I have tried many other forms of fitness/ diet regimens, but this one really suits me. Really easy and straightforward to follow. I'm feeling the results already. My stomach muscles feel tighter. That has to be a good sign! 😁👍
BetterMe has been a great way to help me jump back into a regular exercise routine again. I love the easy-to-follow formatting & targeted, yet still total body workouts! Also, the add-on features are great if I am feeling like I still have a lot of energy when I am finished with the primary workout. Very happy I decided to try BetterMe!
Love the plan. Doing the actual exercises is a great challenge. I can't do them all, but the demo videos are very beneficial and I'll eventually get there. The chats aren't working well for me. The chat person appears to be in another time zone and the responses have been close to 24 hrs or more. That isn't helpful and your site claims usually in a few hours.

BetterMe has helped me - for the first time in over ten years - to actually stick to an exercise routine. I'm also a lot more conscious of my water intake and the food I'm having, thanks to the handy tracking features.
I love getting to AirPlay the exercise video to the TV during my work break, and being able to get decent training at home.

I have struggles trying to find a work out that fits my busy schedule as a full time working mom. These quick, simple to follow, do anywhere work outs have been a game changer. My toddler has been trying to join in which I love even more as she starts to grow healthy habits with me.

Easy to follow instructions, quick workouts and a count down timer for each exercise. Plenty of options for additional workouts each day such as yoga, dance, abs, legs etc. You can log water, food etc. You can get as involved with the app as you want to be or just use it for the daily workout.

Really enjoying my experience with BetterMe. I feel like the exercises are perfect for my abilities and there are days where i tag on an extra session to feel more pumped. I appreciate how easy and seamless the sessions are to follow and if anything, it's just a matter of staying consistent. With that being said, i do love the reminders i receive to log meals and complete a workout session.

Just a few days in and the short 20m routines are already making me feel my lack of muscular health for many years. A good sore that is slowly going away and I complete each day's set. The rest periods in between are timed well.

I have only used Betterme twice. It's too early to give a 5 star review. For the 2 days that I have used it, I have noticed where I can improve in general. I like the demonstration prior the exercise. 15 minutes
at this point is great for my short attention span.

The app offers more than I expected. Not only the somatic workouts but there are options for even more workouts, meals/recipes for all types of preferences, logging calories, water intake, fasting and more. Very handy if you really want to track your day to day progress while improving yourself!

I chose chair yoga to reduce the chance of injury for to balance issues. I have been pleased to receive a vigorous session without relying on floor exercises. Also, carving out the time to complete each session at home is very doable which I creases the probability of completing the program.

Workouts are completely manageable and increase in intensity as you go on. It's been exactly what I needed to get back into working out. I feel very motivated and it's encouraging me to do more active things throughout the day. I've started incorporating walking into my routine as well and I feel great!

I can't give it 5 stars yet as I'm only a few days in but it's great. I do workout but lack motivation and suffer from a sensitive back which I'm worried about hurting.
The tailored workout fits perfectly. I already feel stronger, more agile and the pain in back has subsided.

As previously mentioned, the first several sessions can not be considered chair yoga, just simple, very simple exercise. The sessions are ridiculously short. I expected a half hour session, not 13 minutes.

This is an easy app to help one get started. I wish there a little more variety between days and then I wish extra exercises changed exercises too, but overall it has been great and I am definitely sore after a couple days of working through this app!

What I love most about Wall Pilates is the focus on proper alignment. The wall acts as a visual guide, helping me to engage the right muscles and avoid injury. I think the app is a great idea, but not everything is right. In my opinion. 1. the videos are a bit fast for beginners. It should be shown briefly and only then start with the exercises. 2. my goal is to gain weight and the books you can read are all about losing weight. I think the books should be adapted or in this case removed. But i think the recipes are great, as well as the idea of unlocking an exercise every day.

I just started. I like that it's very interactive. It is challenging for a beginner but not overwhelming. I like the option of continuing to other workout options if you feel you can continue. Which I have used and are more challenging but I like that. So far I would definitely recommend this is ( I actually have already told a few people about it)
