So I'm a Veteran of the Marine Corps so I have been in great shape in the past. I basically drifted away from my peak shape to the point that I'm 33 with total Dad bod, lol: totally out of shape. I know my ability to get back in shape but lack the discipline or the exercise plan to help ease me back into it. This app makes this so easy! You don't have to think about it, Better Me has got you! The pre screen categorized you well so to set you at a difficulty level that will work best on your workouts. I love the add ons it offers and it even has mental health help daily readings. It is a bit pricey in my opinion after the introductory rate, so I am not too sure I will renew. But the app is great!
As previously mentioned, the first several sessions can not be considered chair yoga, just simple, very simple exercise. The sessions are ridiculously short. I expected a half hour session, not 13 minutes.
