now gone. No direct customer service. Parts were delivered to distribution center 10 miles from my house 4 days ago still haven't been delivered I'll pay more money elsewhere next time.

I got a bid of $315 from 1st Class Shipping also go under American Speed Auto on autotransport411. In the end I got charged $550. I sent an email to autotransport411 and they sent me an email about how dishonest shippers are after the fact. Use USHIP. Do not use any other site. I have no affliation with USHIP, but I have cars shipped often so I now know to be more careful. Autotransport411 is a fraud and all they want is to steal your money.
Hello everyone, I hope you are all driving safe and have moved onto a company that will pay you your worth besides Truckmovers. I worked with them for over 2 years and the only thing that kept me around was I liked the dispatcher, but after making a 1700 mile trip to Fontana and making a measly $200 in total, that was the last straw. Whether it be the underpayment of miles for every load, the hidden charges appearing randomly on settlement, rental car charges showing up 3 months later, security deposit charges for false customer reports, being put onto driver teams, or overall just being taken advantage of every step of the way, I know more of you have experienced the same problems as me. It is not until we stand up to Truckmovers and other companies in the industry taking advantage of their "contractors" that they will be forced to operate in a socially and morally acceptable manner. Today, I will be taking that first step. I need your help though to do this, because this will require a team effort. We are starting up a lawsuit against them to get back our unpaid money. From my calculations, if you worked full time with them for a year, you'll be owed at least $2000. If you want that money back, please send me a text message with your email address. Very bad service. Ordered £247 for 3 items. Took my money. Then 5 days later told me wasnt in stock and offered an very expensive alternative. Will not use again. Should know in stock or not.and should reply within 24 hrs if out of stock
Somewhere around a week and half before cyber monday, got on site. Making plans to Place an order. Wrote down a whole page of part numbers and prices. Did not order at that time. On cyber monday got an email from them saying every thing an additional 10% off. Sounded good to me. But got on site. And every single part I had wrote down had increased in price by 5%. So even with the 10% off. You actually was only getting 5 % They came up with some gobble goop as to why.
Items were shown in stock and were at a good price. Items shipped the same day they were ordered. What I received was exactly what I ordered. No issues whatsoever.
The purchasing process went pretty good. I felt like I got the cover at a decent price. The only concern I had was when it showed it had shipped via FedEx, but FedEx tracking showed they had never received the package. I found out the shipping info was supplied by the manufacturer, Undercover! A few days later it showed up at my house, delivered by Pilot, not FedEx. Overall, I'm satisfied with the transaction! The cover was easy to install, about 2 hours, and it fit perfectly!

Witam Kupiłem 4 listwy do drzwi przy szybach. Listy ok cena 125$ ok ale przesyłka 115$ która nie była widoczna do momentu kiedy całość została ściągnięta z konta listwy+przesyłka i chyba płynęła statkiem bo trwało to 26 dni i zapłaciłem 112zł (28$) kurierowi bo tak miał w systemie ale nie wiem za co. Sklep ok wysyłka koszt i czas DRAMAT. Pozdrawiam

We purchased. It did come quickly but fed ex dropped in on front porch didn't ring bell or anything and ran. It has dents doesn't fit has been a complete nightmare. Completely unsatisfied.
Terrible! Cells fall apart (melt down with leaks) and mine took 2 months to receive. Water turned dark brown with rust after using the product for a day. Return not accepted by Tom Punch and a complete rip off. STAY AWAY!
I bought a spoiler for my VW Beetle. It looked great. When I took it to the body shop for installation, it wouldn't fit without damaging my trunk lid. I have left messages and tried to email them. They won't return my calls and the email doesn't work I am not happy!

This company is a JOKE! If I could rate negative stars I would! We ordered a product and they sent the wrong product. Instead of making it right, after agreeing they sent the wrong product they said they would ship the product that WE already paid for AFTER they receive their screw up product back! Not only that, it will take a week for us to receive the shipping label from them to even send the wrong product back! And they don't care that they have already taken our money, because this is their policy! Beware and do not order. Because if they screw up, then to heck with you and your money... it can be held up for However long they choose!
Do not buy from this website. It is a scam. They charge your credit card and never ship your order. There is no one to to answer the phone, email or at online chat. They only text you to tell you that your order is shipping, but it never ships. Two weeks ago they charged my credit card and I have not ever received my order. I am contacting my credit card company today to get a refund.
I ordered a set of Hel Brakelines from this company http://www.brake-lines.co.uk/ They are complete time wasters. Upon ordering they state if you order it takes 3-4 days so you'd expect your brakelines to turn up after a week. Emailed them to find out what was going on as I had no correspondence from them. They emailed next day stating colour I wanted wasn't in stock but could get black ones made up straight away and sent out. So I replied back for a yes please send me out a black set. (originally ordered purple). Didn't get a response or acknowledgement about this. So I phoned their 0845 number, left a message but did not get a call back. Phoned them numerous times over the course of a few days. No one answers the phone. I then requested a refund via email. No response from company and no one answering the phone. So I sent yet another email asking for my money back or I am getting the credit card company involved. I then get a reply 2 days after stating I will get my refund and will take 3-4 days to come into my account. I gave 7 days. Still no refund. Emailed again asking where my refund was, no reply yet again so have had to to get the credit card company to get my money back which they have just completed. Don't buy from them, poor service and comms. Worst company I have dealt with.
The people at the Edelbrock Group, and specifically at Fuel Air Spark Technology (FAST), have zero interest in communicating with their customers after taking money for a part that they have no intention to ship. After spending 2.5 hours on hold waiting unsuccessfully to talk to someone, I later sent 5 emails over a 3 week period and nobody felt it important enough to respond. When I finally took my concern to social media, they cried to facebook and had my posts removed. They have all kinds of time to spam social media with photos of fancy looking cars while somehow trying to take credit for them, but no time to deal with customers once they have stolen their money.
Do not do business with these people. I ordered a cover for my 2004 Subaru and sat around waiting for some kind of confirmation that the product had shipped. Not only is the customer service terrible in general, but the phone clerk informed me that this part was no longer available from Subaru. Thanks man, a simple email response to let me know this was case would have avoided wasting my time and causing me the annoyance.
I purchased a few items on the website. And they shipped out 2 separate orders. I informed them I only received 1 of the orders but I never received the 2nd shipment. I asked for a refund for about 2-3 weeks and they have been ignoring me. At first when I asked for a refund they said I received both packages in which I did not. I even check the tracking number and it says still in transit. So I send them a screenshot. And in 1 hour they changed the status from in transit to delivered. I demanded my money back for 2-3 weeks and they Ignored me. And my 1st package took about 6 weeks to arrive.
Payed them but the pulley's never came, no contact with me at all. Called, emailed them no reply and nothing.
We ordered $950 worth of parts with 3-5 days shipping. After 5 days checked online status. It just said processing. We sent an order inquiry email. No response. Called the phone number on the website and it was a voicemail box that was full. Sent more emails. No response. Called the affiliated dealership, Quality GMC Buick in Albuquerque, NM and was transferred to a voicemail for Jessica Shrader. After I advised them I was going to dispute he credit card charge, I finally received an email back just saying, "We cancelled your order and refunded your money." Then received another email saying, "Sorry for the delay. We were waiting for one part. We cancelled your order and refunded your money." I don't believe for one minute that they ever ordered the parts. They clearly do not monitor any orders made on their website and don't want your business. Worse customer service experience ever!
My sales man was Bobby. So I work out in Nevada 362 miles from home and I filled out an app online and { was approved} I DROVE all the way back to Utah to find out that they never actually approved me... Bobby was an $#*!. I asked him about several cars and trucks why I was there waiting and he said go outside and look they all have stickers in the window... rather then just giving me info I asked for... NATIONAL AUTO is the worst place you could buy anything from. STAY AWAY FROM BOBBY and the whole store
I bought a New distributor for my 2000 Honda CRV with 227,247 miles when the OE distributor finally failed. This was 4/24/17. 5 months later at 229,247 miles or 2,000 miles the unit failed while I was driving on the freeway. I had to order another unit from them and send it back before they would issue my credit which I did. Fast forward to 10/28/19 and 235,574 miles. I picked up a business associate at the airport and on the way out the replacement distributor again failed while driving leaving me stranded in traffic and a hour wait to get a tow. When I contacted the company again they said the unit was out of warranty since it was past one year. I explained that this was the 2nd one that failed and obviously there's a problem. It only had 6,327 miles on it and again was a new unit. They changed their warranty to Limited Lifetime on these units two months after I got my replacement but said sorry for your troubles but it's out o f warranty. It's interesting that the same part number now has none in stock and they only sell one that cost almost twice as much. When I suggested that they probably discontinued it due to so many defects they said no they were just of of stock, "Right" My whole career I was in the automotive aftermarket representing hundreds of Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers of Parts, Accessories and Chemicals. I've never seen a company disregard their customers like this when there's obviously a problem. Needless to say you can't leave another review after you leave one on Ebay which is where I purchased it from or else I'm sure they'd have many more negative comments as most leave feedback right away before they have a problem. Stay away from these guys and buy from a company who stands behind their product and customers.
Completely non-existent after-sales service, if you don't want problem, good advice avoid this site!
