Prices are great. But don't expect too much in timeliness and quality. I ordered December 6th. January 10th they send me an email saying they don't have some of the items I ordered. Then a few weeks later I received the clothing I ordered that they did have. They at least refunded me for the clothing they didn't have.

Prices are great. But don't expect too much in timeliness and quality. I ordered December 6th. January 10th they send me an email saying they don't have some of the items I ordered. Then a few weeks later I received the clothing I ordered that they did have. They at least refunded me for the clothing they didn't have.

Products used:
I used the dress and a shirt I bought. They were out of a shirt I ordered and charged me for it then let me know about it a month later.

I ordered 2 dresses and got one completely wrong dress, and one defective dress. They won't send label to return items because it's "too expensive" for them so they will only offer me a partial refund. Total scam, bad customer service, and cheap, poorly made products - do NOT shop here!

I ordered a dress for my college graduation and was told a delivery date that would work. After trying to get an answer on the delay they just kept giving me the run around. I asked to cancel and get my money back and they ignored me. Still have not seen the dress or my money back. They just send emails that mean nothing! Bad company!

Horrible company with bad products and customer service. If you buy on this site be prepared to have the seller fight you for a refund. I bought a woman's med coat, looks nothing like picture and description. Arms would fit an Asian child! No where on site do they have info about Chinese sizes! Big scam! I wish I had read the over 250 bad reviews before I bought from these rotten humans.

The website advertises a 10-18 day shipping time, but doesn't include "processing" time, during which the order will sit in their warehouse with a "packed" status for weeks. If you contact their customer support to find out when your package might arrive, they will basically tell you it will get there when they feel like shipping it out. This business is extremely sketchy and should be avoided at all costs.

Tip for consumers:
Don't. Just don't. The information on their site is misleading, and their support staff are completely unhelpful.

I ordered 7 dresses, hoping 1 or 2 might work; every single one of them was constructed wrong. Uneven necklines, bunched material where it was supposed to be smooth, 2 dresses with zippers too short (so even fully open they won't go over the bust or hip measurement for that size, leaving no way to get it on), anatomically impossible measurements (38" bust with only 12" shoulder to shoulder), dresses with busts not even close to the stated measurements for the size. (see pictures) I only asked that they pay the return shipping because the problems were completely their fault. They refused and then agreed and then refused again. I ended up having to pay to ship them back. Their quote, "Customer satisfaction is always our top priority: we are always extremely happy to provide the very best support to customers" is completely false. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes, and won't as long as they get away with it.

I've been ordering from this site for a few years now. They have trendy styles for petite people like me and for tall/slim people like my husband. You need to know how to shop there in order to get the right sizes and shipping can take a while but I've always gotten everything I ordered. 95% of the items fit perfectly and the ones that didn't I could fix easy. Overall it has been a good experience.

The quality, materials and colors were not even close to what you posted on line. The "sweater" was no more than a t-shirt. The shirt with fringe edges looked like a tablecloth with a cheap upholstery fringe sewn onto it. The lace sleeves were poorly done and the only one that resembled the online picture was frayed by the collar. I would like to return them and get my money back but their site keeps rejecting my request. This site is a total scam!

Shop elsewhere! The first 3 pictures are just one example of what we received the last one is what the site advertised.

I never received my order and customer service was awful. I even selected to purchase insurance during checkout. What is the point of that if not to make sure I can get a refund when the package didn't arrive.

I have tried several times to unsubscribe from their newsletter and am still receiving emails from them. I clicked the unsubscribe button multiple times. When that didn't make the emails stop, I contacted their customer service online who assured me I would now be removed from their email list. Now I am getting emails that don't even have an unsubscribe button at the bottom. This is harassment.

Wow what a crappy company! I have never been more disappointed in a product that I bought online. We got a cute coat that turned out to be utter garbage. The material is terrible, the workmanship sucks, the buttons fell off and the button holes were too small. The dress we ordered looked like it was made by a 1st grader. The material is scratchy and totally see through. The company has been emailing with me to try and resolve the issues, but I am still upset that packages were late and the stuff is garbage.

I spent almost 70$ on clothes, that was a while ago, the app says my package has been delivered asking me to verify on the app... obviously I didn't, I reached out to customer service, no reply. We ordered a top (blouse) from dresslily.com on 1/13/2015. We received the item 3/23/2015 from China. The item is poorly made, and at their request (through their website's support ticket system) we sent them pictures to show the flaws. After 9 responses to their offers, I have been offered anywhere from 10% to 40% of the purchase price as a refund. The item is not wearable, and I am requesting a full refund, just as I would expect from any reputable merchant. They do not seem to be willing to cooperate.

After months of dealing with this problem now I cannot even access the complaint. This item I received for my daughter that was supposed to be a Christmas gift it turned out huge and does not button. It is cheaply made and if I had seen it in the store instead of your sight I would never have given it a second glance. Supposedly they were going to fix the problem; however, they took so long that now I cannot even choose to send this as a complaint because it has been so long taking care of this problem. I cannot send a new complaint because the site will not let me; this was a complete waste of time and money.

This company sells thin, cheap clothing that falls apart. My jacket looks like it's made of plastic! They have terrible customer service and will not take anything back. Save your money and shop anywhere else. There's no bargain here!

DressLily is obviously an Asian based company. Large sizes might fit a 10 year old. Took several weeks to get the item and it is not wearable. Communication is poor. No customer service.
Don't waste your time or money on this site.

Ordered 2 shirts over a month ago, still haven't received... Tracking info. Is never available when you go to the site, and customer service is of no help... These items are coming from China, but it doesn't tell you that, until after the order is placed... Don't waste your time or money, cause you will be out, both.

Ordered two tops one came damaged with scissors cuts on sleeve seam the other did not arrive. Emails back and forth for 2 weeks then finally opened a paypal dispute. Luckily I paid through paypal and they were great giving me full refund. Give this clothes company a wide berth-poor quality and bad bad communication. Read all reviews before you waste money ladies.

Wonder where my items are that I have ordered on 10/9. Tried to create a ticket, yet it gives me every reason from wrong order number to invalid security code to send a request. This is bull, as the money came out of our account immediately.

My items arrived relatively quickly- first package arrived in less than 3 weeks, second took about six. Quality was terrible. Sizes run very small. I would avoid ordering anything from DressLily. You will be disappointed.

Ordered two dresses back in August. A tiny package arrived 6 weeks later that had a flimsy black lacy jacket, nothing else has arrived, am currently in contact with them, but do not think I will have much luck getting my money back (nearly £40).

Feel I have been totally conned! How can this company still be trading?

Terrible quality. They look like something I would have made in high school sewing class. Material is fraying. Dresses that appear to mid knee length or very short. Sizes are way off. I ordered a large and my daughter who wears a size 4 cannot get it on.

HUGE SCAM! Ordered over 2 months and never received items. Sent in ticket... no response. Feel stupid that I didn't do research ahead of time, If I had, I would've seen that it was a scam and that others never received their items as well. Please don't fall victim like so many have... wish they would face theft charges because that's exactly what they are doing. Stealing from innocent people. Karma will get them though, it always does, one way or another.

If I could it a minus- star I would. Customer service sucked. They didn't give me the goods or the money and then claim all my questions have been answered. It's almost like it was being run by kids, by the type of responses that I kept getting. Made no sense.

After being in contact with someone that contacted me thanks to this site I got a refund. They were much more helpful than the first time around.
