The program is wonderful. I did not realize that I was so out of shape and I have some knee and shoulder problems so I'm taking it slow and easy but I can already feel my shoulder having more range of motion. I'm excited about it thank you so much.

I really like the layout keeping track of everything. I can't wait to get my fit tracker to add to my accountability. I feel the exercises fit my mobility I feel the burn. They look easy but once you're doing them you know it's working.

4 days in, already satisfied! The robot voice is a little strange, but I think they have made it so it's easy to personalize the workouts for you. And they are quick! With an option to make longer! Excited to see how the next 12 weeks go!

I'm very pleased so far with the daily exercises. I work 24 hour shifts and am even able to get the workout done at work. It's convenient, and fairly easy. I just finished with week one, and haven't missed one day. I will say, I'm skeptical about the weight loss early on, however; it is forming a healthy habit of being active every single day, improving overall health of my body, and encourages me to make better decisions regarding diet.

Over the last year I lost 30 pounds, but I had always been 5'9" tall through my teen and early adult years and just recently at 75 years of age I discovered I'm 5'6" and overweight even with the reduction of the 30 pounds. Me has given "me" an opportunity to be fit and assist with dropping more pound. After 4 sessions with two separate exercise programs I am a little stiff, but excited to see my progress. I am sleeping better and longer. That is a good start for the shrinking lady.

I started a weight loss journey last fall...I do walk for exercise but December when my program ended I was on look out for something else...seen ads and decided to try...so far day 5 of chair yoga is great. Easy to follow and can do when convenient.they've been in touch to make sure I m experiencing best experience.I appreciate great customer service. I'm only 4 days into my 28 day workout but I already feel stronger and confident. I'm sore in all the right places and it motivates me to keep going. To be fair, I have added an extra 15 minute session onto my tailored one.

I've been loving the BetterMe daily workouts. With young kids and crazy schedules, it's not always easy to make it to classes or the gym. These workouts are so convenient, fun, and I can't believe how much exercise I am able to squeeze into just 15 minutes a day! Highly recommend BetterMe!

The work outs BetterMe has set up for me so far feel great! Not too intense at all, just enough to make me realize how out of shape I am lol. It eases you into the movements but also slowly increases intensity. Like I said, only 3 days in but so far I have enjoyed my experience!

I'm too big for some of These workouts but i try as hard as possible (touching toes while Standing). Only 4 Stars because i have weak knees (which was an Option to choose) but there are situations where knees we're involved. Generally Happy with it.
Way to many Plans are possible and i dont actually know whats included in the two i got. And you are asked to buy additional Plans every time you Open the App.

I really like this app, it serves as a way of keeping me accountable. The little reminders I get about working out time to drink more water is appreciated. The workouts leave me sweating and I feel a difference with my muscles, how far I can stretch too. I wish the statistics were a bit better. The days completed seems to shift from the previous day to the next even before that day is ended. It's not a deal breaker for me though.

The value for this program is great. When everyone else price gauges and you don't really understand if you're getting any value, BetterMe has the workouts right there that I need. If I want to track other things like meals, water, etc I can but it's not cluttered and in your face. I'm already feeling and seeing the results so very excited to keep at it to reach my weight loss goal.

I have only had the program for less than a week now, but am enjoying my daily workouts, especially with the option of adding on more if I feel I could push a little harder. I like the calorie and water tracking and am just getting the hang of how to use the fasting feature. I haven't yet engaged with the meal planning, mostly because it actually seems very difficult to do. There isn't a master shopping list for the week, so I'd have to check in on each recipe for each meal and compile my own list to make sure I had the ingredients. It would be nice if there was a shopping list feature. Love the varied dietary choices for meal ideas though.

This app is really good for introverts who want to stay home and work out. I hate the gym, but this makes it easier to plan out meals, keep track of calories, and workout plans are already set up for you. Tis magic babes.

Day 6 of Better Me. Despite starting at the beginner level, my muscles are still feeling the workout. Two of the days I opted to do another session on fat burn and Wow. It doesn't matter how easy it may look or the movement see slow, your body is building muscle & getting better every day!

BetterMe's 28-Day Whole Body Home Workout Plan is going great! I set a goal to be healthier this year, and BetterMe was the best plan out there to do it. The instructions are clear, and take you through each exercise step-by-step. I also like the pacing—nothing is rushed or lasts too long at the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. The day by day goal system also makes it easy for me to keep track of my workouts, and the other app features offer water intake and calorie tracking, meal plan options and so much more. Also, the graphics and music in the app are perfect. They help me to focus into the workouts and set a rhythm for my workout plan. I'm loving it so far, and I can't wait to keep going!

I'm in my 50's and wanted to slowly get back into working out. This really helped tighten my stomach muscles and that has made my back pain virtually go away. I love the short segments of these workouts and have moved on to the face yoga ones. There is something for everyone on here. Love it!

I always thought that sitting was bad for you until this app came along. I broke my femur and had a knee replacement in it when I did, so it took massive reconstruction. Walking outside in the cold where I can slip isn't an option, so chair yoga is working well for me, and it is very enjoyable.

I'm only 2 days in, but 2 days strong. The barrier to entry on this one is LOW - even I can commit to 15 minutes / day with no equipment needed! Though I thought it seemed like it was super easy each day, I was actually challenged at various parts of the workouts. Not sure what the outcomes will be yet, but I feel good about the start!

I'm only 2 days in and loving it so far. I used to be a personal trainer so all of the exercises are very familiar, and the few that are not have very clear cues along with the video. Not having to come up with workouts is the best part, and if they're not hard enough, you can say that at the end and add to it! Excited to see what a little consistency can do to get me back on track and feeling like my old self.

I have only done two sessions but this morning I woke up excited to do the exercises. Previously I knew I had to do some exercises and get in shape but I didn't want to be pushed and generally felt kind of cranky about the whole idea of working out. Found this program and it was on sale and much cheaper than joining a gym. Honestly I didn't think I would be waking up looking forward to exercising. I am also glad I can do these at my own pace.
