Blue host is probably great for most of your clients. I was never able to complete my website, or get it to look the way I wanted it to (themes, fonts, etc.)I did contact your Human customer service (many times). They sort of did what they could, but they mainly referred me back to your paid tutorial, (which I subscribed to - btw I'm not crazy about being instructed be ai's - I'm a human to human person) instead of addressing my issues.
Also, I couldn't ask for the previous CSR, so I had to re-explain EVERYTHING each time I called in, which was time consuming AND frustrating.
Chat did not help at all - it just referred me to something to read (which I had already read, that didn't help address my issue, either).
Basically, I gave up on my website, cancelled my subscription, & life happened. I still don't have a website (which I need). I may or may not use ya'll in the future, but I don't have time to mess with it right now.

BlueInk gave a positive and intelligent summary of my excellent scifi novel "BRAVE NEW MARS" available from amazon.com The Kirkus reviewer was grouchy and hated everything about the book and they wouldn't give a refund or a re-review.
