I did my booking through cleartrip in an emergency situation. Flight got cancelled due to pandemic and today I got happy news from cleartrip saying that Rs. 0 got it as refund. Pls note that they are not capable of getting refund when it comes to refund. I suggest use these website only to verify rates of different airlines but booking only do it with concern airline booking site not with 3rd party website like cleartrip.com.

Booked a flight from Bengaluru- Lucknow to and fro, but cancelled due to emergency through Indigo website directly. Indigo has refunded the amount and says its with the travel partner to be refunded to the customer! When I enquired with cleartrip they say refund is not processed by Indigo and also if it is processed by cleartrip will have cancellation charges!. Filthy service from cleartrip. They mint money from other people's pocket.
I booked a flight to amman through bahrain and there system allowed 13 hour transit in Manama which is not allowed as the maximum allowed transit time is 12 which i was not aware of. When i explained this their rep he said it is not their fault and they can't get me a refund.
So basically i lost my full ticket fair. Idiots!

Due to cleartrip negligence and bad quality of technology, I have got booked my flight twice and now there are saying they cannot refund my amount. I tried to contact customer care after many tries and now they are saying "non refundable and i need to bare the whole amount".

Site cancellation link not working, when i call to customer care they told should be do cancel 24 hours before, i answer i am trying since from 4 days on your site but cancel page not working-they said they cant help and no refund available, so that time on wards i stopped using for book flight by cleartrip.
I had booked a ticket from Dubai to Chennai on the 18th of December, 2021 & I mentioned this email address :*******@yahoo.co.in. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel due to some personal reasons. So I cancelled the booking & notified to you through an e-mail on mid of Nov-2021. I received a reply from their side on 22-Nov-2022 stating that the refund would be credited within 15 days, but I still haven't received it. When I called customer service, they gave me the fake response that they would contact me within 48 hours. I have called them nearly 12 times but haven't received a single dirham. My friends, I am fed up, and I am asking all of you to book directly with the airlines rather than using these types of travel service providers. Clear trip means very poor response, poor follow-up, and customer service representatives will cut off our calls while we are speaking.

Cleartrip never refunded my money for two domestic flights from March and April 2020. The airline companies clearly state that this money is refundable. I have exchanged tens of emails but Cleartrip has used excuses in one case and has been withholding these funds in the other case without stating any reason. They probably figure they can get away with it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for two years, but now I will make sure I share this with every review site I can find and will only take down if they do the right thing, which I suspect they won't. Too bad because I had been using Cleartip for my travel needs in India for approximately 10 years. Never again.

I booked a return ticket with Cleartrip since February 2020 they cancelled me due to covid 19 until now they did not refund me yet. Sending them emails and calling then customer service they just ignore you. They will not answer or at least acknowledge your queries.

Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
