A seller reported a package delivered to my address. We do not have USPS delivery here everything is left at our local office or PO Box when possible. I continued to check the post office for over a week with the postmaster. The package never arrived. I contacted the seller who said it was signed for, but it was never signed for because I am the only one who signs for anything or checks the mail. Ebay closed the case telling me no refund would be sent. There is no way this package was ever delivered, and absolutely no way I signed for it. Ebay is supposed to provide Buyer protection. They do not! I will never use Ebay again.

I am having a huge issue with eBay over getting paid for items I've sold on the platform. I've been a seller for eighteen years with over 250 positive feedbacks (not one negative). I hadn't sold anything for a while, then recently sold some items for which eBay is holding the money for two weeks. Why? Because they've switched to a new payment method which doesn't account for the time I've put in, the work I've done, or any kind of loyalty to me as a seller to say nothing of the eighteen years I've been selling on the platform. They see me as a "new" seller. I am so angry over this! I will never again either buy or sell anything on eBay. Never. And I will not have anything positive to say about it to anyone. The company sucks.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use eBay. Do not support this flagrantly unfair, biased, disrespectful and abusive organization.

I feel very disappointed on eBay, because they offer a refund but they are not explicit enough about the conditions. I've been purchasing different items using that website but now that nor the seller or eBay are responsible for my money or the item I paid for and never arrived, I'll stop using eBay.

You will always get a refund, and in most cases keep an item that was inferior, or not matching the picture in the ad. Be sure to notify the seller, and if they give you a hard time or ignore you, open a case with eBay who will give the seller 3 days to reply then step in to help you. EBay then sends you a pre paid shipping label. Once the item reaches the original seller eBay give you the refund.

Just received my order it was a name brand just as described and it arrived quicker than the the last order I placed with Amazon.com that was complete junk not as described and then Amazon.com wanted me to pay to return the junk. I will be buying a lot more from EBay.com now and I will be cancelling my Prime membership with Amazon.com that uses false advertising

The worst customer support of industry
The worst customer support of industry. They will not ever provide a live representative to help you and all situations are not addressed by the site.

I have been trying to get a refund for an item that was never shipped to me and there is no help by the Ebay.

Will no longer buy from this site.

I have had only good experiences using e-bay. Of course you have to be careful what you buy and read the sellers reviews and profile before you buy something. I have never had to return something, but I think the support would be there from ebay if I needed help.

I have a very positive experience with ebay. I just feel they are lacking in ratings and reviews department. I have bought many things and I like the site very much. But in my opinion, if the ratings and reviews were increased it would help my shopping experience so much more. They are very helpful and organized.

I love shopping on Ebay! They have so many products my family can use or enjoy! I buy alot of vintage Gymboree on there. Sometimes games for my kids, toys or products for our home etc... Would recommend to anyone I know!

I love ebay and have used it a lot but also have been scammed a few times from sellers with high ratings that seem legit but are out of country. It's totally a buyer beware situation but there are scams that I got sucked into. They send a tracking number, the tracking number says "delivered" but the package never arrives. This has happened to me a few times with electronics. But 5 stars to ebay because it's not ebays fault, it's a great tool I just got burned is all

So i clicked on them and the price went up to $43.00 and some change. I though i did something wrong went back selected the boots price again changed. Its not a big deal i didnt buy them but why do they do that it makes no sense just put the dam boots at $43.00

Ebay leaves customer support in the hands some some ignorant non-English speaking, rude females! I have had a complaint twice, yet I cannot explain a thing when I am speaking to these idiot women Ebay hires who barely understand English PLUS have little knowledge to understand much of anything going on at Ebay! They can only understand ONE concept at a time and hardly that little bit of information! I felt like I was talking to a foreigner who was 3-years old! I won't do business with Ebay again, either with buying OR selling!

Tip for consumers:
Ask for someone who can speak English and who can understand more than one concept at a time.

Dont buy anything from eBay if the warranty is mentioned as seller warranty. Both the seller and eBay are not at all taking responsibility. Most of the seller warranty eBay products are not in a good working one. Its my experience. Then u take a call. Better buy from local market.

Long time buyer/ seller. NO more. Bought something. Sent it back way with confirmation. Buyer said didn't receive, post office said they did receive. Spent hour on phone. Lady ( eBay) said she did see it was back on time, then told to wait a few days all looked good. Then told I lost. Crooked seller ( lerekam) Got his merchandise and $$. Trying to get a fraud case with the post off. 3rd time eBay has let a seller rip me off, Never again eBay!

<<< Avid Ebayer. At one time I thought of looking for an "Addicted to Ebay" group... Anyhoo, I love it. I've been using it for a couple of years and I only suggest others pay attention to feedback scores, where it ships from and do a little more research; be patient - the item just might be a bit less the next week!

I've been on ebay for over 10 years, selling has not been that good, so far i've lost over 1,000 dollars selling on ebay, i've gotten some great deals buying, i guess it has even out, but still won't sell on ebay

Notice that a huge majority of the positive reviews about ebay are from buyers. Ebay is ok for buyers but absolutely awful for sellers. Between ebay & paypal sellers are looking at14% hit in fees. That's abismal - especially on large sells. Example a recent $2,500 sale cost me about $325 in fees. And, ebay did little to nothing to earn their fee. I will buy on ebay but I personally will never sell another item on that site.

Seal of the box was already broken, phone was already on, charger didn't work, manufacturer/seller never picked my call or revert to my email msgs, don't want to refund or replace the product, NO customer services, later the phones charging point stopped working and low level of brightness when I compared it to the other same model, still won't refund or replace. Thousands of problems. $#*!tard eBay.

A seller sent me the wrong item, I asked for a refund, he told me not to send it back and he would send me the right item. He then sent me the wrong item again. Ebay took his side, I didn't get the item I ordered and I'm out the money. Case #*******030. Ebays buyer protection is useless.

The customer service was excellent. But Ebay business model neet to fix it. I have to call 9 times to find it out how I can get my refund, due to I never received my order. The manager helped me got refund case number, said I will get refund within 5 business days. Called again after 5 days, answer was it will take 10 business days, called again, no, you can't get refund. And it got more and more frustrated and need to explain every time, but still not getting fixed. I will never buy anything from Ebay any more, this experience driving me down to the hill. It was so bad... Ebay, your business drive good customer like me, will never forget this so bad experience. It will be the first time, and last time. Life is too short to deal with this kind of headache. Move on to Amazon, they are very good at take care of customer. You have the power to fix the problem, the buyer didn't get the order, the seller should not get pay. Your rule after one month, customer can't get refund.

I am usually bidding on this website and they fully satisfy my requirements. Nice good products usually used in a good mint condition and a very reasonable bid outcome.

I; ve tried to buy from:" https://www.ebay.com/str/innov8gbltd" on 29-th of November. Till 05.01.2020 the item has no arrived and when I tried to contact the seller they told me that the item was shipped second time(!) and I have to wait until the end of January.It's about 2 month from the payment and "E-Bay" has no power against this so called on-line shops which fraud you! I asked the shop to give me a proove of expedition... Silent!
Don't trust them, despite the stars they have, because if you leave a bad comment, will not be taken in consideration!
" E-bay" want only the money! The satisfaction of clients are on the last place!
And when you try to inform them regarding the problems, they say: "wait."... From November till now are 2 month! And I have to wait more... say E-bay! Be very carefully with the products from this site!

I have both negative and positive experience, I got an item which was cheaper and I've paid much and it was sent from China, the rest of experience was great, nothing else happens bought few items and everything went okay, so I guess 1% of purchases is bad but over the year, I have a great experience. Overall good experience

Due to fraud, I am not going to purchase on line a much. I stick with amazon. Some businesses on eBay are also fraud. Unfortunately, purchasing from any business from China could be fraud. I had bad rxieteincecwith eBay and light in the box. The Chinese on line shopping should be banned from
USA or controlled heavily

The seller did not give me my item and ebay did not help me and just simply closed my case. I contacted them lots of times they say that they will help there customers but as a loyal customer to ebay I am extremely disappointed and will not ever shop from ebay again! I paid over £12 for the item and they said to contact the seller who did not even reply and ebay supported them when my item was not received! Soo disappointment do not shop with ebay they will not help you even if you are right and will remove your feedback and will not even listen to you!

I joined EBay to sell an extra iPad I had. I listed my item and went to bed. I woke up to find out that my item had been removed and my account was permanently closed for apparent "suspicious behavior". I listed my item on amazon and sold it within a week. Thanks for nothing ebay.
