Hello quite frankly I still don't understand why people complain soo much about this company - I'm a full size 16 and always try to buy clothes in the correct size (14-16W). Only one dress was off but I neglected to read the info on the website that sai the sizing was smaller than average. I mean - I have no complaints - I love their products, I love the clothes I buy from them and yes it takes some time to receive them, but that is also written before you pay. Now about your expecific question - I've not seen this brand on Zulily, but like others have mentioned - check out if they carry a similar brand and try it. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Glenda F- I think the reason for 5-6 delivery is because everything comes fro China. Duh, would NEVER order from Zulily again. As well, the blouse I ordered was CRAP!
Someone said you can't get a refund even if they send you the wrong item. This is definitely not true in my experience. I have a love-hate relationship with Zulily. The "hate" part is actually directed at me... when I order something I'm not SURE of. They very clearly say: NO returns and they mean it. I don't think they have any way to process returns based on their business model. But there have been 3 occasions when either they've sent me the wrong item or the size was off (toddler slippers were about 6" long!). For those slippers, they apologized and said to donate them and sent my money back. The other 2 were toys... they allowed me to keep what they sent and then sent me the correct item. Can't complain about that. But I now order only brands/sizes I'm sure of... not a shirt that looks cute on the model but had huge sleeves that made me look like a flying bat!
It would be nice to have s phone number. I'm not a computer person. Do so you have one?
If their advertisement was erroneous, evidently, Zulily should reimburse you immediately. Email their Customer Service & they will reply for sure. I encountered 2 or 3 times similar "incidents" and I was always reimbursed. Just tell it as it is, and you should be fine... D. V.
Evelyn N, Zulily does not take returns unless the item is damaged and my experience has been, they don't want it back. They say, if it is damaged don't return it. Just dispose of it as you see fit and they will refund your money. The only way I have known I have really gotten my refund is to keep checking my credit card records online. You really must stay on top of your bank records, if you plan on doing business with them. They have tried to recharge me for a $123.00 order six months after I received it, saying I was never charged for the items, but I had been piece by piece as it came to me. First make sure it's ZULILY that you are dealing with. Call the phone # that they list. I assure you they are a great business! They do refunds, exchanges and do a wonderful job communicated With you by phone or via email & they get back to you right away! How do I know this? Well I will admit it took maybe 3 purchases before I got my size down and I purchased 2-3 items at a time and only 1 didn't fit BUT they DID work with me and I was more then satisfied with the outcome
