Ebay sorted my problem in full and deserve 5 stars as they are fair in the end. Thank Mr Ebay. Please do stop such practices adopted by sellers as that will increase public confidence.
A seller reported a package delivered to my address. We do not have USPS delivery here everything is left at our local office or PO Box when possible. I continued to check the post office for over a week with the postmaster. The package never arrived. I contacted the seller who said it was signed for, but it was never signed for because I am the only one who signs for anything or checks the mail. Ebay closed the case telling me no refund would be sent. There is no way this package was ever delivered, and absolutely no way I signed for it. Ebay is supposed to provide Buyer protection. They do not! I will never use Ebay again.
There have been good purchases made from sellers from China and there have been bad purchases. What a lot of them do is have friends to increase betting but eBay never does anything to the seller if you report them. I've also won bids and they don't send out the item or they do they claim it was "lost." That's not true. You can tell they didn't like that I won the item on a low bid since they went and put the backpack back up. Again, eBay doesn't do anything. I also don't like millions of resellers in the world as of late. These are usually US sellers that are resellers. A lot of things they get in clearance at Michael's and Hobby Lobby they sell at full price plus shipping. I never buy from a US seller unless it's a book I really need and it ends up being cheaper through eBay. My warning is: shop around first even if the item is from China as I've seen them sell paper clips that seem cheap but they sell it individually whereas Hobby Lobby will sell it for cheaper but with a whole bunch of paper clips. That's just an example as I've seen it. It's cheaper to also get books at the thrift store than through EBay sometimes also. Like I said they if I really need or want the book I get it through EBay.
Another warning is that I've seen things from the Dollar Tree and they are selling them at $7.95. That's insane! I cannot stress it enough; shop around first. Sometimes when it seems like a good deal; it's probably not. Especially with US sellers.
I've mentioned this on my other review but just in case: the same sellers that are on Wish and AliExpress are the same as EBay. A lot of them just change their username but have a similar logo. They'll charge more on EBay because it's pricier to place their merchandise.
I placed an order and never received it, the seller wasn't responding to my messages. Ebay didn't help. I'm closing my account now.
I've been buying and selling on eBay for 5+ years now. I think it's a good site and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to sell their stuff.
Tip for consumers:
Shop around on the site. Buy from people with good feedback. Those are the dependable sellers.

First: did you know they actually have increased their percentage to 13.25% plus 30cents now. They also charge their 13.25% on the Taxes that the buyer pays on the purchase so if it is $10 in taxes, they charge the 13.25% which will cost you $1.32 cents. They told me it is for the complete purchase and talk about double charging? This is it. I also found out we as sellers CONNOT LEAVE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON A BUYER. I was so upset to find out that a buyer can leave negative feedback in seconds but we are not able to do so. So they buyers ALWAYS have 100% positive feedback, no matter how much they screw us sellers over. I was on the phone for almost two hours to leave negative feedback on a seller which would only take them 30 seconds to do so then us sellers will have to spend hours on the phone to get it off if it is unwarranted as a lot of times it is. All in all eBay is the most on sided and the most dispised selling site on the web anymore. Again, I have almost 20 years with them and now only sell MAYBE 10% of my items on that site and now really looking at getting out like so many have been now.

Do what I did and go to other sites like I have. I only use Ebay for leftovers now.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I LEFT A NEGATIVE REVEIW TELLING MY OPINION OF THE TRANSACTION ONLY TO FIND OUT THE SELLER WHINED AND THOUGHT SHE WAS TOO PRIVELEDGED TO LOOK BAD AND GOT IT REMOVED. IT IS MY RIGHT TO SAY HOW I FEEL ABOUT IT. AND ALL I SAID WAS ''I WAS NOT HAPPY/SATISFEID WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE'' NOT AN HONORABLE BUISNESS PRACTICE OF EBAY. IT LEAVES BUYERS FEELING INFURIATED LIKE THEIR OPINION DOESN'T MATTER AND THEY FEEL LIKE LEAVING EBAY.

EBay's PayPal discriminated against me and refused to process my transaction! Though my credit score is over 800, eBay's PayPal declined to process my Discover card (despite Discover agreeing to honor my purchase amount), because "PayPal's program compared my seller's location (Hurst, Texas), sale price, and my location (San Fernando Valley) and decided that most similar transactions DID NOT END WELL." So PayPal discriminated against me and refused to process my transaction! This is a totalitarian outrage! PayPal should be prosecuted for unjustly forbidding commerce. IF PAYPAL (UNJUSTLY OR NOT) REFUSES TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU, YOU CANNOT BUY ON EBAY. You never know what purchase PayPal will "generously" allow or disallow you to make with your own money! PayPal had no problems processing over a thousand dollars worth of my purchases from a store in New Jersey, so it must be the Hurst Texas location they do not like. No business should get away with being allowed to discriminate like that! Shame on eBay! Shame on PayPal! Everyone should disconnect from PayPal at once.
They ship USPS, great prices most sellers include shipping, great exchange policy, comparing prices with their sellers is a must, not always going cheaper is better.
Ebay force refunded my sale after the buyer broke my item. They took the $350 back at a time when I had already spent it on my mortgage. This company is a BIG SCAM!

I made 2 orders March 30 and was supposed to be delivered by April 6 needless to say it's April 13 and no items. I emailed the seller Tashion172 and the seller stated it should arrive soon be patient and asked that I close the case because it will make they store look bad and has responded to nothing else. I escalate the problem to eBay for them to tell me I have to wait until April 21 before they will step in. I can't call anyone and customer service doesn't respond and now they just have my money tied up and there is nothing I can do about it. This was my first and last time buying from eBay I should not have to wait this long for my package the seller was misleading with the dates it will arrive. I could have ordered from amazon and know I would have gotten my package by now. I only did eBay due to shipment time EBay sucks and I'll make sure ever I let everyone know DO NOT SHOP EBAY and I better have my money soon I no longer want the items if could give both the seller and eBay a 0 I would but unfortunately that's not an option

Please do not order from eBay if you do don’t buy from Tashion172 it’s a rip off and Wbay customer service won’t help at all

The fact they keep your money for weeks when you sell something keeps me from selling there anymore. The buying is seemless and perfect.
I found this co on ebay, and they were very tricky as the item I received was a fake, *******@net-fashion-4U scammed me into paying return shipping.
Ordered mirrors for my truck. Got toggle switch extensions (useless) Tried to get help from Ebay. They told me they couldn't locate the order.
I never really had to many bad transactions till lately. It seems like one after another. I did 3 charges in a week from being scammed
Since they made changes in the last few year and now police bad sellers with a good refund policy. Also with paypal this is another saftey net
A lot of their sellers on eBay offers low prices. Now, I love buying from B&D Collectibles 2000 shop. They have a wide range of times to choose from.

Half.com has no seller protection - the buyer (big4northeast, stay away from this a**hole) took advantage of my book. I hate half.com, super angry!
I got scammed by a buyer that stole my item and Ebay also refunded him all the money out of my account.
Seller is always in the wrong - buyer can get a refund on item and they are hardly questioned. My buyer was concerned as her item apparently smelled - considering I came from a pet free/smoke free house and that it was a brand new item - was a very poor excuse. The buyer never even replied to my last message that I sent when trying to resolve the problem but instead sent the issue for further escalation to ebay and I am honestly disgusted with the way ebay responded saying that I should issue a returns label to the buyer - even though i have clearly stated that I have picture proof of the condition the item was sent in, plus the buyers story changed when I messaged her and suddenly she was offering to pay for the return - clearly something strange is going on and I suspect she has mistreated the item. It also clearly stated on the description on the listing that NO RETURNS WERE ACCEPTED however ebay have clearly presented how little sellers views mean as this buyer is allowed to return the item even though her case is very poor. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STEER WELL CLEAR OF EBAY they have a poor and inconsiderate seller service.
Site is easy to navigate, and dealings been pleasant experience so far! I hope that it stays that way.
