A seller reported a package delivered to my address. We do not have USPS delivery here everything is left at our local office or PO Box when possible. I continued to check the post office for over a week with the postmaster. The package never arrived. I contacted the seller who said it was signed for, but it was never signed for because I am the only one who signs for anything or checks the mail. Ebay closed the case telling me no refund would be sent. There is no way this package was ever delivered, and absolutely no way I signed for it. Ebay is supposed to provide Buyer protection. They do not! I will never use Ebay again.

I bought a dell laptop palmrest with a back lit keyboard, the item as the same as genuine. A great value for your money and you can rebuild that not well designed laptop that keeps on braking, The problem with my Dell laptop is that the covers of the laptop are a poor design and the posts were the screws go, keep braking. So every year and a half i have to buy at least 2 covers. Genuine been much more of a cost.
I buy these that do the same job at a good price. Try them.

I sent them 19 items to sell. They made me an offer for four of them, which I accepted -- although it was a pretty low offer. Since they weren't interested in 15 of the items, I planned to try eBay or donate them to a charity. However, they claim to have disposed of those items which they did not purchase and which therefore did not belong to them. What gives them the right to do anything with your personal property? I cannot believe they do not tell you this before you send them merchandise and that they don't provide you with an option. I truly feel like I've been ripped off.

Joined ebay 3 months ago, sold 50 items with positive reviews, told me to send my ID which i did, after 7 days i got in contact and they said they didnt get my ID, then went back on chat and they said they actually did receive it. Then they put me through to another rep called Nidhi, she must have had a bad day and wrote some complete rubbish - ''Sometimes we find that eBay isn't the right venue for you. We understand that the move from PayPal to eBay Managed Payments was a big one, and we asked for information and action from you that we had never needed before. To allow time to provide the information and for you to decide if this was the best platform for you, we sent reminders so we could get your account set-up completed'' what does this waffle even mean? They just write what they want, a very corrupt company and wont buy from there again.

Hold after hold suspension on account sellers have no voice and get screwed constantly. They have become a crapy platform to sell on. I've been selling on eBay for 10 years im definitely finding a new platform

Beware they have no love for sellers we get screwed constantly and they could care less.

I ordered 4 seat cushion from *******@aol.com. They were Pierre Deux fabric, and Shelley and I texted back and forth to get the dimensions just right. They turned out beautifully and were done in a timely manner.

EBay "closed" my return request as bein outside the return period on Feb. 21. However, on the original order, that return period extended to Feb. 25! Despite several attempts to contact their customer support, I have not had a response.

Do not purchase anything from eBay unless you have the Shipping address posted at the time of the purchase on credit card. No one wants to update information of the shipping address even after leaving a msg. On the phone line recorded too. Ebay customer service could care less plus the Company where item was ordered. I left a phone msg, *******@3pm on a Sat. I was told by my Credit Card Company to do that also gave me the phone number to call -nothing was done to correct the shipping address. Order place on a Friday, Called Sat. *******@3pm to cancel.

Fees continue to rise, 10% to eBay for item and SHIPPING charges and 3% to Paypal. While the shipping calculator is accurate MOST of the time, not always and no way to report a problem or get resolution. Example, shipped an item FEDEX and buyer paid $55 in shipping fees (ebay gets $5.50 of that). Should have been around $53 to ship with the eBay discount. FEDEX website said $64. Was charged over $102 and eBay is not returning my calls or assisting in any manner.

They close your account with no reason bad site. I cant recomend sites that does this. Totally unprofessional.In the past i shopped on ebay with no problems most of the time. But after this they totally deserve 1 star rating

My bank account changed. I removed that bank account from my ebay and paypal account. I called ebay to verify that the funds from any subsequent returns (because there are always products that never arrive) would be returned to my paypal account rather than my bank. "That's right, sir", Shandy said, "All your money will be returned to your paypal account because there id no banking information on your account." I said, "Even though the original method of payment was my bank card?" "Yes, sir.", she said. Guess where the refund money went?
Ebay: why does EvERY little thing with you become a drama? Are you just incapable at EVERYTHING? I do apologize, you're the best at the most successful ponzi scheme out there.

Bought 4 individual items. Went to pay for them.
Ebay groups them all together because theyre from same seller. Their mobile app wont let you pay for multiple items. Spent half hour trying to find a stupid customer service phone number - click on contact us tab and it brings you to the help and contact us tab. Click that tab it brings you back to contact us. Finally get the phone number - they tell me its not posted on the internet due to possible scammers (but i could post it here if i wanted to.) then told that my problem (above) is a problem and theyre trying to fix it. Well, someone told the program to group the sales together, so... after telling the operator over and over again the details of my issue - who couldnt do anything about it - was then passed on to another Nobel winner. Maybe the executive that made the decision to not post a customer service phone number should spend some time on the phones and see how it affects an already frustrated customer - or are they out collecting THEIR award?

I mainly shop at ebay for anime stuff, electronics sometimes, and room décor. I can find anything I want for a low price! I am a serious collector and a lot of stuff you can't purchase in America so I satisfy my anime needs by going to ebay! Awesome website!^.^

You need to go into sending things to likewice.com with your eyes wide open. Don't fool yourself into thinking that your used things are worth that much because if you tried to resell them yourself, you may not have as much luck. Bags and shoes, you may want to sell on tradesy or postmark. But clothes are something that are tough to resell. Only send things to liketwice.com if you would've just gave them away or donated them and gotten nothing for them. If a garment means something to you, DON'T send it in because you will be disappointed. I have had okay experiences with them because I didn't expect much and ended up getting better offers than I expected. My other advice is DON'T SEND HIGH END ITEMS.

I've sold a pair of boots on ebay, the seller made a dispute on the pretence that the size was wrong and asked for a return. 5 months later i don't have neither the boots nore the money even though ebay stoped 30 euros more from the account for the return expences. During this period i've tried all the steps required by ebay with the answer being the same all the time"the resolution was closed in favour of the buyer". So now im being fu.ed by the buyer with the help of ebay.

I ordered an item on eBay and paid over $85 by credit card. 9 days later I received an email from eBay that the order was cancelled by the seller (ataliag214), and that "I received a refund", which was not the case. 10 days after that I received another email from eBay stating that the order was not cancelled because "the refund to your original payment method failed". It's now been over 4 months since I placed the order, and there has been no refund. This is THEFT, plain and simple, and eBay's money back guarantee is worthless.

I cancelled an order immediately after it was placed and was sent numerous emails assuring me that my order was indeed cancelled. I was told that I wouldn't be charged and that the matter needed no more input on my behalf. 2 days later my checking account was charged and for a week I was given the run around by both eBay and paypal. Today I spoke with a supervisor at eBay and was assured that things were taken care of. I have been told that it will be another 5 days to receive the refund for a charge that should have been stopped before it was even posted. I honestly feel as though I am being deceived and told what I want to hear only to get me off the phone. A company that has been in business for as long as eBay has should operate with a little more concerned for their customers. EBay is only in business for the sales and cares nothing for the buyers. I was never offered an explanation for what happened or offered any compensation for fees that occurred through my bank.

Pathetic Experince!

We ordered a folding wardrobe and Mixer from Ebay worth 5000/-!

First they delivered the said products very late and then they delivered the faulty products and refused to make any refund.

Huge Disappointment as a customer.

Later, when we gave bad rating on Ebay website, then we got a call from Vendor asking to change the rating and make it positive. And in return they asked to give us a gift voucher worth 500/-.

Such a cheater! Never ever buy anything from Ebay!

Ebay allows buyer to fraud. I have a current situation where I am being frauded and ebay is not doing anything. In fact as a seller you really have no protection! Scammers who buy a product, request a return, then after you go through it, the buyer admits you are right and demand a partial refund. Wait what? This is what is wrong with the world today. Ebay wants me to pay them for using they're platform but essentially is allowing fraud to occur. Wait what? Yes fraud. I am being scammed and ebay has not helped at all! So I would not recommend anyone to ebay. For buying or selling. This situation has caused so many problems in my life. Every purchase and sale is a gamble. And ebay is condoning fraud to occur to their sellers.

Ebay was good 10 years ago then China sellers took it over and It became a platform for massive scamming. Now some of EBAY management are Chinese people so the scamming became part of the company structure. Item description is translated from Chinese to English using google translate which does not make any sense. Hidden conditions in very small font. Picture and title manipulation. Picture has nothing to do with item, misleading titles. Fraud reporting in EBAY is deliberately made confusing and awkward in order to deter people from complaining... even if you complain, you will find that item is still posted the same fraudlent way and no action taken at all... EBAY is making huge profit being an effective scam accomplice. The only way it can be stopped is through a class suit by a group of people, or asking hackers groups to bring this nasty website down, or by boycot.

I have never ordered from eBay and the one and only time I will was 2 items from Richbororiches. Both items were in 1 package with tissue paper and lightly taped. I opened the first sweater and it had a large run under the arm. It was advertised "new, no tags". Clearly it wasn't "new". I never bothered to open the other sweater and attempted to send them both back. After searching hours to get my answers on how to do this, I did get a hold of the the woman on owns this site. She said to send both back, but this time send them separately. I did and when she refunded me she kept 40 percent of the damaged sweater and 15 percent of the unopened sweater. What kind of business is this? Fraudulent to say the least. When I have attempted to work with eBay it is most disturbing that you can't get someone on the phone.

I ordered a jacket from user xiaomei*******. The user assured me the item will be delivered and seeing the positive reviews I waited. But after the 90 day period got over ebay doesn't allow me to send a feedback nor contact the user.

This is absurd and ebay is a very bad option to buy anything

Tried returning a not authentic pair of shoes. Seller wouldn't refund. Nor would ebays gaurantee. Think about that for a minute then till the dice on a purchase. I'll never use eBay again. What out y'all.
