I do not advise anyone to deal with this company. I had a bad experience with them. I bought a toothpaste through them that expires after twenty days and I have never used it and sent it to the seller before the specified time and I did not return my money and did nothing ebay I do not advise anyone with this company

They donot have real time agent to resolve issue, poor customer services, bad policies to have an account and doing business, they start charging too much fee, they charge fee on taxes which increase their % margin. This platform should be banned now very unethical business practice.

$8.95 each, free shipping... they are beautiful. Made in India... comfortable... and truly beautiful... I find a lot of good deals at Ebay... love shopping there... first place I look when I need something... and love their Ebay bucks... it may only be a couple of dollars saved... but that is a couple of dollars I did not have to spend...

Sellers receive no support when we say No l As is that's what that means. All a buyer has to say is that it came damaged. How simple is that on getting your money back. Make a claim thru the post office. Horrible experience for a seller I would never refer your company to anyone. Thanks for my new seller experience.

Yep, closing their "doors". Not surprised. I assume this is one of the worst platforms I've ever seen in my whole life. Recently I ordered a bagpack and I really want to tell you that the product shown on their website was different from what they sent me. Also, customer service is very bad they're never helping with your issuance, they say they're connecting later.

EBay sent 20% discount vouchers today valid until midnight. Voucher code did not work. Hidden in beaus complicated customer service pages is a note saying that they pulled discount due to high demand. Not on terms and conditions. What a con.

I order the Heavy duty Outboard Motor Boat 2 Stroke Portable 6 HP Propeller Shaft Engine and paid for $675.25. I didn't received it. And the Ebay instead of helping buyer closed my case.Its unbelievable that protection plan is not working. They are just lying you. Never trust Ebay or Seller dukeivorypq /named Kelly.

I have been on ebay since 1999. I believe that was only a couple of years into their existence. It wasn't perfect but it was generally user friendly. In the last 2 years all of that has changed. Different culture altogether - no service, lack of communication prior to systemic changes, dishonesty in consumer relations.
Latest: A "reference number" on an online issue sent to higher levels for resolution, two days later, turns out to be the conversation id for the phone call! I suppose that it gets the seller off of the line without actually addressing, nor caring to address, the issue but why bother to have a help line?
Many issues, many calls and NONE have resulted in any action.
Dismissive of the people that make the system work - sellers and buyers - corporate America, isn't it great?
I have made my last purchase on ebay and selling will also be in the rear view mirror. There are other better platforms

As is required, there was a 30$ fee for my 200$ sale (way too much). The money ebay was supposed to send to my account was roughly 160$, so why is there a message telling me they are sending 130? They are stealing my money and there is no effective way to contact anyone about the issue. Will never use ebay again.

Was an occasional buyer and seller on eBay for years, with 100% positive rating both ways. Will be canceling my account now because site no longer maintains customer service in any capacity (!) ("Customers" - what's that? Who needs it?) Not even some fake overseas call center, text line, chat... nothing. Site is full of lies about "contact" options and "satisfaction guarantees", but when tried, these links all go to useless Q&A pages while dishonest sellers defraud buyers, take the money and run. And there is no recourse against it. I lost way too much money to two dishonest sellers in a row and without any way to get a hold of eBay. My heartfelt advice is to STAY AWAY.

I have seen nothing but terrible reviews from people who sell their things to this company. I was just looking to shop. I purchased five items. I had to contact the company three times before my package arrived because they rely on USPS. My box seemed stuck in postal limbo. Customer service only said it is PROBABLY not lost and were very dismissive about my concerns.
After an unusually long waiting period and being made to feel like an idiot by their customer service, the box finally arrived. Two of my five items were wonderful. The rest of them were utter crap. One was even missing a button. Very worn-out looking pieces of clothing.
I foolishly thought that the negative reviews from people selling to this company meant that they had very high standards. I couldn't have been more wrong.
Do not buy anything from this company. There are much better places to get things online.

Like some other reviewers, they told me they weren't interested in clothing I sent them. To my surprise, I saw those same exact clothes selling on their website! So dishonest... I'm glad the company is dead now.

Ebay.com – now who doesn't like ebay? I've bought tons of sups there. Just make sure that you transact with power sellers or check people with lots of good reviews. This is the best buy and sell site for me. 5 stars!

Love Ebay, have had a few misses but that's mostly on clothing that has shrunk in the wash (watch out for that and get actual measurements!) Non-clothing purchases have all been excellent: Refurbished electronics by top technicians (I'm using my bargain Acer Aspire E15 to write this review), bargain books (that don't have Amazon's 3.99 shipping fee), vitamins and cosmetics. Great finds all around especially if you're looking for hard-to-find items.

So I have written a review prior to this one but now I have more to let people know! Ebay is using a Managed Payment scheme now! Please know this, they are not managing your money. They have a third party involved that they do not tell you about up front! They have cost me a grand and now they are holding six hundred dollars and refusing to give it to me! There is no question that money can be saved using eBay. I bought a fair number of replacement belts for one of my knife sharpeners and saved a significant % in so doing. I've ordered too many from one source that only allows 4 or 5 boxes of belts every 10 days. However, anything other than brand new and I would go elsewhere to purchase such as Amazon.com. They truly back up all of their sales. I've had some bad luck buying refurbished or damaged goods from Amazon but they have always come through on their gaurantee's. I did make 1 purchase through eBay where the seller's account was compromised and eBay reimbursed me.

Yeah, everybody knows about it, and many of us look there first for most everything on-line. I am no different. Great for craft items and bargain costume jewelry. I've had great prices on musical instruments, clothing from India and a lot more. The trick is to become an ebay-oholic and do heavy research, checking new sellers and used items for deals. But that can be dangerous if, like me, you can get carried away.

Unless something is truly unusual, don't buy from the first seller that offers it, especially from China. Also be aware of shipping fees which are not always obvious, especially if you have been looking at "free shipping" things for a while. Finally, some real deals can be had under "ending soonest." You might catch something others have missed. Again, when under a deadline, be sure to check shipping costs!

Feedback can be helpful, but eBay hassles sellers for good marks, who in turn hassle us, the buyers, albeit usually nicely.

I'm a long time eBay user, and fan of eBay! Loved them for years! Had my first real problem with them after 20 years last month. Called and asked for help. They basically told me to fly a kite! After 598 purchases I guess my account was hacked and I bought an item that was shipped to the hacked address. 598 purchases, all shipped to the same address but one, and ebay told me it must be right, no issue. I had called paypal before I contacted them! Paypal, said eBay had been having many issues, and my problem was one of them! I hate Amazon, but I can tell you their customer service is amazing! EBay customer service is a joke. I'd love to put an adjective in front of that, but you can use your imagination!

EBay use to have amazing phone and online support! Now it's near impossible to contact anyone with any questions as you have to go though there little automated system which is complete nonsense!

Also I've been getting a ton of scam buyers, people in other countries stating they're here in the US for a short time and wanted to purchase my item before leaving. Another guy with 2 stars no purchases in over 2 years and his house is blurred out in google maps!

After I sell my last couple of items on eBay and hoping not to get scammed, I'm never using eBay again!
