Lo peor qué me pudo pasar es tener mi servicio con att, no respetan y valoran los clientes, el servicio al cliente esz peor del mundo
Mi operador ha sido de gran ayuda, estuvo siempre en línea y sus conejos y ayudas han sido increíbles!
Desgraciadamente soy por abligacion cliente AT&T, fui victima de ellos porque cai en una promocion falsa en la que ellos me recibian los telefonos en 800$ si venia de otra compañia, cometi el error de enviarles mi Samnsung S 20 (en condiciones impecable) que se los compre a ellos y me ofrecieron 800$, se los envie por correo el telefono lo recibieron ellos, no sabian internamente donde estaba el telefono y despues salieron dandome solo 150$ por mi telefono, osea me ROBARON 550$, despues volvi a cometer el error de cambiar 2 lineas de Tmobile para AT&T, y envie 2 iphone 11, tambien en condicienes impecables ambos telefonos, supuestos a recibirse en 800$ c/u, ya pasaron 3 meses y hasta hoy me hicieron un credito de 260$ osean130$ cada telefono, me ROBARON nuevamente 540$, ahora por la ineptitud de la persona que me realizo la venta por telefono de mis equipos ahora tengo una deuda obligad con ellos por mas de 3000$, y ellos no me quieren devolver los telenos que ya estaban pagos y yo les devulvo el dinero que ellos me dieron. Señores no caigan en esta trampa si les ofrecen alguna promocion que sea por escrito, por que no hay soporte de nada y ellos se lavan las manos y NO CUMPLEN. Con el internet de la casa tambien fue igual, nos cambiamos de compañia hacia AT&T y ofrecieron que ivan a pagar la factura por promocion, se les envio todos los datos que ellos requerian y tampoco, se que esto es solo medio de expresar mi mala experiencia con la compañia, pero para las personas que lo lean espero tomen en cuenta esto para que no vivan este mal momento, y para que no pierdan dinero con esta compañia. El personal no esta bien informado ni capacitado para tratar las promociones y la cpmpañia son unos IRRESPONSABLES.
They fail at everything and what's worse is they lie right to your face as they do it. I had awful internet service and complained, Their action was to stop billing me through my e-mail and then charge me late fees it got so bad they would not accept payment unless i had online live support to pay my bill for $5.00 extra, and then the new phone i purchased cash money upfront was locked and they would not unlock it so i could change carriers.

Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
