Our service is by subscription so members have the convenience of using their premium benefits whenever they need them. However, they can always cancel through their account or by reaching out to our Member Care team at any time. Premium members can always live chat with us through the Contact Us button found at help.care.com as well as reach out to us via our phone number listed on their credit card statement.
