Ich hatte mich für die App entschieden, da sie mir jeden Tag einen Plan für abwechslungsreiche Bewegung gibt.
Ich bin bereits im zweiten Monat dabei und kann ohne ein Training gar nicht mehr in den Tag starten.
Es ist fordernd und nicht überfordernd. Braucht seine Zeit, aber eben keine Stunde plus Fahrzeit für das Fitnessstudio.
Ich fühle mich besser und habe das Gefühl, dass der Körper nachziehen wird. Die 28 Tage zu Beginn waren okay, jedoch bei weitem nicht so effektiv, wie es die Werbung verspricht. Liegt auch am Einstiegslevel. Ich würde es immer wieder machen. Schon allein für mindset.

L'app è molto utile e carina, ha una buona verità di allenamenti da fare. La uso da quasi un anno ormai e devo dire che mi trovo bene. Unica pecca, va in crash di frequente durante gli allenamenti. Andrebbe aggiornata o migliorata. Ho provato la versione web ma non mi presenta gli stessi allenamenti dell'app.

Me ha parecido muy sencillo, pero lo que quería decir es q está en inglés y yo hablo español... Lo podríais haber comentado antes de pagar, xq seguramente no lo habría cogido, ya q hay otras muchas similares y en mi idioma, que es en el que hablabais en el anuncio.

Ik voel me geweldig goed met deze oefeningen. Ik heb een veel betere start in de ochtend. Ben ook veel losser in mijn bewegingen.

Essendo la prima volta ho imparato ad eseguirli e mi sono divertita. E' preferibile eseguire gli esercizi guardando il pc, sembra di avere un'insegnante con te.

3 kuukauden käytön jälkeen päätin jättää arvostelun. Koulutusosio - on minulle hyödyllisin. Paljon seurattavia ohjelmia ehdottomasti parasta mitä olen koskaan nähnyt. Ruoka - voisi olla helpompi valmistaa, mutta terve elämä vaatii terveellistä ruokavaliota, joka on täällä ja valmiina sinua varten. Vaiheet ja veden seuranta – hyvä ja helppo, integroitu Google Fitiin. Ei muuta sanottavaa. Se on kiinteä 5, jos etsit jotain sellaista.

Esta aplicación es un entrenador personal virtual en tu bolsillo que te mantiene motivado. ¡Muy recomendable! Lamento ver todas las críticas negativas :/ Le recomiendo que se ponga en contacto con su departamento de soporte. Tuve algunos problemas con la aplicación, pero me ayudaron.

Abonnement waar ik voor betaald heb (bubble butt workout), was niet beschikbaar totdat de 3maanden voorbij waren waar ik minder voor betaald had (€26,62). Nu moet ik de volle pond betalen van €51,84 per maand, omdat het automatisch verlengd is na die 3 maanden, en is de bubble butt workout ineens wel beschikbaar! Belachelijk! Op mijn mails werd niet gereageerd toen ik aangaf dat het niet beschikbaar was! Voel me echt opgelicht en geld terugkrijgen is geen optie! Walgelijk en misselijkmakend hoe ze misbruik hebben gemaakt van mij

Al principio no conseguí entrar en mi plan específico por la app, pero me atendieron online muy bien y conseguí entrar por la web. Son ejercicios sencillos relacionados con caminar e ideas de comidas. Está muy bien, yo tengo una suscripción de 28 días. La recomiendo.

U better me aplikaciji uzela sam program za poboljšavanje fleksibilnosti. Vježbe nisu teške za odraditi i kad se fokusira na određenu skupinu mišića koja se u tom trenutku radi svaki pokret se osjeti. Po mom mišljenju trebalo bi odraditi bar 2 ili 3 serije istezanja, uz vježbice. Ali tada trening nebi trajao do 30 min nego do sat vremena te to nebi svima odgovaralo. Ja sam jako zadovoljna aplikacijom i radim po sebi pojačani program koji si uz to napravim.
