I have tried many other forms of fitness/ diet regimens, but this one really suits me. Really easy and straightforward to follow. I'm feeling the results already. My stomach muscles feel tighter. That has to be a good sign! 😁👍
BetterMe has been a great way to help me jump back into a regular exercise routine again. I love the easy-to-follow formatting & targeted, yet still total body workouts! Also, the add-on features are great if I am feeling like I still have a lot of energy when I am finished with the primary workout. Very happy I decided to try BetterMe!
The short routines in the app have helped motivate me to get moving. I can tell myself 'It's only 10-15 minutes. Get your butt in gear!' The routine are easy to follow and they give you time to see the exercises before they start. I just started but feel this will stick!

I have really enjoyed the program so far. I have fallen sick and had to take yesterday off. But doing it 4 days in a row gives me an idea that the workouts are quick, they push me, and if wanted I can even extend it. I enjoy it very much because of the flexibility and ease of time dedication.

I needed a plan. My first workout was great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that some days I spend a lot of time in the pool or out with family and friends being active. I feel that one or two days a week or would be great if those types of exercises counted. I know it not the way the program works, but if there was a little flexibility it would make it easier to feel more accomplished like something I have been doing being active, meant something.

I can review the exercises first and then start the program which helps me transition quickly. I do wish the added exercise routines after the morning program would allow me to stop and go and jump ahead if so desire. Right now floor exercises are difficult as I do not have an exercise mat but that should be corrected shortly.

I saw an ad and didn't think anything of it and started watching the video. I didn't expect everything to be so detailed and through. I only payed $11.99 for a 4 week plan and honestly that's all you really need. They have other perks but as long as you can remember to have a balanced diet and work out everyday then they give you everything you need. It's definitely worth your time and money!

I have loved the challenge of doing exercise daily- I like the format and how you can see your progress as you go. I have a 1 and 3 year old that still don't sleep thru the night so I needed a program I could actually do with what little time I have and get results. I'm only on day 5 of the 28 day challenge but it's picking up with just the right amount of intensity!

Saw an ad on IG and gave it a try. The app is easy to follow. The workout is just right and very convenient in terms of time counting, very systematic and easier to follow than other apps so far. I like how you van go step by step and make your daily workout not boring. The fasting timer is great to keep you on track, very encouraging. Overall its great and the price is good too.

Have enjoyed the exercise options provided for me with Chair Yoga. They have been understandable, challenging and varied. Available educational support for diet, motivation and guidance also available as needed. It has been easier to incorporate into my daily routine than anticipated. Has motivated me to supplement my home exercise program with stationary biking 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes, working towards daily cycling to supplement the Better Me program. Thank you.

I struggled to find a program that felt good at the gym. After about five months and seeing no results, I took a break. I wanted to find something I could do from home and found BetterMe. I am new to the app, but so far, it has been easy to follow along and do in the comfort of my own home, and the workouts are more intense than when I used to lift weights.

As a former athlete, I haven't done sports for a long time, but since I met Better Me I am disciplined and my motivation has increased even more. Frankly, as an individual who hasn't done sports for a long time and doesn't pay attention to his health, some exercises are hard for me, and the fact that the programs are short is great at one point, but it can be challenging for a beginner at another point. Apart from that, you can prepare the calendar a little better. I am very happy with the application, I thank you.

Busy mum while being a homemaker I don't get the luxury to go the gym the cost of it and having a family. I have also a foot injury and back injury which causes a lot of problems with fitness and feeling good. But since using this better me app has been great few of the exercises I haven't been able to do but that's okay I like how they are quick and easy, and plenty of other exercises to do aswell 8/10

The music was calming, yet kept me wanting to workout. So far, the workouts have been awesome. Each day it has been a steady pace & not to forceful or fast. It shows you how to do the move first then counts down and you both do it together. There are rest periods which I loved! And it was in the convenience of my own home. I was comfortable and relaxed but loved the workouts.

The Better Me app is easy to use. The workouts are fantastic with good explanations. I immediately felt the impact of them! They are short but allow you to do more if you feel you can. There are other features such as tracking eating, walking, water intake, etc. Plus you can get coaching to keep you encouraged!

I am using this app to help me recover after surgery. The low impact workouts are perfect for me right now. I like that they are short but you can do more than one for a longer workout if you want to.
