Prices are great. But don't expect too much in timeliness and quality. I ordered December 6th. January 10th they send me an email saying they don't have some of the items I ordered. Then a few weeks later I received the clothing I ordered that they did have. They at least refunded me for the clothing they didn't have.
My husband initially ordered from this site although I had a lot of doubt and warned him in advance. Surprisingly, the order was shipped (relatively) quickly; but the best news was we were quite happy with the quality. We have since ordered two more times. If you don't expect the speed of Amazon, you might just be pleasantly surprised, too.
Scam scam scam! U want to throw your money in the garbage then this site will do it for you. Cheaply made clothing. False advertising. Don't buy anything from here! Most illegitimate shopping site there could be. You might as well buy something from a pop up on ur computer. Zero stars!

I too placed an order on Nov 29. My email confirmation said that it had shipped that day and gave me attacking number, which always shows "as an invalid page". So no tracking. Now I have to wonder if my order was ever actually shipped or if this is a scam to get your money. I made the mistake of paying with paypal because I thought it might be safer than giving a credit card #. But now I have to wonder if they will honor a paypal dispute if item never arrives. They definitely need a new shipper with a valid tracking system. Would not recommend and after reading other reviews of quality of items rec'd, I wish I had never placed this order.
I had previously rated this company poorly due to a lack of response on a item that was shipped but never arrived. Since then, they have replied in a timely manner, and have re- shipped another shirt, plus refunded my money. I will see now whether or not it arrives, but am impressed with their desire to make it right.

There tracking info is useless. I emailed them and did get a response quickly telling me it could take 25 business days. Had no idea I ordered from China. Shame on me! Never again.

DressLily's Clothes are really cute, but they are not American sizes. I have ordered from them twice, both times requesting an extra large. (I can actually wear large and some mediums). The sweater and the dress run very small and I'm sorry to say, poorly made. I'm a bit disappointed with my DressLily experience. Also it takes 2 or more months to receive your order. No receipt or invoice comes with your order. If they want to continue to service the USA, they will need to make their clothing in U.S. sizes and improve the item quality.

This is my first time ordering. I just ordered 4 shirts last weekend 10/15. It stated on both, shipping 7-10 days. They sent me a tracking number the next day but there is still no information for that tracking number. Beginning to think this is not a real company. Should I try to cancel order? I should have known when there were misspelled words throughout the website that there would be problems with this company. My order has not been delivered now for 30 days. The tracking method with DHL is also a total scam. My order is supposedly being sent all over my tri-state area before getting to me.

Update: customer service reached out to me and offered to refund me my order. For some reason, they refunded $56 when my order was for $58... not sure why, but at this point, I'm ok with this resolution.
All size are probably asian chart, and therefore all the things we ordered are way too small. They made me send pictures, recap all my orders, only to tell me it's my fault that it doesn't fit (adult XL doesn't fit my 13 year old boy...) and that they won't take the clothes back. I lost $58...

I ordered 5 items from Dresslily, and only 4 came. However, when I wrote to say that one item (jewelry) was missing, they responded quickly and refunded my paypal. Sometimes the items don't look exactly like they do online, but that's the problem with ordering online in general! I've had good customer service, and I'm happy with my purchases. I don't usually order clothes online from a store I can't visit in person because you can never know how they'll really fit. However, I like the accessories I ordered the first time, so I recently made a second purchase. I'm waiting for my handbag to come in the mail now, and if I'm still satisfied I will continue to shop with Dresslily.
Fabulous prices that are hard to beat! Sometimes the shipping is slow... but it's also free! Any issues are usually resolved in a reasonable and timely manner. And they have tons of items on their site that are super cool and fashion forward. I would recommend them!

I would suggest that nobody ever order from DressLily.com. Yes, the clothes look cute, but they never arrive looking same! There are a lot of bad reviews out there on these guys if you don't believe me. They are also weird sizes. I ordered two coats from them and they were different. The color was off on one and no tag on the other. Their website states shipping will take up to twenty days... mine took SIXTY! When I asked them what was going on (through submitting a ticket on their website, which is apparently the ONLY way to contact these guys) they replied that it was completely normal to take this long. Then when I finally got them, they were terrible. Itchy, cheap and not like the picture. Now I'm fighting them to return them and it's a ridiculous process.

I ordered a cover-up dress in January. According to the tracking website, it arrive in the U.S. about two weeks later and since then, there hasn't been an update. Over two months later, I still have never received my item. One star is being generous. I've ordered twice. First order the clothes and materials were terrible and fit very awkward. Their ads make the clothes look so good, so they got me a second time. Over a month after I placed this order I noticed the tracking said 'delivered' about a week prior to me checking. I've never seen this package. I reached out via email, phone and live chat. I was asked to be patient and they would get back to me in 7-10 days. Apparently my package was sent back due to address issue. Crazy I've lived here for over 5 years amd have recieved almost ALL packages/mail, my address was exact and complete. The customer service is terrible and VERY hard to understand (sorry). So, over a month later, no answers, package, refund... nothing. Overall, terrible experience. -5 stars

It is now Dec 9 after 27 days (not counting weekends) item still never arrived so I left a reply to my ticket (we will respond within 24 hours)... Dec 11 & 48 hour later still no response from their customer service.

Please listen to all of the 1 star reviews below. It is not worth the risk that you will be the 1 out of 20 people that get at least part of your order. I don't even believe that those people exist, I think they are fake entries by the company. I have also been waiting over 3 weeks for my order, I paid extra for a tracking number that never worked on the postal website, the "customer service" agents do respond quickly, but with excuses and requests to continue to wait.
This site is absolutely a scam and they are raking in your dollars without repercussions - DO NOT trust it!
I purchased $80.0 worth of blouses and one dress I do not like the fabric. This slick stuff does not look good on my fat figure. I am 84 years old and have had a bad time figuring out your return policy. I will not ever order anything else from DressLily

What buyers don't know is that these clothes come from China... the quality is poor and if you wear a large and order an extra large, the item will still be as a small size. I placed an order of over two hundred dollars of items and had to give items away as they were all too small and the clothes did not look exactly like pictures (very poor quality). I would have sent them all back and requested a refund but it took so long (3-4 weeks) for me to receive items, I did not bother paying for postage and returning items. I will never order from a foreign country again. The website is deceptive as it doesn't display any Asian models or informs you that items are located in China. Please beware!

I thought I found a nice website to get some inexpensive clothing that are not bad looking. What a huge mistake! The quality of clothing that I received is beyond my comprehension. You can get better quality clothing at Walmart! And this comes from a person who spent half of her life in eastern european communist bloc. Back then clothing was really hard to buy, locally produced was really bad quality. Please stay away and don't get charmed by beautiful pictures and all the raving reviews (the company gives rewards for writing them!). I have to yet see my honest review of items purchased. I have to say that one star is really for lovely support that answers promptly.
