I was very shocked by ebay's administration and their policies about 30 days return policy. First, the seller did not send my item and never answered my emails regarding my purchased item. Then, this seller contacted the eBay administration to open up the case. Then they decided NOT to refund my money nor send the item later. Several months later, the seller CHANGED his/her SELLER ID name and kept the account with the eBay! The eBay has a IT personnel to figure out all the transactions between the seller and buyer,,,, unfortunately, eBay has no IT technician. So I hope All consumers should not have any account with eBay otherwise you will loose the money ( No refund, No response, No responsibility). I wonder how many people were blackmailed by eBay in the past and now?

Beware purchase from dishonest seller from eBay, I mistakenly purchase a wrong item from eBay. I contacted the seller torokitchen request for a return and offers to pay for his shipping costs, twice, the seller never response my mail, I opened a case request a refund due to seller not respond. Ebay ask me to wait for 7 days, and they shall make a decision. After 7 days. They decided since I commit to the purchase, therefore, the case is close. They don't care if you make a wrong order or not, once you click. You have to commit to the purchase. I feel that was not a fair decision, so I wrote a negative reviews for the seller torokitchen, ebay delete my review and inform me the case was closed and a negative reviews is not accepted. That is violated freedom of speech. I had spent more than $10,000 on ebay purchase. Now I couldn't trust ebay no more. They can delete my review on their website, but can't delete my review beyond their website, and cannot stop me from speak up.

I get my money taken away without any protection. And in case of refunds take more of 10 days. Ebay Customer Service are worst than never handle issues lately.
I remove my PAYPAL account. And i remove also the Ebay account. So tired of bad service and " PROTECTION LIES"

On 10 days on Amazon i pay more but i see a lot of improvement on service, delivery and reliability. Avoid Ebay.

I just lost 50 bucks on a seller who never shipped the product and ebay stood behind them and refused to honor their guarantee. Never use them unless you like the risk of getting robbed.

Sold things on eBay. Latetest at being an eglide bike. Have previously sold items on eBay and then all they seem to do is put a hold on Money they put into ur PayPal which you have been charged for as u have also been charged to sell it item. Making it twice u have been charged for selling an item. Them when u ring up all u get is them treating u like a mug
We are the MUGS for allowing eBay to do as they choose to do. But they do this because we let them get away with what they do to us! SAME AS I sold a tent which was not delivered and lady who i sold it too could not be arsed to open a review to find out anything but me being me I sent a new tent what cost me again and postage again which ended up costing me about £300 with all postage charges and price of tents. Then she puts a bad review of me on eBay but eBay do not want to know. ALL they want us our money! Joke

Wretched awful crooked monopoly, ebay and paypal. Want to be ripped off not only of your account, but your funds in your paypal account as well?

Ebay does it, mug sellers and buyers and if they think you notice the crime they condone and enable buyers to exploit, there will be some excuse to ROB YOU and shut your accounts down.

Insiders send out various phishing scams and predatory loan scams just for good measure.

Ebay is CROOKED. A revolving door to mug sellers with arbitrary DSR ratings, to rip off their accounts with any bogus reason. An open door for shoddy imports. A dumping ground for lowball sellers. Riddled with crooks pulling bogus frauds e.g. fake complaints to gouge refunds, malicious anonymous dishonest DSR attacks.

I asked for ebay gift cards for my birthday to purchase tires. Ebay won't let me use more than 4 so I can't complete my purchase. What a rip off! There is nothing good about this site. Stay away!

EBay commits fraud. The delete REAL and honest negative reviews to help some of their sellers. They have a seller AAA_PCS that has had a few negative reviews, including mine, and the delete the reviews and claim that the review violates their policies but they don't and the won't even tell the writer why. Complete fraud

Bought a book from Capital Books and they sent me the wrong version even though I typed in the correct ISBN. When the book arrived, it had a receipt from Amazon.com with my name on it. I contacted Half.com and they sporadically sent out replys during the holiday to send the book back to a Captial book address. I sent the book back to an address that Capital books told me to which was different. Half.com replied "since you did not reply back, you cannot get a refund but if you want you can sell the book on Half.com. Do not use this site. A few dollars more, you can get the book from a more reputable comany like Amazon.com. I also stop using EBAY for the same reasons. Buy from them at your own risk!

I beleive no one should show their drivers licence to ebay. See what has happened to Optus and other companies that lost details that could cause people endless problems like identity theft. Ebay is a company from USA. WOULD be a NIGHTMARE if they lost these details to scammers. Vote against Ebays unreasonables rules. Say no loudly

I've been a member for 21 years. Trying to sell variations of one product and after putting in two hours of work... it's GONE... Of course there is NO HUMAN INTERACTION TO BE FOUND. Sick and tired that the entire country feels everything is a click away. I need answers and I'm sick of clicking to find where my drafts have gone. #ihateebay

Ebay- This place has some lousy seller. Do not buy from this person Pivone. I made the mistake of buying the Ninja Graphics Kit. I paid $19.00 for this. I thought it was on DVD or CD. At the bottom of the listing it says a download link. My mistake. After purchase i got a download link. I never open it. I tried to cancel the order. Open a case with ebay. They said it's not eligible for Ebay purchase protection. Seller would not answer emails. Ebay chose to side with the seller.

After Ebay close the case. They remove the listing from my purchase history, even though I still paid for this. They remove the feedback which I left. Here is a copy of the feedback.

I raised request for replacement. But ebay closed my claim due to software issue and It was not manufacturer issue.
After I went to lenovo service center at T. Nager, Chennai. They told this is not software issue. Manufacturing defect. Need to change spares. Rs 2,650 Expenses. I told it was under warranty.
They told ebay invoice date problem. It was not valid. Invoice date 2000 year and invoice no not available. Hence ask from ebay for claim. They gave report to me, regarding this is out of warranty based on invoice.
Again I asked to ebay. Again they refused to give replacement.
After I ask seller - Cellotronixx
They told return cell phone, Need to check and rectify. (If return means will not get replacement).

Still my new phone not using condition ( Rs. 7,400 loss to me)

I have always been a good customer on ebay.com and eBay have always given me good Customer Service and good merchandise but not today. Sad to say it did not chimenea, no cuckoo bird came out nor did it made a sound at all. I am sending it back for Refund.

I ordered a pair of new, brand name pajamas for a 5 year old who's name I picked off a charity xmas tree. Total order with shipping was about 20.00. When I opened the bag, there was a horrible cigarette stench from the bag and pajamas. When I called ebay, and explained I had purchased these as a xmas gift for a needy child and these were unacceptable and I wanted to return them, the customer service rep. Told me I NEED TO WASH THE PAJAMAS! What? Who removes tags and launders clothing to get out a cigarette stench out of what they purchased to give as a xmas gift? I told her "no way!"!. I had to file a claim and now I have to wait on the seller to contact me to make arrangements to return the item for a refund, and in the meantime run to the mall which is what I will do as a first course of action in the future.

Bought a pair of expensive earrings ($$$$) that turned out to be junk. After a review with two independent jewelers I returned them to the sellers address on the shipping label. I informed the seller who said she moved but no problem she has a forwarding address with USPS. NOW the real problem: The seller keeps forwarding her address so the item cannot retuned; USPS plays catchup and the item is on an infinite loop. EBAY doesn't discipline the Chinese seller for the constant address forwards (4 in one month). EBAY is so desperate for business they dont care if the buyer s screwed. BUYER BEWARE

I $#*!ing hate this app. Ive bien attempting to cash my money for 3 gaddamn weeks now. Its been noething but headaches. I sold a favorite article of mine to make rent money, something i really didnt wat to sell. But i had to and for very cheep. But now im late for rent, ebay took 20 percent for $#*!ing noething. They wont let me link my bank to cash my $#*!ing money and NOW im about to be kicked out because ebay has decided its best to hold my money for an extra 48 hours for "security precotions"? This is bull $#*!. There is no reason for this. At all.Ebay should specify to us before selling, that they only work with some bank accounts and not all. They should specify that if they for some reason don't like your bank your money will be held from you till you open a bank account they approve of.
I do not recommend this garbage store all.

I paid for an item on 8/7 to "dragonprincess" in Ebay. ETA was 8/17 & on 8/19 i requested refund. Item finally arrived that same evening... two days after ETA! I left negative feedback for lack of communication & slow shipping. I understand not refunding since i FINALLY receiced the item but my feedback was also deleted & was blocked from leaving negative feedback stating i received the item! Hello! My feedback was true... no communication & shipping was done two weeks after payment. Why can't i exoress my negative experience with dragonprincess?

Ebay is a big SCAM for sellers. I was seeling a product that I gave to the buyer full extra text descrition and real pictures from all angles. The buyer opened a case, received full refund and ebay charged me extra 16 eur for the transaction after it finished with full refund.
Sellers beware ebay representatives gave the buyer the full refund without even readin my print screen evidences, I realised when they gave me on standard responses without any real proof that they read my evidences: One of the asnwers looked like this:,, I do not doubt your good faith, Mr Constantin, and I believe you when you tell me that the object is in order, but I also do not question the buyer's word. Since we do not have complete visibility on the package at the departure and arrival of the transit, we do not contradict either case.''
Watch out of that ebay is becoming a scam site for sellers!

Ebay now sides more to sellers if there's a problem, even when they know and have realized that their sellers are at fault. Have shown them clear evidence of switch and bait and fraud.

They charged me money they shouldn't have and when I tryed to contact them, I couldn't find any good contact except a phone number. Which notoriously takes hours or days to get any reply.

Furthermore they responded to my tweet asking them why they were charging me with a snarky comment and they won't let me cancel my account for 30 days.

I've never felt so bullied by a company.

When you order something on ebay you find out afterwards that its being shipped from China and will take a month and a half to arrive if it even arrives at all. Amazon is another piece of crap online seller but atleast you get things in a couple days. Im just about done with ordering things online. You get hacked and your identity stolen at some point for sure and with these conoanies like ebay scamming on top of it bu not telling you about the Extraordinarily long shipping tine until after you buy something Ive about had it. Oh yea you click cancel order and they say too late. DONT ORDER FROM EBAY

Cancelled all my listings as had 3 scams in a row against 0 buyers. While eBay did flag one of them they did so well after what would have been a costly transaction.
