I ordered my product a month and a half ago and have yet to recieve it. I sent many e-mails asking about my order status with no reply. You may look up your order status online. My status has been on printing label for two 1/2 weeks. Must be an empressive label. Expected time is one to two business days. Its frustrating I wouldn't recommend buying anything form the goto websites.
After receiving many great items from DealDash, I received a not so great one. I guess that's to be expected with any company. I notified customer service who quickly fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I did not have to fuss, argue, or compromise. It was easy. A pleasant change from what you usually have to do when dealing with customer service agencies.
Im taking the time to leave this review because deal dash TRULY deserves it. Ive never experienced such incredible customer service! Theres a quote from marc Cuban that i base my own small business off of "treat your customers like they own you... Because they do!" Lol i realize thats a bit extreme but I believe in actually being of service to my customers and deal dash is the ONLY company (and total trivia but theyre the same im pretty sure) ive ever encountered! They deserve awards and all companies should strive to be as good as DD.

My favorite and longlasting penny auction site. If you are able to play during off hours you have an excellent chance for a good deal with always free shipping. Only problem is too many bidders are willing to prove they have more money and bid way beyond the cost of the item just to win. Its supposed to be about getting it cheap not spending the most money - so the auctions are long and seem endless.
I fell into addictive behaviors chasing losses with more losses.
I spent money I needed for BILLS.
So I wrote and asked for my account to be closed AND knew I might not get a refund as I had made several purchases.
Customer Service sent an email within 2 days closing my account as requested AND refunding my original purchase.
If YOU recognize you have an adrenalin rush issue as well... DO ask about self-exclusion.
I loved it, but was not successful... Bailed to save myself.

Getting a reply from customer service is taking between 10-15 days right now. They are WAY over loaded during the holiday season. They have made me exchange multiple items saying they were "out of stock" only to put them up for auction again. The website has glitches and has messed up multiple times during bidding. They have no option to call them for custoer service. This is a HUGE deal since it takes so long to get a reply by email. How can a company not have a phone customer support line? I recommend staying away for now. Maybe someday they will get their act together...
There are many penny auction sites on the web. Dealdash gives you an opportunity at great savings. There is a learning curve but the auctions are fair. Their customer service replies quickly and they also have contacted me by phone about their site and how to improve the experience. I have made some recommendations to them by email and one has already been enacted. Fron my 2 months using this site they have been responsive and looking for ways to make the experience more pleasant including a 100% money back start in the bidding.

Deal Dash is truly amazing, I have been a member in good standing for a few years now. I love the items. I love the customer service and the items are beautiful. I have won so many nice things. Bidder gerbgirl has bid over 13,000 times for a 7500 bid pack. Please view photos. Who can loose money on every auction and still play over and over. Something is wrong. I believe bidders are playing against many bots. There are many examples of this. Go to www.letsgobidding.com for more proof. Google " top dealdash bidders". Then research bidders. Same people win auctions over and over.
Dealdash is an addictive website. It should be shutdown!

I have been trying since mid July to have this matter resolved. They told me how to return the very large item, but we threw the carton away, not realizing the item was not all there. My emails finally went unanswered, so I knew this was not going to get resolved by the email people. Thought I would try "live chat" and Thomas was not only helpful, he actually did what I knew was the only solution.
It's got great items to bid on, it also gives you the opportunity to get your bids back. Your items will be delivered promptly and in good shape. Any of these sites can be addicting.

Answer: Thats a hard question to answer, because it depends on the article, and its value. I will say I have won some great Articles, and lost many, maby more. The more valuable the article the harder to win. Personally, I gave up on Deal Dash due to the BID STOMPING and Jumpers and the gready nature of some bidders, who stockpile bids. Also, even though Deal Dash supposedly has means to catch Buddy Bidding, I myself have caught at least 4 people doing buddy bidding, reported it, and nothing was ever done about it. Finally I no longer play on Deal Dash, for the reasons I mentioned, but thats my choice. Its up to you, on what you want to do. Hope this helps.
