Ebay sorted my problem in full and deserve 5 stars as they are fair in the end. Thank Mr Ebay. Please do stop such practices adopted by sellers as that will increase public confidence.
A seller reported a package delivered to my address. We do not have USPS delivery here everything is left at our local office or PO Box when possible. I continued to check the post office for over a week with the postmaster. The package never arrived. I contacted the seller who said it was signed for, but it was never signed for because I am the only one who signs for anything or checks the mail. Ebay closed the case telling me no refund would be sent. There is no way this package was ever delivered, and absolutely no way I signed for it. Ebay is supposed to provide Buyer protection. They do not! I will never use Ebay again.

Ebay is a haunt of scammers starting from those who respond to requests for assistance.
All ebay changes recently have made the whole selling experience awful. They dont listen and their new policies are completely unfair.

When you need help they're customer service is not working as it should work. Theres great items sometimes but no thanks
On several occasions I have sellers back out of transactions. Ebay does nothing and doesn't care. Contacting them is worse than useless.
It's good for buyer, but seller not the best website to sell stuff on. High commission and ebay lock up your funds
The fees have gotten out of hand. I only sell things when there's a promo which makes it worthwhile now.
I'm now an ex-EBAY member. With ZERO explanation, my account was "restricted" until I shared way too much personal info - after a PERFECT BUYING record over 10 years. BYE EBAY
The way that eBay handles dispute is great and always gets resolved other sites like Amazon should learn by example
