My experience has been nothing short of amazing so far. The meal prep suggestions have made it so much easier to portion my meals and make sure that i eat healthy food and not snack on unhealthy stuff.
I purchased the somatic yoga series program, as the ads promised a meaningful physical, psychological and wholistic experience. The app, however, is just a few silly videos of a woman doing super-basic stretches and saying ridiculous things like "imagine your problems floating away".

I'm enjoying my seated exercise regime, and having a reminder each day keeps me on track. I'm usually a walker and bicycle rider, but weather and circumstances don't always allow it. So doing the chair workouts are really helping my fitness level. And it's more of a workout than I had anticipated! I would like better music in the background, though, and fully in time with the movements. Best to watch the demonstration rather than follow the directions, as sometimes the latter can be confusing or a bit slow. (I'm a fast mover!).

Betterme is a great app to help kickstart your fitness journey for those like me who were unsure about how to get into fitness. I like the meal option, however it would be great if there was a wider range of options to add, or ability to customise!
Its still early days as I am on day 4 but the training programs has nice variation and the option do do additional workouts with a good variety of walking or running.
Log Calories is nice and easy to work and I love the barcode scan function.
I saw an ad and didn't think anything of it and started watching the video. I didn't expect everything to be so detailed and through. I only payed $11.99 for a 4 week plan and honestly that's all you really need. They have other perks but as long as you can remember to have a balanced diet and work out everyday then they give you everything you need. It's definitely worth your time and money!
The app motivates me everyday to complete my tasks which I think is very important part of developing a habit in life. Eventually if this habit turns into a routine for us, it will be easy to live a healthier life..

I am just getting back into the workout game preparing for a trip in November. This is my first week and it has been a great setup plan so far. Great meal suggestions to get started. Great workout plans. I have felt it in the day 1 workout. Targets areas i havent targeted. So all around a great find and im glad i signed up for the 28 days. If you are new or trying to get back into working out and need the guidance to get started. This is a great place to start.

This is truly a workout experience tailored just for me. It suits me in every way. I look forward to my daily workouts. I am 5 days in and I can already feel some new strength in my upper body. And it has been a wonderful bonus that many of the exercises are supplementing the exercises I continue to do to rehabilitate my shoulder which was completely replaced in March. Can't wait for day 6.

I don't have the time to go to the gym...and quite frankly the though of it was intimidating.
Have looked at a number of different on line home workouts, and many of them needed extra equipment or were too long and seemed beyond my abilities.
Better Me, is not like that.
It gave me the options to choose everything from my fitness level, what I wanted to achieve, my preferred meals/diet, and created a plan that is easy to follow.
Daily exercise sessions, that I can fit in easily...about 10 mins, and easy to follow, fluid and food trackers, and a vast selection of additional exercise sessions, I can pick and choose from, plus a guide to why we are affected by negative thoughts and have to deal with them, and much more.
So happy I gave this a go, and something that I really want to continue.
I would definitely recommend it.
This is the first exercise app and program that is affordable and doesn't lie! The personalized plans are extraordinary! It's only 12-13 minutes a day so far and I've already lost 3 pounds in just two days! It's also about diet. I cut out beer and alcohol and have been eating strictly protein and vegetables for the past two days.
The workouts though on a chair are challenging enough that I feel that I will be able to achieve my goal to tone, improve fitness & shed some pounds. I'm at day 8 now. Lost 5 lbs so far. Like the water & walk Tracker features

I'm really liking the exercise program because it is tailored to fit my needs. I decided to give the program a chance mainly because of a knee replacement which I had six months ago. Even with knee exercising, I was still in pain most of the time. I am eager to see if the 28 day plan helps in this area and while the knee is sore, I am feeling a little improvement already! I'm also very pleased with the upper body strength exercises. I definitely need help in that area also. And, lastly, it doesn't take much time out of my day. Very pleased thus far. Thank you.
I've tried a few different programs in the past that haven't really stuck. This gives you step by step movements and as a beginner it's just what I needed to get my foot in the door of physical fitness.
I have been using BetterMe for a couple of days and I cannot be more pleased with the app's functionality. It reminds me to drink water and keeps track of my daily meals and cals needed to reach my goal, the workout plan is very easy and quite frankly very straightforward with each exercise coming up after you finish each exercise.
It's only be a day but seems good so far, 13 minute workout for the first day was doable and worked up a sweat I have a 15 minute ab workout today for my second one and gonna keep this up for 28 days to see if I can lose some weight! Here's to staying consistent thank you
Only feedback i would like to give, its my first day with betterMe. I took the first workout today, but honestly i feel the instructions should be given more clearly and with little more time. For someone who has never done this its quiet fast to catch up. Overall, good experience

Really enjoying my experience with BetterMe. I feel like the exercises are perfect for my abilities and there are days where i tag on an extra session to feel more pumped. I appreciate how easy and seamless the sessions are to follow and if anything, it's just a matter of staying consistent. With that being said, i do love the reminders i receive to log meals and complete a workout session.
