I received a pair of faulty Ugg boots, there was a whole in the front of one of the boots. I had to send pictures in which I done immediately but after months and months of constant chasing and complaining they are still fobbing me off! Avoid this website!

Ordered shoes - took 3 weeks for delivery when promised in 1 week; box battered with an overpowering stench of glue! On opening the box, i could see why - there is glue residue all over the shoes and they look so cheap and nasty.
