Ebay sorted my problem in full and deserve 5 stars as they are fair in the end. Thank Mr Ebay. Please do stop such practices adopted by sellers as that will increase public confidence.
A seller reported a package delivered to my address. We do not have USPS delivery here everything is left at our local office or PO Box when possible. I continued to check the post office for over a week with the postmaster. The package never arrived. I contacted the seller who said it was signed for, but it was never signed for because I am the only one who signs for anything or checks the mail. Ebay closed the case telling me no refund would be sent. There is no way this package was ever delivered, and absolutely no way I signed for it. Ebay is supposed to provide Buyer protection. They do not! I will never use Ebay again.
Great site! Please be smart in who you buy from. Do not buy expensive items from someone who has only sold a couple of items. Check reviews as well.
This platform sux! Switch your product to suit offerup and let go. They don't jerk you around and you sell most your products for free.
I used to love eBay but they keep changing everything and new rules and everything else! I've had enough of eBay, will buy elsewhere now.
I bought mobile from ebay. Which is defective still they are not provide solution.
They said you should contact seller.
Please dont buy from ebay
I won few auctions on eBay and can't complain, now days there is low auctions and offer getting down... Hope glory days are back again.
I have read a lot of reviews about ebay and paypal and how difficult it is for sellers especially new ones to stay afloat with a small business. I really set my mind to becoming an ebay seller many people who I know had attempted with little success most didn't even sell a single item. I on the other hand did exceptionally well in the first 30 days or so. I thought I had found my calling. Little did I know that the worst was yet to come I will not get in to all the details. My experience is just about the same as every negitive commit made about ebay and paypal that you can read about. So with that being said I believe that ebay and paypal should be governed in some way more than they are the racket they are running should be flat out illegal... I have made suggestions to them about what I call NEW SELLERS GRACE AND LEINENCY PERIOD. Which would allow new sellers to get accustom to the way things work before they are just CUT OFF SHUT OUT AND LEFT WITH THE BILL. I mean get real I started this business because I had no money and wanted to do something productive with my time. Instead of sitting around trying to think up some get rich quick scam I wanted that feeling of success and I thought I had found it but in turn ebay and PayPal are one sided and only care about getting and keeping your money for as long as they possibly can. I could go on for hours about how they suck and sellers should beware... SO ANY BUYERS OUT THERE THAT ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THEIR SELLERS PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT EBAY AND PAYPAL MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR SELLERS
I've been an ebay user for well over a decade, as both a buyer and seller. In all of those years, I could count on one hand the amount of shonky purchases made; on the whole, I've always been satisfied with purchases/sales. However, a recent influx of Alibaba-type, China-based sellers has changed the complexion of the platform. I've experienced very unpleasant exchanges with grumpy "middlemen" (usually young women), working on behalf of a seller in the far East. For example, I ordered what I believed was a table-top ironing board. The listing showed 3 different sizes of ironing board and their respective prices. Given IKEA sells mini ironing boards for less then a tenner, I wasn't surprised that the most being asked was eight quid. I ordered the board and waited... what I received, was an ironing-board cover. I reviewed my purchase. For the first time, I noticed the caveat, "ironing board not included". There was no indication of this at the time of purchase, no photographs of the cover, no indication whatsoever that it was this item they were selling. Needless to say, I contacted the seller in question. Her response was typically arrogant: "You expect me to bother my boss in China to send back this product for £3?!" When I explained she'd charged me three times that amount for the wrong item, she knew I wouldn't give in. I got a refund but that's not the point. In my opinion, the listing amounted to sharp practice and her response far from acceptable. The fact that contacting ebay remains far from simple (to speak to a human being), suggests they don't really care that their platform is playing host to more unscrupulous sellers than ever (there's always been a dodgy element) and only really pay lip service to taking action against repeat offenders.
Tip for consumers:
Don't.

Hello,
I had a horrible experience with the eBay seller "the wheel mall". I ordered the 4 wheels on May 16th. The arrival of the items were suppose to be on May 27th. I received an email confirmation stating that the items will be received on May 27th. I waited for a tracking number but I didn't receive one. I contacted the seller on May 27th to confirm the items were shipped, they told me "YES" the items aren on your way but it was lie, acording to UPS records the wheel mall shipped my items on may 27th right after I called them. The items were delivered on June 3rd 3 weeks after I ordered them. I personally think this was not a good customer experience. That is not the way to treat a customer. I paid $167.00 for 5 day shipping. And I didn't get the items until 3 weeks later. I am a good eBay buyer and a responsible customer. The communication from the seller was poor. The service was not up to the standard of eBay. I should at least be refunded shipping of the product. Then I submitted a review for the seller and eBay removed my review from the sellers page. I Understand eBay is trying to protect the sellers, but who protects the buyers? I called eBay customer service and their response was "its nothing we can do " I am extremely disappointed with eBay and I will not longer order ANYTHING from eBay, ever again. From now on I will be buying from Amazon.com. EBay you lost a good customer!
I never really imaged the vast selection of books they carry. They have many booksite co that they work with

BOOKS, but they have everything!
They limit the amount you can sell and charge you a crazy amount of fees. Just isn't worth it anymore!
I order a few orders on ebay, the items are very good except for a little issues, overall, good experience
I am a blogger. Often I am asked to review new trends. I got wind of Twice and decided to give them a whirl. I ordered a few items and got them quickly. Once I approved of the website, I sample blogged it. Meaning I posted it to my blog for an hour, telling my readers to give them a try and come back with their own reviews. About 30 people signed up ( probably more) in that timeframe.
I received mixed reviews about them. The number one complaint was negative employee interactions- as in, poor customer service and relations.
Now on to my own review. After a day or two, I noticed that all the referral credits I had earned from my blog (after my initial purchase) were missing. I contacted them to inform them.
After much runaround, it turns out my next door neighbor also used Twice, and because we have similar addresses, all of our credits were taken.
I sent Twice many emails, as did my neighbor. I included pictures of our licenses and even our doors with the addresses clearly labeled. They insisted that they could not return my money they had taken.
I asked to speak to managers, left messages and countless calls to no avail. They acknowledged their mistake but still refused to correct it.
I recently contacted them again hoping for a better response. Not only did they refuse to return the money again, but now their excuse was that three months had gone by and I must've been okay with them keeping my money because time had past since my last complaint about it. They also attempt to call my by my neighbors name, as if to say I'm not a real person. You can't make this bad service up.
I look forward to the day it closes up shop. We will laugh and point fingers and say "Hey douchebags! You should have had better customer service!"
One of my top destination for shopping. Because of their reputation I really have nothing to fear when I shop.
My husband orders through ebay all the time and loves it! Just read the seller reviews and you'll be A-Okay!
Don't buy anything from ebay. I bought memory card. I got duplicate card and it is not working. Worst site.
EBay is known for turning its back on consumers and then scamming them in the process. Glad I left Ebay behind in 2009.
I have been a HUGE eBay customer... spending over $3,000.00 almost every year... Some large purchases, some small... ALL great!

I've always found good prices on ebay and the quality is good too. Just need to be sure to read descriptions on some listings.
Ebay used to be IT in its day... now it is kinda dying out, which I am glad to see btw as I am sick of ebay and all its scams that go on.
UNTIL THE BUYER RECEIVES THE PRODUCT YOU SOLD TO THEM... EBAY IS LIVING IN A SCAM WORLD... TRY TO BUY A TV FROM WALMART AND OPT TO PAY FOR IT AFTER YOU RECEIVE IT.
Tip for consumers:
IF YOU HAVE SOLD YOUR ITEM THRU EBAY, IT IS EXPECTED FOR YOU TO SHIP IT. I GUESS EBAY DOES NOT TRUST THE SELLER TO SHIP ONCE PAID. MUST BE A CLAN OF DEMOCRATS RUNNING EBAY NOW....LETS GO EBAY....HUG YOUR BRANDON FROM THE TOES UP
Product that I ordered could not be used as listed and my case was closed. I will not be ordering anything else from ebay.
