I have tried many other forms of fitness/ diet regimens, but this one really suits me. Really easy and straightforward to follow. I'm feeling the results already. My stomach muscles feel tighter. That has to be a good sign! 😁👍
BetterMe has been a great way to help me jump back into a regular exercise routine again. I love the easy-to-follow formatting & targeted, yet still total body workouts! Also, the add-on features are great if I am feeling like I still have a lot of energy when I am finished with the primary workout. Very happy I decided to try BetterMe!
I've been enjoying this fitness app. I've found it's easy to fit into my day because they are short and sweet but I also have the option of doing more if I'd like to. I also like that it can be done anywhere, only a mat is required (and you could do without!)
BetterMe has customized to my fitness level nicely so I do get a good challenge.
I would recommend this App for all fitness levels.

I'm enjoying the BetterMe Chair Yoga 28 day program. The workouts help me stay flexible and build strength in a safe way with my arthritis and chronic health conditions. Ranging from 10-20 minutes each day, they are reasonable in length which ensures I do them each day.

The app and website are easy to navigate, the workouts are great. The meal planner does not release info about the meal or ingredients until that very same day you're supposed to prepare and eat it which is very inconvenient. This means you need to go shopping every day for different ingredients. You should have access to at least a week worth of recipes to get your shopping in advance. I hope this gets updated in the future as aside from that. It's great and I'm really enjoying it. 4/5

Everything going good. I can feel the change. Just love how I have a coach and he always checking in and making sure all questions are answered. I love how the workouts are taken at your own pace. I went to the gym regularly til I reached the age of 60. For no apparent reason stopped going. Continued walking and playing volleyball, took up pickleball in a big way and did some in person chair exercises but realize I need the stretching and specific targeting which Better Me is providing. I'm not looking for apparel, coaching, or recipes. I may not know how to navigate the program completely on my own but I am doing 2 workouts a day, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. I like the opportunity to do as little or as much as I want. Let's say I feel like I'm getting back on track..

I'm not so sure about losing weight this way, but as an elder I am happy because it helps me to move better. When you get older body parts tighten up and now I am able to move them more freely. I, also, like that it doesn't take an hour to do these exercises.

This year has entailed ups and downs. Sometimes more downs than expected. Finding the motivation to remember what is essential in my life has proven to be quite hard at times. But one should not lose hope. I did not, and last week, after a long, long break of not exercising anymore, I made a promise to keep believing in my path and offer my body the sustainable and healthy experiences that it deserves. The BetterMe App has been part of this change and once again I feel motivated to show up and do the work.

I'm enjoying my seated exercise regime, and having a reminder each day keeps me on track. I'm usually a walker and bicycle rider, but weather and circumstances don't always allow it. So doing the chair workouts are really helping my fitness level. And it's more of a workout than I had anticipated! I would like better music in the background, though, and fully in time with the movements. Best to watch the demonstration rather than follow the directions, as sometimes the latter can be confusing or a bit slow. (I'm a fast mover!).

This app is thoughtfully constructed. Timer function, display, speaking/explanation of exercise is great. I've found it hard to follow online programs simply because of the layout/design. But not BetterMe. I'm just getting started but so far, so good!

I have always been lazy about exercising. When I saw this app advertise, I was a little skeptical, but decided to give it a try anyway. And to my surprise, I really enjoy the 11 minute workout and sometimes feel as if I can do more. I signed up for the 28 day course, I'm excited to see what the outcome will be.

BetterMe is very manageable and user friendly. I appreciate all the available tabs to keep track of water, food, calories etc but also am able to log exercise and walking. It's great to keep everything in one spot.

I have been using the app for the past week and there are so many options for classes which is great as I can slot exercises in between my busy schedule. I especially love the short reads around your psyche and how to change the way you think. It's very interesting.
It would be better if you can connect any fitness watch to the app though. The app is pulling my step data from my phone, but I don't always take my phone out for walks.
Otherwise, so far so good.

I have seen the benefits in the first two weeks. Starting a simple home exercise routine has been a strong motivator for me, especially in managing my thyroid health due to Hashimoto's. I've tried many "workout" apps and so far BetterMe is great for those with limited amount of time. Video demos are great and the countdown lets you see how you're progressing through the workout. I got through my first workout faster than expected and look forward to the next one!

After just four days of chair yoga with BetterMe I have more energy and stamina. I lead a pretty sedentary lifestyle except for weekly grass mowing and housework. I needed to push myself and have loved BetterMe. I can definitely feel the muscle stretches and workouts but they are doable and actually enjoyable. I'm relieved when each workout is done but don't dread the next one. I have more energy throughout the day. I'm so glad I found this app.

I have joined many weight loss programs and exercise videos. This one by BetterMe is better than most. I can track everything and it's all tied to my health app and so just appears. Love that! And so many exercises! I'm starting slow with the chair yoga and it is perfect for me. For once I have no regret spending money on a weight loss program. Thank you!

It's a great app, really enjoying my daily workout. It's kicking my $#*!, but not to the point where I'm worried I'll hurt my back or something. Really just the amount I needed to start getting back in shape.
One thing that could be improved is the nutrition section. The recipes look good, but maybe find some way to provide an ingredient shopping list. That would be amazing.

As an incredibly busy working mom, the app and its reminders motivate me - I have no excuse to not reserve 15 minutes a day to focus on my health and movement. The exercises don't seem too intense, but I am sore, so it is working! I appreciate being able to log calories, water intake, steps, etc. into the same App. The App is user friendly.

I'm enjoying the app and my experience so far. The workouts are great and I like that after every workout I have the option to be good where I'm at or push myself if I feel like I can do more. Plus with my busy schedule, getting a 15 minute workout without having to waste time tracking down equipment is very convenient.
