I placed my first order on 8/1/2017 for electronic parts for $86. No order confirmation email or no order cancellation email but payment was already posted on my credit card. Order status shows "closed", where is the refund? No phone or email to contact customer service. "Chat" button says page not found, all other choices are disabled. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AliExpress.com
Seller of defective product would only provide me a return address in Chinese. Aliexpress would only provide me with a 20% refund. The site is wholly authoritarian, and you can't find a real person to talk or write to, only an AI program that understands nothing because it is programmed not to help, but only to give mindless responses. It didn't matter that both the seller and Aliexpress had a picture of the defective item, and agreed that it was defective. I still got screwed.
This website is trash. I ordered over 200 dollars from this seller and some of the items were out of stock. Seller refused to refund me saying that it was "too much work wouldn't I take store credit instead?" Why would I want to buy again from a company that won't refund me my money when they screwed up their inventory? This is ridiculous. Looks like I will have to call my bank and refuse the payment there.
I ordered from aliexpress an inverter, I waited enough long nearly two months. As a result I have a fake inverter for my notebook. Dispute with the seller didn't give positive result, aliexpress support is also didn't give a good solution. They didn't refund me anything. It is mean aliexpress appreciate seller with fake products. In seller advertisement there is original inverter photo, but I received soldered and wired with something a fake inverter.
I ordered a dress in a size larger than what I am. The dress arrived with no tags at all, and was at least 2 sizes too small. When I tried to return it, they wanted a picture showing the tags. Sending the embarassing picture of me trying to fit in it, they still refused to accept my return. I am now stuck with a $100 dress that i cannot wear, and has no tags to show that it is brand new, nor the size. I tried to email them, even tried an online chat - don't bother, they do not reply! Very disappointed and would NEVER recommend shopping here.
Horrible service. I order a navy prom dress from this website and recueved it about a month later, still in time for prom thank goodness because it was so horrible I needed to find a new dress. First of all the dress was ill fitting even after I took my measurements, the color was sky blue and there were stains all over it. The fabric was heavy polyester and not chiffon. Don't but from this website unless you are ready to be disappointed. OH and they also REFUSED to give me a refund even after I sent the dress back!
Photo, description not match to the price,( big red circle is the one I want to get but small red circle is the product that they shipped) Their web site error caused me to buy the wrong product so try to return it but they find all kinds of excuses not allow me to return it, instead offer me partial money back, at the end I didn't get money back! Save yourself the money and trouble don't buy from Aliexpress!
They refuse to give me a refund even though they didn't send me everything I paid for. They sent the cheap items and left out the two expensive items and then string me along and refuse to refund me saying invalid evidence.
Please don't waste your money on aliexpress because you will never get your money back or products!

Random quality customer service: some times when there is a dispute, customer service acts promptly and correctly... sometimes they take weeks not to solve the problem properly.
I use this site a great deal, however, I have had one bad experience where I did not receive my merchandise but I did receive a refund. In order to use the site, you must check the seller history, amount of transactions, and feedback. I also like to communicate with the seller prior to making a purchase. Many legitimate sellers will email additional photos and communicate with you to make sure you feel comfortable ordering.
