Prices are great. But don't expect too much in timeliness and quality. I ordered December 6th. January 10th they send me an email saying they don't have some of the items I ordered. Then a few weeks later I received the clothing I ordered that they did have. They at least refunded me for the clothing they didn't have.

Dress Lily is a brilliant website for anything quirky and cute. The size charts are fairly bang on with how the products fit, sometimes depending on the product as like anywhere can sometimes be a little off, but some like woollen jumpers I'd always advise to go up an extra size just in case as may shrink in the wash. Delivery is pretty good on majority of items getting to you quite quickly and they always get back pretty promptly too if you ever have a query. Very happy and will continue to shop there in future :) - Charlotte Evans

This was my first time ordering from the company and was very happy.The quality of the clothing I received was great and I have had numerous compliments.

A few things to keep in mind:
Pay close attention to sizing when you are making a selection, as each top is different on size conversions. My suggestion would be to be sure and look carefully at the size chart and perhaps even go one size larger.

Quality is good, but handle garment with care. My blouses were rayon and very delicate. Hand wash and iron on a very low setting if you need to get the wrinkles out.

Customer service is good and very efficient through email communication.
Great selection and I have ordered more items. Love all the styles!

I placed my order on September 25 and received on October 26. They online chat never on. It's very difficult to submit the request or ask question. I ordered a top but the end of the left sleeve was torn. So, I submitted the request about a defective item two days ago. As of today, I still have not received any replies.

Please DO NOT waste your money, your time and energy on this website it doesn't matter how cheap the stuffs are. Or, you will be sorry! Oh well... what do you expect, they are Chinese company!

I'm so regret I tried them out!

Same situation as many - I ordered blankets right after Thanksgiving. They "processed" my order & took my money. As of today (12/23/16) - still no word on when or if they will ship my order. I've contacted them 3 times and have been told to "wait patiently". That's insulting! Waiting isn't the problem - if you take my money, then you at least owe me some information on expected date of shipment. Nothing. My granddaughters will be disappointed on Christmas day. I finally contacted my bank to get help in retrieving my money back. I don't care about the products any more.

Lesson: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Packages are arriving in a timely fashion (2 weeks for 1st package), customer service responded quickly/politely to request for tracking numbers, but based on other reviews, I will watch shipping time carefully and file a complaint w/PayPal if necessary. Shirts are true to size. Dress is not even close, and looks like it was sewn by a five-year old. Quality of all items, disappointing. The website says chiffon, but expect polyester. If it says, cotton, expect polyester. If the shirts were made from chiffon, they would look/fit as cute as photos on website (patterns/size are same as in photos except for the not-even-close-to-catalog-photos dress). Sadly, the material is akin to the cheap polyester used in low-cost Halloween costumes. No tags on anything. Poor stitching on the "dress." False advertising at its finest.

Ordered a jacket and the sizes are not the same posted, I reviewed the measurements carefully, they are not correct. Plus it's a different color. I have emailed through the site several times with no reply at all. Trying to dispute through Paypal now. Stay far away from this business.
Of course, my review of the item didn't show up either. Not only are they a fraud, they bury negative reviews on their page to scam other buyers.

I disputed my purchase via Paypal and will be getting a partial refund. It's better than nothing for the crap I received.
I would love to know why my review of the product doesn't appear though. No way to let other potential buyers aware of the wrong color and sizes.

Okay so first it was up to 3 days, after waiting 5 I wrote to customer support, they said to wait 2 days before contacting them again, I waited 4, contacted them and what happened is they stopped responding, and of course the order is still not shipped. On top of that their 24/7 live chat is not 24/7 at all, it's like 9 to 5 kinda thing, when you open it at let's sat 12 AM it shows this "Welcome to Dresslily.com! We are offline now, please visit us again during our hours of operations". I cannot not recommend it enough.

Unfortunately the clothes are sized for small Asian women so order a size or 2 up from what you would normally buy. However their customer service officer Judy was awesome when I needed to organise the items to be returned and replaced with a larger size, even contacting during a weekend to help the process proceed quicker.

After reading some of the other reviews I was worried about my order arriving at all. Or arriving plus major shipping fees (which would have been my own fault for not researching)
However, my items arrived about a month after ordering, which I expected. (I didn't pay extra for faster shipping or tracking) The bag, newspaper look? Was a bit smaller than what appeared on the web page, but still a good size. I also ordered the red button boots. (Most afraid these would never show) They arrived, they DO fit and for the price, very fair quality.
After all the negative reviews from the site I'm not sure I'd order again, but I'm quite thankful I did get my order and didn't have to pay extra once it arrived.

Item still not yet received after longer than expected, the company offered a full refund and told me to keep the item as a gift when it does return. I sent them one e mail, and with in 2 days the money was refunded back into my account.

I wanted this dress since I randomly saw it in a Facebook post almost a year ago, I was so excited once I finally found it on dress lily and purchased immediately. Almost 2 months later I finally received the dress! As most of you can imagine, I was extremely excited to see the tiny package... Wait that is rather small. Oh man they probably sent the wrong size. I open it up and it indeed is crumbled into the smallest possible envelope, at this point I'm thinking oh it might fit. Then my face saddens and I say, well my step sister will enjoy it I guess. But wait. It's completely see through. I can't give this to a 12 year old. Lesson learned, cheap quality, extremely long delays, with exchange rate came out to $20 for a $12 advertised dress and it doesn't fit. Sizes are not true. It's now hanging in my closet and I'm disappointed..

I wish I could rate them a negative star. Save your money. Everything comes from overseas and the workmanship is PURE GARBAGE. Why didn't I see these reviews first? I ordered 2 coats and some boots. I use the term "coat" lightly. They are seriously small and look nothing like the pictures. Just cheap fabric, cheap buttons, irregular seams and fit. The buttonholes weren't even cut open on my last "coat". I have pics to prove. What a RIP OFF.

I order 4 dresses from this website. Two of them are fine. One more is defective and the other one would fit a 12 years old girl. I've tried to communicate with their "Help Center" with no success. The "Live Chat" never works, and they don't have a number where you can call. I asked for a refund for the defective dress and an exchange for the one that's small... they never answered. The honest way to shut this business down is to file a complaint in the Internet Crime Complain Center at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (US residents). I'd like to know, where are the Chinese authorities? Why do they allow this business to operate and defraud people from all over the world? Don't they see how bad this is for their reputation?

I have had nothing but problems with this company! Ive been trying to contact them for over a month to return a coat that is child's size rather than the woman's large I ordered. I had the same trouble with a shirt I bought from there, but fortunately my 10 yr old likes it. It fits her perfectly! Their customer service site says it will address the issue within 24 hours, which hasn't even come close to happening! I would strongly recommend that you save your money and run away from this company as fast as you can!

Ordered on 12/5/15 and received part of my order 12/23/15. Packing was weird and the material on one was stiff. Still waiting for 4 more items that were Christmas presents for my girls. There tracking info is useless. I emailed them and did get a response quickly telling me it could take 25 business days. Had no idea I ordered from China. Shame on me! Never again.

DressLily's Clothes are really cute, but they are not American sizes. I have ordered from them twice, both times requesting an extra large. (I can actually wear large and some mediums). The sweater and the dress run very small and I'm sorry to say, poorly made. I'm a bit disappointed with my DressLily experience. Also it takes 2 or more months to receive your order. No receipt or invoice comes with your order. If they want to continue to service the USA, they will need to make their clothing in U.S. sizes and improve the item quality.

Bought my favourite dress by far here, and even though I'm on a budget, it didn't cost a third of what I would've paid for it if need be! The fabric is sturdy, the design divine. I chose the slowest, but free(!) delivery option, so it took a few weeks to get here (from China!). It arrived neatly packaged, smelling fresh and undamaged, it was definitely worth the wait! I found a bow and nail polish to go with it no problem. If you're in a hurry, there are faster options for a fee. I just ordered a bunch more lovely clothes and unique jewellery for ridiculously low prices. Can't wait for them to get here.

The worst quality of clothing I have ever bought! The seams were already coming apart on a few items, the color is totally different. The quality of the fabric was way cheap and nothing like it claims. On one of the shirts the sleeves were uneven and very obvious. I could buy better cloths at the salvation army than on this site! You can not get a refund, all they will try to do is give you a cash coupon for not even half of what you paid. Bottom line: Scammers big time! Do not shop here unless you want to have you money stolen right out of your pockets. Also I have heard that they make children in sweat shops make these cloths. If that is true, that makes it all much worse. Think before you buy people, do not let them take advantage of you!

Do not use this site! There are so many other quality stores and sites you can buy from and actually get a refund if you want it.

Save your money and go somewhere else! I ordered 2 shirts and only got one. & The one that did come was so flimsy you can see through it! Im not even sure if its the same shirt as I compared it to the one in the picture... & Another thing. Live chat?! Would help if it worked. A telephone number would be great!... Shipping is ridiculous, good 20 days to get this shirt and still haven't received the other one. 30 bucks wasted on junk! Will definitely be spreading the word!

I too placed an order on Nov 29. My email confirmation said that it had shipped that day and gave me attacking number, which always shows "as an invalid page". So no tracking. Now I have to wonder if my order was ever actually shipped or if this is a scam to get your money. I made the mistake of paying with paypal because I thought it might be safer than giving a credit card #. But now I have to wonder if they will honor a paypal dispute if item never arrives. They definitely need a new shipper with a valid tracking system. Would not recommend and after reading other reviews of quality of items rec'd, I wish I had never placed this order.

The clothes are crappy. But what did I expect for the price! Their sizes are ridiculous. Nothing to do with reality. Maybe they just pick a number and stick it on a label. And forget about returning it if it doesn't fit. Their customer service is non-existent. Don't bother shopping unless you like throwing away money.

I usually hate shopping, for the stress I feel when trying to understand sizes and materials and fitting. Fortunately, I discovered some time ago this store. It has a huge choice, that embraces all kind of tastes. A very clear guide to sizes, together with lots of pictures well detailed: Its attentive and flash rapid care for customer service is a plus value, very rare to find un such a way.
They have good prices, a points collection and free delivery option that goes on 3/4 weeks and, since I bought many times I can say they respect the terms.

Surprisingly, the order was shipped (relatively) quickly; but the best news was we were quite happy with the quality. We have since ordered two more times.
