The prices of what I order are low, are shipped quickly and are well packaged. This refers to live plants and marine corals. I have never been disappointed.

They are so quick to take out fees. But they will hold your money. They also will allow someone to scam you. While you get nothing in return. Customer services is so bad they do not help!

Ebay in general is cheaper then amazon or other marketplaces, but for some reason on ebay there are also less qualitative seller active so I wouldn`t recommend ebay even for a toothbrush

I ordered a sealed ps5. When I opened it, there were just lots of flip phones. Called the scammer and I shouted inappropriate slurs and words. Stay away.

Ebay is so fix. The seller is the only good about because of slot of sellers. They do make it seem like they always back up the sellers, forcing buyers to leave positive feedback!

Bad customer service! Never again i'm gona erase and delete the account very desepointed i tried to fix and issioe and the agent said she can help me desactivate mty account if i want and no other help to fix my problem! Never again Ebay sucks!

I still use eBay, but only with caution. I will never buy software through them again, though.
I run a website company, and would buy copies of the Dreamweaver software our content writers use, but my last three transactions were both pirated versions. On one, the seller refunded my money. The third one is what earns eBay my $#@! Rating, because eBay let him get away with manipulating the system and cheating me out of my refund. As soon as I discovered it was a pirated copy, I lodged a complaint with the seller. He didn't respond right away, and when he did, eBay didn't tell me until several days before the dispute period was about to expire. I sent back the software according to their instructions, but the seller then delayed his response until the dispute period actually did expire and I was left with not even a pirated copy of the software and he had my money. I hollered at the eBay people, but they just brushed me off.
So watch for incredible deals on "new" software and just pass them up. EBay will not stand behind you. These shysters will just close old accounts when they get bad reviews and then open new ones.

Usually technical support service works well is used, has a variety of items, constantly offering all kinds of items for sale, especially exotic items.

Sellers beware ebay wants your personal American documents so they can steal your business especially if it's a booming business.
Report its illegal to be forced in sending any personal documents.

EBay is bs, they refused to refund me after I followed their instructions they have bad sellers who con you and eBay does swat! I lost 500 dollars thanks to eBay!

When your try to sell something on ebay they screw you over. If you every try to sell on ebay i suggest not because they play a hold on your fund when buyer is supposed to pat shipping and when you ship it ebay refunds the buyer there money ebay can eat a** and d** I hate ebay with passion. DO NOT USE EBAY ITS CRAP!

I sold an BRAND NEW $400 item and plus paid the $30 something dollars shipping, turns out buyers can swap their old and used item and return it for full refund and they keep the BRAND NEW item while I get stuck with their old and used item plus lost over $430.00 dollars!

I order 2 cans of oil and I had only received 1 so I had emailed the company that I bought it from which is carousel car parts from eBay and they told me that they would refund my money but that didn't happen and the way they communicated was extremely bad I would not recommend at all buying from the seller carousel car parts

Had a ebay buyer claim that a item was damaged in shipping. The only problem was that this customer sent pictures of the damaged item. It was a 40s art deco TV lamp. The scammer sent pictures. It was a used lamp and had a chip on the back of the item. The item that they sent pictures of miraculously had no chip. Ebay never responded to my complaint. After two months I confronted ebay. There response was "So what".
Ebay refused to refund any of the $$$ I lost and refused to refund any of the shipping charges. They even refused to close my store till I pay for shipping the item to one of their scammers. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE TO BE PREPARED TO LOOSE $$. For me it was $250.00

Ebay is not the problem some of the sellers are they don't describe their item well and some lie and say their items are new when in fact they are not but if your careful you can get some great buys

We've been with ebay for 15 years now, thru the growing pains and built a viable business that employees 5 people. If ebay is consistent with anything, it's disappointing sellers.
We are top rated, have been for years, yet every year ebay insists on adding another hoop we must jump thru to keep that status. This year it's the detailed ratings. Last year it was tracking uploads.
We lost our top rated seller status this month because we were closed (and so was our post office) for 2 days due to the ice storm that hit our southern state. Ebay said they would handle it, yet we lost our top rated by. 01% (that was 2 tracking numbers).
Did you know if a buyer returns a brick to you instead of a pair of shoes, you will have to refund them for the brick? Yep, that's what a rep told me last week. We all know the buyer wins, but why bother with the reporting abuse of return feature if it doesn't really matter?
Ebay is a great place to buy, but I tell anyone who asks me about selling to go with Amazon.

I love to buy at ebay. But if you want to sell something, so the fews are overpriced and evan if you pay with paypal, they will charge more fews. Thats sad.

I started selling on eBay in Dec 2022 and right off the bat I was busy. Did over $10,000 a month in sales in the first 3 months of 2023. Being disabled and on government assistance this was a blessing and probably my only chance to have a real life and contribute to society. I was so happy, little did I know ebay would erase my amazing accomplishment completely.
It was a normal day in May ******* when I got a message from a client that aid I was fraudulently ripping him off and trying to keep his money for nothing. I inquired as to what he was saying and he said I loaded bogus tracking numbers. That made no sense cause I ship everything thru eBay and they load and send tracking to the customer automatically. But when I looked into it turns out he was right eBay loaded wrong tracking numbers. This led to my items(first order was $513.00) being lost forever, Canada post can't track the parcel cause the tracking is wrong. I had to refund the customer and never received my items back. EBay wouldn't even refund me on the crap shipping service for that parcel. I've never received a red cent in compensation intact that customer left 7 bad reviews saying I was a scamer and ebay wouldn't remove them. So many more problems with ebay but this is the one that destroyed me. Now my cupboards are empty my medication is depleted and because I did the right thing I'm no longer on assistance. No money, no food, no life, soon no home, thx ebay.

I love being able to shop from home! I don't have to go out and pick it up! That makes me happy! I just shop online and get it from my front door once its delivered!

I received a check from this company as payment and it bounced. I was out the money and a $12 fee from my bank. Thanks for a horrible experience! What a horrible way to do business
