I purchased 3 pair of gucci frames on 7/25/16. the website only list 3 locations (us, italy and canada). i received shipping email on 7/26/16 stating the glasses have been shipped via fedex from hong kong... i immediately became concerned because the site only listed the 3 locations i previously mentioned. when i checked tracking on fedex site, it only says the label has been created and the expected delivery date is 7/27/16. now i'm confused and a little nervous/concerned about the authenticity of the gucci frames i ordered. thanks traci

Do i get maui jim lenses if i order maui jim prescription sun glasses?

Hi Daryll, Thanks for the question. If you buy sunglasses with prescription, regardless of the brand, you will be asked to select the type of lenses to have installed in the frame. We unfortunately do not provide Maui Jim prescription lenses, but have various different lens indexes and tints including lenses from the renowned opthalmic lens manufacturer Essilor. I bought eyeglasses from nycoptics with lense. i paid the money by bank transfer. i have not yet get my eyeglasses until this period of time. it is already more than 2 weeks. i tried to email them many times. i feel it is not honest answering me and already stop contacting me. what should i do?

I was given a tracking number and link via email but when i click on it it says 'we have no information on that tracking number' so what is going on?
