A seller reported a package delivered to my address. We do not have USPS delivery here everything is left at our local office or PO Box when possible. I continued to check the post office for over a week with the postmaster. The package never arrived. I contacted the seller who said it was signed for, but it was never signed for because I am the only one who signs for anything or checks the mail. Ebay closed the case telling me no refund would be sent. There is no way this package was ever delivered, and absolutely no way I signed for it. Ebay is supposed to provide Buyer protection. They do not! I will never use Ebay again.

I purchased an item on January 29,2020 and paid immediately. I also paid 21.10 for the item to be mailed. I had read that the seller takes 10 after they receive their payment to get item to you. I checked and found out the Seller was paid immediately right after I paid for the item so I thought the item would arrive in 10 days which would have been 2/8 no item. I contacted this Seller and was told they were CHALLENGED and therefore they would think I would understand WHAT DOES THAT MEAN ANYWAY? So I ask Ebay for help I was told that the Seller was a Power Seller and that Ebay agrees with their shipping habits WHAT? So I still have no item paid 21.10 for shipping which is expensive and got NO HELP FROM EBAY I DON'T EVEN HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. HORRIBLE

This platform is for the buyer not for the sellers you have to argue with them to get money back from listings that never sold or were even bid on the way they gouge their sellers and restrict their accounts without valid reason causes sellers to lose income I am a seller on ebay and the platform sucks because it's for the buyers not the sellers I've only been selling on there for a month and have lost 1000+ in income since mid February and they take money from your personal bank account when ever they please to they carefully caused my bank account to go into 116.00 negative over the past week And they think people won't sue them but In reality people already have especially sellers that lost I come because they sided with a buyer stay away at all costs if u have yo sell something they charge u out of the wazoo if u end an auction early or if a buyer asks u to cancel they don't get charged we sellers do they ripped me off yesterday and didn't give me my money that totalled 200 that canceled. Stay away use another buy and sell platform stay away from ebay at all costs

Be careful if u use this site especially as a seller because they will gouge u with fees and illegally hold ur hard earned earnings

Ebay and aliexpress are good sites for buying interesting gadgets, small gifts, phone's spare and replacement parts and various things under 50$. For sure ebay is better

Received an item from eBay when unpacked found the item to be damaged. Trying to contact customer services has been impossible.l will never again buy from eBay

I've been an Ebay customer for 15 years and a seller for about ten years. In March of this year Ebay changed it's polices, forcing the selling of items using the Buy-It-Now option to aromatically relist after 30 days. This led to high relisting fees 35 cents per item (most of my items, trading cards, sell for $1.50) which I told them I cannot afford as a small seller. I've tried to daily monitor my account and cancel listings before they auto relist, but some days I'm busy and items then relist. When this happened last month I canceled the listings the next day and asked for a refund of the listing fees. They told me they would do so, but went ahead and charged me overs $120, mostly in listing fees.

Today I contacted them and they just argued and claimed that there are no notes in the system showing I had called, but that they would not have credited me in any case. I said I will stop selling and buying. They don't care. I looked at their community boards and there are many notices from other sellers complaining about his same issue.

Last time I bought a camera from ebay, the quality is just OK, but it's not as good as it said. And its transport is very late. I waited for a long time.

Stainless steel everything I ordered from them stainless steel I never paid over $5 for anything stainless steel don't tarnish I buy a lot of stuff for them even my cat food they're excellent eBay Andy Bates just like Walmart their excellent too why do I smell s***

DONT use eBay, they DONT give you your money back. It's awful the customer service sucks. I had to beg them for my money. Terrible customer service and the managers are terrible. WILL NEVER EVER SHOP ON EBAY! DONT buy things on eBay you can't get your money back. BAD customer service terrible managers I had a fight with them on the phone! NEVER NEVER NEVER use eBay!

They'll nickel & dime you for fees. Provide no seller protection at all. Their so-called seller protection is something YOU as a seller have to do, nothing on their end.

As soon I sign up for ebay to sell account, they suspend accounts for no reason. Thanks for nothing, glad I didn't waste time. Glad I took my business elsewhere.

I didn't like return policy
They took long time after that they said my return date is expired. I am really disappointed and i think i don't go ebay again.

Shopping on eBay is fun and there is almost nothing you can't find on eBay. Most sellers offer very low/moderate prices on shipping. Even international orders arrive quickly and efficiently.

I have great shopping experience on ebay, fast and quick delivery of service. I strongly recommend if you are buying from seller within THE UNITED STATES. You may experience delays in delivery buying from sellers outside the STATES.

Absolutely the worst customers service! As a seller I was calling to question the new practice of charging my customers sales tax since I am in a state that does not have sales tax. The first person I spoke to was "Glenn" he could give me much information other than a standardized speech so I asked to speak to a supervisor.

"Peter" the supervisor go on the line with me. He was horrible to say the least. He spoke over the top of me, he was condensing and rude! I simply wanted to know who and when this tax issues was mandated. "Peter" went all around the issue and finally gave me the answer I was looking for... mandated by the Supreme court, only he couldn't say Supreme Court. He said Supreme Ruler. In his speech all around the issue he told me he knew what he was talking about and that I would need to get the details form my state tax expert (I live in Oregon and we do not have sales tax). When I pointed this fact out to him he got even more condescending towards me.

As a seller, as a user, and as a 70 year old woman I resent my treatment by Ebay customer service. I may move over to Amazon in the future for my sales as I will not stand for this abuse form a company I do business with!

Although it is true you can buy things from eBay and most of them arrive. EBay will not have your back in the case anything goes wrong. If you order something that turns out to be defective or does not even arrive. EBay will say sucks for you loser and laugh about it. Ok, ok that's not what they actually said but essentially.
Ok back up lets start from the begging with my experience, I went on to eBay and I ordered a laptop from Best Buy through eBay. The laptop arrived. But it was defective the keyboard was broken and the battery died way to fast to be usable. You had to use an external keyboard and always be plugged in to the outlet. So I contact the seller they said I could not return the computer. I opened a return through eBay and went to return the item but got a notification that my return was canceled. And I had a suspicious login. Totally not suspicious after Best Buy Told me I could not return the item. So what do I do? I contact eBay where they say they cannot do anything that if I want to return I can use the tacking number already provided but I will not get my money back. They said they would not stand behind the purchase. I asked for a manager witch then was very rude and said they would do nothing. I opened a dispute with my bank and to this day eBay is still fighting it. So what have we learned hear? Never Buy from eBay or Best Buy. … Well, unless you like to loose money but its usually a good idea to save your money.

I used to buy everything I didn't need right now on ebay but I hate shopping on eBay now because every ad is failed advertising! Say you want to buy a $5 HAMMER, you sort by LOWEST PRICE first and filter to BUY IT NOW format and you start seeing these awesome hammers! Well. You you click it and chose which one you want and it $20 and you find the $5 item is a nail! Every ad is a "STARTS AT..." ad and sells a screw or a nail for the lowest price. Irritating, loosing a good customer eBay.

Most of the time, I have had no issues. Lately, I have had several issues.

So, if you need help from customer service, tough out of luck...

Either, the customer service representative did not read my whole message, or he has no idea where my country is or what OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES EVEN MEANS...

So, if you are forwarding outside of the USA, you may get a refund, but you will still loose all other expenses. If you do not get a refund from seller for a bad/different product, you will loose both cost plus all additional expenses...

Ebay allows anyone too sell on their website sellers like shoppersbay. Xio that sells fake goods this seller says the item is new and the item is not new this seller is still selling on eBay this seller has a lot of bad feedback and eBay stills allow seller too keep ripping people off contact eBay and ask that this crooked seller be remove this crooked seller is hurting bussiness from other honest decent sellers let's get this crooked dishonest seller remove from selleing on eBay stop shoppersbay. Xio from stealing buyers money this seller is a crook contact this seller and tell seller stop stealing *******@members.eb

I was on eBay back in the late 90s and I must have had about six or seven hundred transactions and maybe one or two problems in all that time, even when you had to wait for them to mail you a check and then wait for it to clear. When it became too much like a job I sort of fell away from it for a while but kept buying throughout the years. Recently I decided I'm going to try to sell some of this stuff I've been collecting all these years so I put some items up and I had a rather old and portable microphone that I put up there and I said that it was from 1938 and it looks perfect but I have no idea if it works, would make a good display item. I also said that I don't accept returns. So a guy bought it, said that it was damaged and sent his old beat-up one back to me. EBay gave him his money back and I lost $100 on that deal. Since Ebay started that money back guarantee thing, the buyer always wins. So it doesn't pay to be a seller on eBay anymore. The buyer is always right and the seller always loses. They also took other money out of my bank account that didn't belong to them adding up to over $56. The point is... EBay sucks. Switch to Etsy

Don't buy from this site
They kept my 70,000 money for 2 months.
Seller has to ship the item in 6 days, but they keep saying wait,, wait,, wait

Never Ever buy from this site.

This was my first, and will unfortunately be my last, order with eBay.
I ordered a powerbank in November. First of all, I received it a week later than informed.
And once i received it, the item had a big dent in it. After charging it for hours, I found out that it was not working.
I called and spoke to customer service, and they said that someone will call me in 2 days to get it resolved. I did not receive a call for over a month, even after calling customer service twice after that.
And when they did call, the rep sounded so frustrated and rude. He kept talking about an old claim i had put in when the item was late for delivery.
I tried to explain about the damaged item, and HE seemed to get more frustrated. (Amazing customer service training, i can see).
And last, but definitely not the least, the rep was in such a hurry to hang up, even before giving me a change to ask a question.
Horrible service. Never expected this from eBay.
I hope this review will reach some authorities, and some action will be taken to improve the service.

The commercial with the woman asking the little boy a question. And she made him cry a lot of us are very upset about that. That was not funny at all. And you should stop showing that $#*! IT'S NOT FUNNY YOU $#*!. MADE THAT BABY CRY I WISH THAT I WAS HIS MOTHER YOU DUMB $#*!ERS...

I BUY A LOT OF STUFF FROM EBAY. THEIR RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES ARE REAL BAD FOR REAL CLIENTS. I BROUGHT A PCM FOR MY TRUCK FROM ONE OF THEIR VENDORS ON THEIR PLATFORM FLAg ship one inc. the PCM was no good and I returned it but it's been 4 months no refund or any interest from eBay to resolve the issue.
Shame on eBay for scamming genuine clients.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EBAY THEY DO NOT VALUE CLIENTS AND THEIR RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES SUCK.

Bought Closys toothpaste. Never received it. Seller is a fraud. Ebay never responded except to close the incident with no notice to me. Inside job of eBay theft. EBay is rife with fraud, but fraud line is practically closed. A VERY STRONG WARNING: DO NOT BUY EBAY!
