I am really disappoint in Ebay as you do not support sellers only buyers I would like to make feedback from this customer but it only has a positive button and it was not a positive situation it was a negative it is very unfair that a customer can leave feed back and not the seller I have taken off all my items I had for sale as I feel I have been mistreated and am not willing to sell on a site that does not support me as a seller

I LIKE TO BUY HATS. UNFORTUNETLY THEY HAVE A RACKET. THEY SELL ENTIRELY DIFFERENT HATS. THAT IS LISTED IN THEIR WRITE UP. THE PICTURES SHOW BETTER QUALITY HATS. THICK MATERIAL. NICE UPRIGHT HATS. WITH NICE CLOTH VALCRO BACK STRAPS. WHAT I RECEIVED FROM THESE DIFFERENT SEPERATE SELLERS. ARE LOW GRADE, CHEAP MATERIAL HATS. SO THIN IN THE MATERIAL. THAT THE HATS CANNOT STAY UPRIGHT. ALSO THESE CHEAP HATS COMES WITH CHEAP PLASTIC BACK STRAPS. THAT CANNOT STAY FASTENED. TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THEIR PICTURES. IN THEIR LISTINGS. FROM ALL THESE DIFFERENT SEPERATE SELLERS. IN THEIR PICTURES ON THEIR LISTINGS. AND THESE DIFFERENT SEPERATE SELLERS, ALL GETS THEIR HATS FROM JAPAN. EBAY WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT DO NOTHING. AS LONG AS EBAY GETS THEIR PERCENTAGE OF THE SELL. I HAVE EXPEREINCED THIS ON MANY DIFFERENT SEPERATE SELLERS. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT THE CONSUMER STAYS AWAY FROM THIS FLIM FLAM RACKET. THAT EBAY AND THEIR SELLERS ARE OPERATING. CHISLERS AND SCAMMERS ARE WHAT THEY ARE.

I have been using eBay for a long time now. Its a good place to shop electronics from top brands and at low prices. Every time product arrives on time and in good quality.

They always have everything I need! I love eBay... my C3 might just love them more than I do. I got a Corsa exhaust last week, it sounds great. Thank you ebay and sellers!

They do not care about what is right or wrong, they don't care about evidence, all they care about is keeping people spending money on their platform.

I had ordered suitcases and was waiting impatiently to received it while I had paid for it on time. I didn't receive it by the scheduled and extended delivery time. After complaining to Ebay, I finally was congratulated that I won the case and I get my money back! I guess my price wasn't high enough! There is no guarantee to get you item if your bidding is less than the seller expects! Isn't it? This was my order details:

I gave them a one star because I finally give them a try and they disappointed me I sold an item and when the customer asked for a refund they gave it to I didn't mind but the I haven't even gotten my item back and on top of it all I have to pay for her to send me back my item and she told me that by the way your headlight is all borken this sucks so much and that headlight is worth 1300 just for one I sold it for 250 and if I can't get it back it doesn't matter she can keep it so right now I'm going through some $#*! I never would have thought that they could be so missed up well I'll let you guys now with an update

I call to customer Service and request to help to refund my money back but they refused to refund my money. I decided to stop using eBay app and want to recommend to every one not to use eBay.

I been buying at eBay at least 8 years and customer service is the best you must do your part when buying reed description and you will be on you way with good merchandise at fantastic prices

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent shopping experience on eBay. I purchased the Sound Oasis sleep support insomnia world's smallest white noise machine travel from a seller less than two weeks ago, but unfortunately, the item did not meet my expectations. I received the item in April 19 delivery date was April 17
As a customer, I rely on the assurance of being able to return an item if it does not meet my satisfaction. However, the seller has declined my request for a return, despite the fact that it is within the 14-day return window.
I am extremely disappointed with the seller's refusal to accept my return, and I feel that my rights as a customer have been violated. I have made every effort to resolve this issue with the seller, but unfortunately, they have been unresponsive.
I urge eBay to intervene in this matter and help me obtain a refund for the item. I believe that eBay has a responsibility to ensure that sellers comply with their return policies and that customers receive the support they need to resolve any issues.
I have always trusted eBay as a reliable online marketplace, but this experience has left me feeling let down and frustrated. I hope that eBay will take swift action to resolve this matter and restore my confidence in their platform.

My name is dushyant i bought a product from ebay, payment is done by my credit card 7 days has been passed i did not recieve my order till now, pathethic service. Nobody pick the call. I tried several times ebay customer care person gave me the number of his delivery company name-DTDC*******5032). I tried 30 times they never pick my call... again i tried to contact ebay they provide me the area manager number Mr. Shalender*******803)... i tried 10 times but he did not recieved it and disconnecting again and again then he switch off his phone... wow great people you hire... please shut down your company if you are not able to satisfy your customer. You guys are seriously like aq thief... shame on you...

I don't appreciate sellers who show two items, but you are only purchasing one, unless you go to selection you can be caught out like I did, eBay sellers, who do this I feel about being deceptive, so to All you eBay buyers, check before you press commit to buy

I got an empty box instead of camera I ordered. I paid 510GBP. I was told multiple times on the calls with customer service that I will get a refund. I'm attaching a transcript of the chat I had with them, where they write that I WILL GET THE REFUND. The last time I spoke to them was yesterday and I was told that my refund is being processed for me and I'll get money by today's afternoon. But today I got e-mail saying the case is closed and I won't get money back. I called again and received the same information but with a different explanation. EBay = FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Stay away

I have purchased Lenovo VIBE VIBEp1 mobile from ebay and while receiving i found product was damaged and approached e bay team for replacement on same day and they in turn response me for warranty claim at manf center, and after that i again contacted them for the issues on service agreement with manufacturers and ebay raised the complaint and but still no proper response from their side and no mail communication received. So as a customer i totally dis satisfier with ebay service and quality of the products sold in ebay

I have repeatedly had issues with the Ebay shipping calculator. I call every week and they credit me the difference but they have NEVER fixed the problem.

Every time I list something where buyer pays, the Ebay shipping calculator has the Buyer pay a lower price than the shipping label actually costs the Seller (me). The last item I sold (<2 lbs and about the size of a pair of shoes in a tyvek envelope... according to the Ebay shipping calculator) cost $9+ to ship. Really?

I ordered some things from ebay and the transaction was great the only thing that would keep me from giving it 5 stars is that listing items was very confusing.

Ebay World most worst shopping site, my humble request please don't visit that. Please, etc... They are selling duplicate products so please don't buy any product...

Lenses, furniture, a bike. There's an endless amount of things to buy here. Only thing you have to know is how to distinguish a trustworthy seller from a crooked one.

The fees these guys apply are outrageous.
Great site where to buy but if you are a seller, there are way better sites and places where to sell your stuff.

Just purchased an iMac from ebay today morning. Spent £ 780 pounds.
Two hours later I get an email from Ebay stating this item was auctioned from a fraudulent account.

First thing I ve grabbed my laptop and searched how to contact them. Found it not easy to get connected to C. S. Once there ( 40 mins wait) the agent talks to you but you can tell he/she is trying to derail your thinking onto different path, Quite a few times had copy/paste answers type alike.
So Now I have my monies frozen for at least 2 weeks. 2 weeks of hell to find out what they will say.
Paypal useless also. :/ Blames ebay and vice versa. Im due full Ebay account cancellation as soon as I get my refund.

Lastly, another case that happened to me recently on Ebay as a seller. Word of advice. Avoid Global shipping programe. Once your parcel is not delivered in time, the buyer gets a full refund no questions ask, you are charged.
Read on google that there is a gap in the system where users abuse this programe by applying for refunds for items that didnt come ( they arrive but a bit later but it wont show up on the system) so the buyer gets a free item and you have no item neither monies.
Lastly huge charges, 10% ebay + 5% paypal ( ebay)
High return risk = $£ loss
Im seriously out of ebay. Been there since 2007, 750+ 100% feedback. Always been mega reliable super seller/buyer.

Its time to find new platforms, Be aware tho, Gumtree is now owned by ebay too.
( already had issues with my paid posts being removed without even 1 email notice)
