Very bad customer care service, they book, tickets with exact amount but fail to give back the refund. Horrible service. No reply to emails, no verbal communication, no response to tweeter. Shall complain and drag them to customer grievance court.
This is worst service I have ever received.

After writing my bad review after 2 months of chasing back my money, i received a call requesting the new trip booking cost details after they have failed to book my seat with the airline. They have told me it will take 5 to 7 working days for refund. It is already 2 weeks and I still did not receive my money. Since then, I called many times the agency and they have blocked my number. It is fraud to get back my money and they will never pay me back. AIRLINES please break contract with this agency as it is a fraud, thief and liar.
Cleartrip is a fraud company, infact i havent seen such a nad customer suppport in my life time. Reallly fed up with them for an issue of refund. Very bad service. Never try to book tickets through them..

I got only AED100 back from flight booking of AED3000. I booked it considering refundable.
Refundable means they should deduct very min. If we are cancelling in line with the time line.
I would appeal UAE consumer rights to looking into it. Really feel bad that govt. Is allowing these company to loot public...

Never book ticket from CLEARTRIP - before booking you can check the support. They dont have a working contact number at least. In march 19 - 2020 i have calcelled my ticket as per the message from spicejet. The airlines are refund the amount to the agent ( Cleartrip) till 06-07-2020 they dint refund the amount. They are not ready to refund for anyone. I don't know why no one is taking an action against them. #bancleartrip
Clear trip is One of the WORST And Un-safest place to book flight tickets, I had a problem with the flight tickets and they said they can't do anything about it and I lost ******* rupees almost. Please choose make my trip and professional apps like that. DO NOT CHOOSE CLEAR TRIP EVER!
If there is 0 star, i can put zero. Payment deducted from the bank but the service you clicked is already fully booked but still system allowing you to book. It says your money will be refund in 24hours - to 48 hours BUT NOT TRUE at all. They will keep you hold on the phone and after 10mins of waiting suddenly the call dropped. No consistency.
I am a serving soldier. We rarely manage to get leave, and in that situation i got my connecting flight cancelled by the airline. Since i booked from cleartrip i naturally asked them. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD... cleartrip is looting with both hands. I recieved my refund after 70 days... And got only 382 dirhams out of 3198... However airline confirms the full amount is refunded to cleartrip... Whenever i raise a question on any forum the standard reply i get is that please allow us some time... Its not only me... I have evidence of such cheating in more than 20 cases

Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
