I have tried many other forms of fitness/ diet regimens, but this one really suits me. Really easy and straightforward to follow. I'm feeling the results already. My stomach muscles feel tighter. That has to be a good sign! 😁👍
BetterMe has been a great way to help me jump back into a regular exercise routine again. I love the easy-to-follow formatting & targeted, yet still total body workouts! Also, the add-on features are great if I am feeling like I still have a lot of energy when I am finished with the primary workout. Very happy I decided to try BetterMe!

Plese note that our general license gives you access to all the main features of the app, so there is no need to pay for anything else. The workout program that was picked according to your quiz answers is available on the main page of the app and additionally you can accees other workouts from the Workouts tab.

Please, be informed that there is no way for BetterMe to charge one's account without the direct permission of the user. Each user chooses a subscription package and is being billed due to the conditions of this subscription.
If a user doesn't want to continue using the service, they can cancel the subscription 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. This information is clearly available on the checkout page for our customers to review before placing the order. They can also find it in the confirmation email along with the option to unsubscribe by contacting our support team
