Completely non-existent after-sales service, if you don't want problem, good advice avoid this site!
I bought a New distributor for my 2000 Honda CRV with 227,247 miles when the OE distributor finally failed. This was 4/24/17. 5 months later at 229,247 miles or 2,000 miles the unit failed while I was driving on the freeway. I had to order another unit from them and send it back before they would issue my credit which I did. Fast forward to 10/28/19 and 235,574 miles. I picked up a business associate at the airport and on the way out the replacement distributor again failed while driving leaving me stranded in traffic and a hour wait to get a tow. When I contacted the company again they said the unit was out of warranty since it was past one year. I explained that this was the 2nd one that failed and obviously there's a problem. It only had 6,327 miles on it and again was a new unit. They changed their warranty to Limited Lifetime on these units two months after I got my replacement but said sorry for your troubles but it's out o f warranty. It's interesting that the same part number now has none in stock and they only sell one that cost almost twice as much. When I suggested that they probably discontinued it due to so many defects they said no they were just of of stock, "Right" My whole career I was in the automotive aftermarket representing hundreds of Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers of Parts, Accessories and Chemicals. I've never seen a company disregard their customers like this when there's obviously a problem. Needless to say you can't leave another review after you leave one on Ebay which is where I purchased it from or else I'm sure they'd have many more negative comments as most leave feedback right away before they have a problem. Stay away from these guys and buy from a company who stands behind their product and customers.
Just ordered a Garmin Montana 700 motorcycle mounting kit from Tourtech, got the order and it was a cradle for the Garmin, no mounting hardware. I called there customer service and they said that I should have known there wasn't any hardware, I read the item description "Mount your Garmin Montana 700 series GPS on your motorcycle with this kit. Kit includes mount, hardware and a cable with bare power, audio and data wires" to them and they said it didn't matter it doesn't come with the required items to mount the craddle that next time I should call and find out what comes with it. Very poor customer service this was my first and last time buying from here.
We ordered $950 worth of parts with 3-5 days shipping. After 5 days checked online status. It just said processing. We sent an order inquiry email. No response. Called the phone number on the website and it was a voicemail box that was full. Sent more emails. No response. Called the affiliated dealership, Quality GMC Buick in Albuquerque, NM and was transferred to a voicemail for Jessica Shrader. After I advised them I was going to dispute he credit card charge, I finally received an email back just saying, "We cancelled your order and refunded your money." Then received another email saying, "Sorry for the delay. We were waiting for one part. We cancelled your order and refunded your money." I don't believe for one minute that they ever ordered the parts. They clearly do not monitor any orders made on their website and don't want your business. Worse customer service experience ever!
I ordered some car parts and they never got delivered. Of course, they took my money and when I called the first time They guy "Alex" gave me a lame execuse. So I gave them the benefit Of doubt and waited for two more weeks. Finally I had Enough and called again onlyvto her another execuse. So I ended up filling a charge back reversal with my Credit card and I got my money back. They sound very Shady when talking on the phone. It seems they have had many compaints for non delivery Of parts and delivering the wrong parts.
Does not respond to email, does not answer phone, will try to overcharge on small bits and worst of all I don't have my parts yet!
Told I needed a new transmission on 2010 Mazda after diagnostics; paid $4850 for factory remanufactured transmission; failed next day; told the remanufactured transmission was defective and another put in under warranty; failed again. Mazda specialist said control unit outside transmission was bad and transmission appears to be used or original.
Placed order. No communication. Have emailed multiple times with no response. They charged my card. 1 month later and still nothing. Order reads "Processing" and has not changed since the moment I place it exactly 1 month ago. Do not purchase from this site. I will retract part of this review if I get some response but terrible customer service is the best its gonna get at this point.
I purchased taillights for my mustang. The item had a 5 star review with a picture and a nice detailed description of the item. When I received my item I noticed the taillight was warped where the two halfs meet and lots of glue around the area where they meet, I installed the taillights just to find they don't sit flush with the body and are very sunken in. I Contacted support and was told there is nothing they can do about it. I placed a review on steeda regarding my experience and they never posted my review on their website.
This company ignores those who supported them in the beginning I support them on Indiegogo in October 31,2020 They say we will get ours in February maybe I have been waiting for 28 months in February When they will send my bottle I have to pay The shipping fee They offer free shipping on their website they had 50% off on black friday and free shipping And now they are offering free Hitch Bottle and Cup if people leave their email address
These S. O. B's are a RIP OFF! FRAUD beware they will scam you and steal your $, I will now be listing a complaint with the department of consumer affairs and I suggest you do the same! Pissed in NYC!
Great price and shipped to me in 3 days. I almost didn't order after seeing these reviews but I'm sure glad I did. I had a very positive experience. Maybe they corrected some things because I would recommend them without question.
Could do better at what they show in there pics.to look at would make things a lot easier to buy. I would not have bought the light if I knew there was only. Should be a pair of lights not just 1... it shows on the pic 2 of them
I had a small issue with my Black 2003 Jeep Wrangler about three weeks ago. I took my jeep in to that particular location. HEATHER at the front desk, and DEMETRIUS the mechanic were absolutely great... Immediately they took my Jeep on the lift and checked my concern. DEMETRIUS showed me that everything was done properly the first time I took them the jeep 3 days before! I highly recommend Heather and Demetrius. Great customer service.

The whole process from start to finish was absolutely awesome. It was painless and quick---which I really needed after being traumatized by a vandalizing incident which claimed my windshield and passenger window. The guys at the shop were professional yet friendly. A wonderful experience all the way around!
I ordered a lift kit from them, Jp was the customer service representative that helped me out. He looked up numerous lifts for my truck and was great communicating in a timely manner to ensure I was aware of when tracking would be available etc. I highly recommend.
I was hesitant to order from the company because of the reviews. I placed a $4000 order and am very happy with all the parts and pricing. USPS caused lots of headaches for us by losing the package, but Deb from OEM Vehicle parts promptly followed up and sent me another package with all my parts. All parts are working great and pricing is at least 20-40% cheaper than any other source I found. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but my experience was very positive. These guys go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

They can provide some first aid for your car. Still, they don't look into the root of the problem. If you need a quick and temporary solution, they might help you. But I suggest you check out other places to repair your transmission.

I recently had a critical need for a Mazda Miata engine as my 1997 Miata engine had massive overheating from a blown water pump and declared dead. My Mazda dealer went looking and found LowMileageparts.com and let me know where I could potentially find one. Indeed, they had one. I ordered it immediately and it shipped to my local mechanic, R&R Tire and auto as per the promise from LMP. I did have an issue with the motor as the motor had a broken thermostat housing probably when it was pulled from its former host. I got an estimate from my mechanic to repair it as R&R sent it to LMP. LMP made me whole on the repair and while a little bit frustrating, (after all we are dealing with a used engine) the engine is installed and voila I have my car back! It is running like a top. It is good to know that these guys stand behind their product and take action accordingly. Thanks LMP for getting my little roadster back on the road.
Ordered Various filters for my Toyotas and received an order verification almost immediately. Another notice the next day advising of order status. These 4 filters are personal stock for future maint, so my cars are not waiting on these. Waited about 6 days and checked in online and status was still pending. After about ten days I emailed them and was told one of the filters was back ordered, I could get a refund with apology and coupon or wait. I chose to wait but confirmed it was ok to ship an older part number if it came in stock. ( this is about the 4th or 5th part # change on this filter). I also checked several other oem websites for this filter and they were also out of stock. I just got caught up in an odd part supply void with Toyota. After my reply to wait, I got an email saying the parts had shipped and I have received them two days later in good shape and oem as described. The price and shipping from Oh to Ky was better than most. Yes I would do business here in the future. The offer of refund, apology and coupon, tells me they care. My only complaint would be to communicate sooner if my multipart shipment is being held up due to supply issues. Thanks for reading. 1/26/2024
First of all, I love their site and how easy it is to use. No jumping through hoops to find what you're looking for. Customer Service reps actually speak English and know what they are talking about. Good prices too. My husband buys a new truck every year so I get the duty of buying all the "cool" stuff he wants to put on it. Over the years I've used almost everyone but out of all of them, Auto Truck Toys is by far the most reliable and efficient.
I get nothing short of first class service with a smile and they work hard finding the parts I need and if they don't have it stocked it's here the next day by 11 am great job guys will be doing buissiness for many years into the future thank you very much
I order a replacement part specified by the Green-Parts-Direct website. When it arrived and did not fit on my lawn tractor I was told I'd get credit for the part but not the $40 return shipping. I will not take a chance and buy parts from them that may or may not work. Very poor customer service.
Order a part months ago have not received anything As other reviewers is saying they never respond to e mails or calls I payed over $70 for something that I most likely never see Stay away from this place
I received my emblems in 1 week. My order arrived from a Korean Auto Imports fulfillment distribution center. I called to inquire about the location but overall my order arrived fast and in good condition. I would recommend this web store for the value of their emblems and fast shipment.
After reading so many negative reviews, I was apprehensive, but since their price on my item was by far the cheapest, I decided to give them a try. I almost immediately received an email with an order confirmation, and the next day I received a shipping confirmation with tracking number. A few days later, my part arrived, exactly as I ordered it. I seriously wish every online vendor was this reliable. I'll definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
