I have ordered parts from them in the past and waited a long time to get them, but at the price should have expected that. Had to pick up parts from Greyhound station which was not very convenient but parts were painted very nicely and fit great. I had to order another part so i did go to the same site and this time the parts came to my door! IT only took 7 days for them to arrive. Very happy and will use them again

JEGS is a high performance auto parts website. They have fast shipping, good customer service, smart staff, great selection of quality parts, returns are not a hassle, and they do price match. I would place 5 stars but i never ordered from them, i read many, many reviews of this site, and just passed it on here.

Their policy love it or leave is BS. I returned the vehicle on the 9th day to have it looked at for a miss and they kept it 6 days so now they say I'm past the time to return it. They shouldn't make false claim to give the customer false sense of security.

After selection my order and enter my payment details, an error appeared and returned me to the previous page. But the payment has been withdrawn. When contacting them, they keeps ignoring me. Be careful from them.

While the company shown as as Japanese firm but the reality is that its a firm operating in Pakistan by Guys named Nukhaiz and Asa'ad, they get paid through a bank account in japan which organized by another pakistani shipper in Japan, they keep communicating professionally till they get the money then they never come back, this is what happened to me a year ago, when I commented on their website they banned me, but they have to be charged by law for all the scam and the payments they took illegally, I assume they been paid for thousands of cars but never send these cars to buyers, this money has to be returned back to all of the victims, this issue has to be put before the law in Japan and Pakistan, until then I will not stop accusing them till I got my money back.

I placed an order for over $900 for a Subaru Tonneau Cover in October 2021 and never received it. At first there was an issue with delivery saying it wasn't deliverable but they'd solve the issue right away. Well, that never happened. I lost count of how many times I called their support line-- it's a generic person that acts semi-concerned and takes your information down to leave a message for the manager who will never get back to you. Trying to contact someone via email is also null as they've virtually ghosted me. At this point, the only option is to go legal because I can't do a chargeback or file a dispute on my credit card because the whole delay on shipping made it past the statute of limitations. My recommendation would be to absolutely AVOID THIS COMPANY.

HID nation has some of the best customer service reps. They stand behind their product with a great warranty. Only negative is you have to pay for the warranty and for shipping of the product back to the company and then the shipping back to you. Its only $8 each way but still. I would highly recommend this company for all your lighting needs. Whether it is HID or LED. They have what you need. A+++ HID nation.

This website is not as scam as the other reviewer had commented, just the opposite. The service weeds out the scam parts vendors (there are many) and connects you with trusted suppliers. I was contacted immediately after sending out a parts request by a supplier who had the exact hard to find part I was looking for.

This Maaco shop is privately owned and operates more like a typical body shop. The salespeople try to up-sell you to more expensive services. They do NOT participate in Maaco's promotional programs like the current $699. Complete paint special. To get a basic paint job my car at this location cost me almost $1500, and the finish had multiple flaws and issues. There is another Maaco shop on nearby Western Ave. That offers better prices. You should check them out first.

I talked to the customer service about the expedited shipping and told them that would be the only way I'd order from them. They assured me it'll be delivered on time and it'll be shipped the same day. They didn't ship the item for whole two days and it won't be delievered for another 4 days. When I said I'll be returning the item because I'll find someone who is good on their words they told me I'm a scammer. Do not do business with this company.

I met this used engine supplier while seeking an ideal used engine for my car. Though at first it seemed like a scrape, after purchasing one used engine for my car for $8400 total with core charge, I knew they are genuine supplier and unlike others deliver the engines within what they promise. Apart from their used engines for affordable price, they too have many other great things such as their cultured staff, products delivery, quality and more.

They have some problems, but the customer service people do try and resolve the situation. They called back promptly and worked through the problems. They ultimately were missing some hardware which I picked up at the store (something they can fix). They offered to credit but the expense without request. They have some things to fix, but they're trying hard. I take back my 1 star and improve to 4.

I got charged for shipping two times and still didn't get the right product and then they charged me 31 more dollars to restock it so they got me for almost 90 bucks and I got nothing from them so watch out because they will get you too

Charged for UK delivery $50 of a part which never turned up. When contacted they said that the part had been returned due to wrong address. Note they never told me this! They say they will refund the cost of the part but not the $50 shipping. My advice is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ROPEY COMPANY. They are thieves and villains

I ordered a transmission for my son's 2001 Acura CL type s. After I ordered it I read reviews. This raised a red flag. I emailed wanting to cancel but was told there would be a restocking fee. This was in the agreement so I decided to leave it be. Shipping was within the time given. Transmission was installed by the Acura dealer. Everything checked out, the transmission shifts smoothly and does appear to be within the stated mileage according to the tech who did the work. At this point I can't complain. These transmissions are known to have problems. I plan on doing a fluid change as recommended yearly by the dealer. Just to be clear, I'll have the dealer do that also. As for now, I have no issues with got transmissions. Joe One note The Dealer did say the handling in shipping was rough but nothing was broken, dip stick was bent but all is well. Bought an engine from LKQ and my mechanic stripped out the threads for the oil sending unit. I worked with Ronnie on my options. Ronnie had a freshly rebuilt sent out to me. There were many complications of which most were my fault. Ronnie was very patient yet very involved with taking care of any issues or questions I had. I purchased a Kayak Rack Assembly and waited a few weeks before installing it on the car. When i did assemble it, i discovered that it had a manufacturing defect and wouldn't allow the short carrier to be fully inserted into the long carrier. Called the company and they said that since it had been purchased more than 60 days prior that i had to take it up with Amazon. I can understand that after 60 days of hard use that things may break but this was defective out of the box and they would not get me a replacement part. Its their choice to stand behind their products or not and its my choice to give them a bad review. Don't ever buy from T-motorsports.

Some parts were labeled special order, was told it might take a couple weeks to ship, but they arrived in less than 3 weeks. Works for me! Second order was body panels for the same van. Got them in less than 3 weeks also! You must pay attention to parts availability. Don't just 'add to cart' without checking. Customers do bear some responsibility! Anyway, they did just fine by me. I've had worse experiences with other online retailers.
