Lost about 80 dollars with this company, the sizes run really really small... you will not get a refund. You can't even talk to anyone live, emails only. Please don't order from this company.
What I did was buy the tracking package service it cost $1.50 dlls and you can track your package all the way, they use regular mail service thats why its really slow but this way its faster, im from Mexico and I recieved the package in 4 weeks more less, you can contact them trough email also

Exactly. They're in China. What the heck do you expect. They probably don't speak English well, and sure as hell don't charge enough for their clothes to put up with listening to you complain. If you aren't happy with a 10$ dress shipped from China to you for FREE, call it a loss and move on.
If you live in the US count on 1 month for delivery. As others have said, it will not all ship together, there is no way to return your item and IF it arrives you'll be lucky to have something wearable. The pants I got had leg lengths that differed by 4cm.
