It looks as if people have been having great difficulties with ordering and receiving but I can only say that there was no problem (we didn't try to order it on December 1st for a 2-day delivery). As far as the product, it was purchased for my 10 year old son. He got the 10" wheels and it only took him a few moments to be quite comfortable on it and after 2 days he is VERY competent. He loves it. Rode it to his friend's house (1/2 mile away) and back a number of times with no problems. He does not take it up to a high speed, and he must wear a helmet but I find it to be a very impressive product so far.

Web-site advertised the board as Hoverboard360 but when it arrived is was an Imoto? Hiding assets behind other companies. No customer service. Refusal to refund for the recalled hover boards. Pretends to offer refund by having you fill out a form on their web-site but never responds. There needs to be a class action law suite against the "parent" company so they will stop preying on American citizens!

Do not order from this company! Placed an order for 4 Hoverboards on 12/6/15 was told 2-3 days. Received an E-mail on 12/10/15 stating 5-7 additional days for delivery but guaranteed before Christmas. No problem I thought... Well its 12/28/15 still nothing and have heard nothing. Disputed the charge last week and have sent 3 e-mails regarding this whole mess. As for the customer service well you be the judge, try calling, no one answers and the voice mail box is full. Dead End. Send an E-mail and wait. Dead End. All I can say is this Company SUCKS!

Good luck to those who choose them and don't say you were not warned!

I never write reviews but this company has been so frustrating to deal with I had too. My issue has nothing to do with the board itself bc I refuse to open the box. They missed sending it to me by Xmas as their website guaranteed which really made me angry. After placing at least a dozen or so emails and phone calls to the company over the past 10 days, I still have not connected with anyone. I wonder if anyone even works there. I would highly recommend you order a board from another company.

We ordered from these fraudulent people also about 3 weeks ago. They actually tried to charge our account 4 times but we blocked the extra charges. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for our daughter. These people are a bunch of thieves. Somebody should make them pay...

Trying to contact to return product, they won't return my emails, never answer the phone. "Customer service" has you waiting on the phone longer than 30 minutes then just hangs up! Stay far away from this company! Worst ever!

All I ordered is a pair of Hover kicks for my 12 year old daughter, one of the only things she wanted, and I have yet to get a tracking number, but they surely got their money. I went on e-bay and see the same Hover kicks but get this, they are only $19.99 not $59.99 hence no charge for shipping, and they come in like 21 Business days, not the 2 Business Days they promise. So, I am assuming that this is an Importer company and my shoes will come to me, but it won't be for Christmas, more like Mid January :(

Purchased two hover boards for xmas. First one broke after one hour of use. Company gave "form" emails. They were unresponsive and eventually after two months had to repair on my own. Ridiculous company. Poor customer service. And will never answer the phone.

I have called emailed for a week and I haven't gotten any response. I'm trying to return. Its been a disaster since day one shipping tracking now returning. Thought it was hover board not Imoto thought it was from US instead Hong Kong

After recalling their product, this company will not offer a legitimate refund... exchange or an actual refund of money. Instead, they will give you a credit to some crappy clothing company. I have now filed complaints with the Attorney General in New York, and Better Business Bureau. I am also using social media accounts and tagging them in post to bring awareness to this problem in hopes they will act like a legitimate company. If you won't refund money on a recalled product, why the hell would I want to purchase their clothing? They don't stand behind their products!

Listen All-
I was just as upset as all of you! However, I contacted UPS and re-routed/returned the item before it was even delivered. Called PP who looked up the tracking number and saw that it was on its way back. PP credited my account in full. Consider trying this. I bet it would work with a card company also. Thank You Pay Pal!

My son is a big / tall individual do they have apparel that will accommodate him?
Second questions is, I gave you cash money I can only receive a store credit for your merchandise? Why not just give a visa gift card and I can purchase anything I desire from anywhere I desire other than the company that mistreated me in the first place? Where's the justice for the customer?

I cancelled the order 10 minutes after my son placed it, upon reading the negative reviews on them. They refused to cancel my order and said I can ship back once I get it at my expense. I successfully disputed the cc charges but they still will not give me their address to ship back. If you ordered this item I recommend you refuse delivery. You can do so up to 14 days after delivery. They do not respond to emails and never pick up the phone. I would be happy to join class action suit against them. KEEP AWAY BRO...

After a safety recall I attempted to get a refund on two boards that were purchased last Christmas. I was informed that I could send the boards back and receive credit through their store, which only provides clothing. I do not want to spend over 700 dollars on clothing that my kids will never wear; therefore asked that they send me a new board that will not potentially blow up on my child, or give me my money back. I was informed through customer service that I could return the boards and only receive in store credit. I have reached out to several consumer hotlines in hopes of getting this issue resolved since the Hover board company is not willing to cooperate. I feel that a class law suit should be filed with this company for not giving people what they paid for.

I'm still hoping to receive a quality product in time for Christmas, but my expectations were dramatically let down. They advertised free 2 day shipping and so I bought from them. They didn't give it to UPS until 5 days later and did that in Hong Kong. Now another 3 days has gone by and it went to Japan and is now in Alaska. Not sure how long it will take for it to get to me in Texas, but I am wary.

Ordered a hover board for my daughter as a Christmas present. The hover board took longer than they had anticipated, when it came it came in a mangled box. When I opened the hover board it was cracked on both sides. I called and left a message and followed up with an email, I was told to fill out a form send photos etc. I had also requested a paid label to send the product back. No one has contacted me nor respond to any of my emails. Horrible customer service and horrible products. I DO NOT recommend them at all.

My parents bought 2 boards for my kids at Christmas. Shipments time was 5-7 days. One board came in weeks later approximately 3 weeks later the other maybe 5 weeks later. After a week the one broke. We sent it back and haven't heard a thing! Can't call and they won't reply to my emails!

This company is bad, bad news. The promised to ship in 2 days and that the product would arrive before Christmas. It arrived 5 days after Christmas. The company lacks integrity and won't communicate with its customers. I urge you to buy a hover board anywhere but here.

I am not one to write reviews but echo everyone else's sentiments. We bought a hoverboard as a Santa present and all it did was go in circles plus got real hot. We tried contacting the customer service but after waiting for 15 minutes or longer it went to a full answering machine. Tried this over 30 times... sent countless emails that went unanswered. Finally Paypal told us to send it back (of course on our own dime) but at least we were able to get a refund (ex postage). We finally heard a response and like a previous person they told us to send them a photo... This company should be shut down in the USA What a scam.

This website is a scam from start to end! Ordered Hoverkicks for my son as X-Mas gift on 12/1/15 and did not get them via UPS until 12/29/15. They work, for now. No re-charging instructions provided. Manufacturer is in China, chinaszsh.com. 'Business' is a ghost. The listed location is fake. It is an attorney/real estate office that knows nothing of them. 'Customer service' is a New York state area coded cell phone. Probably a Walgreens special. Website is a one year purchase through Domains By Proxy, LLC. It is hosted Canada. Not recommended!

Thank you all for your reviews... we have been calling for the last several hours with no answer from their Customer Service. We wanted to order through the phone and get a guarantee of Christmas delivery... since we could not get a person on the line we emailed. They responded and said, "Guaranteed by Christmas", that's it. We asked about them not picking up the phone, etc... no response. I started looking around and found all of your reviews as well as others from a few other sites. I will not trust this place with roughly $500.

Also, the phone number is the same one given for another company called Hudson Outerwear, selling clothing. Hopefully these guys don't screw up their whole business with this.

Unfortunately, I didn't see all these reviews though a lot of them were since I ordered. On the plus side, I did receive my order and the board they send are I-Moto (they represent as manufacturers). At the same time on their confusing site I ordered a lower end board first. I immediately contacted and emailed twice... do not want the first order, ship the second one. They did. Then about a week later (I'm assuming we would call this the "inventory blow out method" they shipped the second hoverboard. Could not get anyone on phone or email. I finally shipped it back to them (cost me $19) and have sent the USPS tracking and waiting for credit. My next call will be the NY AG's office for fraud. I would suggest everyone do the same. This seems like one Asian guy with a semi professional website and he has connections to China and is doing this on a shoestring budget. Highly unprofessional and sketchy way to treat customers

Do not give these people any more money. I paid 70 dollars for hoverkicks and the money was instantly taken out. Claimed to have a two day free shipping which is false. Here it is 3 days before Christmas and I still haven't received them.

I called the beginning of December and someone actually answered and they said no tracking number and was trying to talk me into buying a hoverboard! Said I would get it the week after I'm which I never did. Now no one is replying to my calls or emails. FRAUD

Keenford, LTD is the parent company of this and likely many more companies doing business in the US. I tried to find a list so I won't ever find myself providing money to such a corrupt entity. The site I accessed shows "dissolved" under the name. Rather than pay us back and taking this dangerous vehicle, they have chosen something which appears like hiding assets. I plan to contact Attorneys General rather than purchase $648.99 worth of their junk. I bought the Hoverboard for my grandson and would like to replace it with something better. But how do I determine that?

I received my board but it did take several more than the 2 days promised. THe board looks good. I tested it before I wrapped it. Good machine from what I can see. Everything worked - Bluetooth, lights, Ect.
