A seller reported a package delivered to my address. We do not have USPS delivery here everything is left at our local office or PO Box when possible. I continued to check the post office for over a week with the postmaster. The package never arrived. I contacted the seller who said it was signed for, but it was never signed for because I am the only one who signs for anything or checks the mail. Ebay closed the case telling me no refund would be sent. There is no way this package was ever delivered, and absolutely no way I signed for it. Ebay is supposed to provide Buyer protection. They do not! I will never use Ebay again.

I was suspended for no reason. I did not violate any rules or policies, I was only selling authentic designer bags.
Customer service sucked, and did not provide any further insight.

A month ago or before I would have disputed the negative reviews ob buying from LT. I made numerous purchases, all of which I was happy with. Although, based on the negative feedback I've read regarding selling I never sent them anything to sell. I do VERY well with my local consignment shop. Recently I bought a Kate Spade dress, labeled "silk" for $140 from Liketwice. Rec'd the dress in record time like all my previous purchases but it was not silk and looked cheaply made, very unlike a Kate Spade, a brand I am familiar with. Looked like a lousy knock-off and it did not fit. Immediately returned it, following their return instructions to the letter, using their return label. Confirmed the process with an email. Mind you, the return pkg. Is small. The same day I used the same carrier to send a lg. Pkg. to relatives in France. The pkg. To France has long since been rec'd but LT still claims they have not rec'd the $140 dress. Do NOT risk buying anything from them that you might want to return & get refunded for. It will be conveniently lost in transit with no recourse. They are not a BBB approved business so there's no recourse there. I will have to take it up with Paypal, Bank of America or Amex, whoever I used to pay. LT is standing by their claim that they have not rec'd my return. If it was a $14 item, I'm sure they'd have it by now. But $140 dress - MIA.

I bought a camping headlight from boris-lighting the seller. I went to pay for item and it won't accept my payment because he doesn't ship to PO boxes. I sent two messages explaining this is the only way for me to get my mail unless he wanted to pay the extra shipping charges to send it to my house. No answer on that but he did say he would just send it to my post ffice without PO on it and it would be fine. I said no it won't be because they send packages not properly addressed back to sender. This guy then opened an unpaid complaint against me with EBay after not answering any of my questions or getting the shipping deal worked out. No where in his posting did he say he didn't don't send to PO Boxes had he said that I never would have bought from him. But this guy will not answer questions or try to work out problems. So I paid for my item just so Ebay can't say i didn't and boris-lighting will not be happy with the feedback I leave him. And as far as Ebay's complaint dept I tried to answer them as to why I hadn't paid yet and got nothing but run around in circles trying to find a place to type a message to them. Ami pissed off damn straight I am because I should be able to say why I haven't paid. My advice stay away from this boris-lighting because so far I have got nothing but run around and funny part is I have bought from him before and never had any problems as far as PO Boxes go but then again I still haven't gotten anything I paid for from him yet! Time will tell!

Tip for consumers:
Ebay itself is great to deal with but sellers are not and sellers that shouldn't be dealt with should be listed here. I have had many sellers cancel my winning bid because they didn't get as much money as they figured they would. Even tough I won they cancelled saying I changed my mind and even though I have fought these arguments ebay always sides with the sellers in my dealings with them. So please if you get a seller not on up and up post them here so we know who not to buy from.

I have been shopping on eBay for the pass 4 to 5 years. I only had two issues and it was not the fault of ebay and they remedy the issues effective and efficient. I highly recommend ebay.

Ebay in Belgium is not that popular. Here in the US it is a great site. Spent the summer here in CA and bought some fab accessories for myself. Thanks Ebay.

Oops! I had a bad experience with this site. Long Back i Purchased a nose-pin diamond, On site it looked fantastic, but when i received it was damn bad like stone.

They don't check which Pin code they can provide service and still accepting orders and payments and after 2-3 days of placing order they messages that they can not deliver product.

I sold on eBay for years and it was really good and I made decent money for myself and eBay. I stopped selling because too many fees and new policies. I recently I thought I would try selling some items that are collectible. I opened a new account and I listed my items, I got an offer, and accepted the offer. Now I remember why I stopped years ago selling on eBay, High fees and now eBay has put a hold on my funds that I need to ship out the item that sold. I ended the other listings, tried cancelling the item that sold and refund the money to the buyer (however eBay will not let me do that because eBay has a hold of the funds that the buyer paid). I do not have access to the funds. Sellers and buyers eBay is all about taking your money and have poor customer service-as I tried calling to speak to customer service about the matter to try to resolve this; however, eBay customer service hung up on me. Very poor business eBay is and I plan on reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Tried to reach customer service. No phone line Help & Contact impossible to navigate. Somebody changed my address and to packages were sent to the wrong addres

EBay is good with the exception being the emails they send about items they have chosen 'especially for me'.
The items they "choose" have NOTHING to do with Anything I have ever searched for!
I have been unable to find out if I choose to discontinue those emails if it will stop emails regarding the items I DO want and have on my Watch or Bid lists...

Great Products, Fair prices, and majority great sellers. Any product that I was dissatisfied with I was given full refunds, and allowed to keep product for my troubles.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE! They won't refund my fees when I had to refund the order to customer. Now I have fees on my account because they won't refund seller fees when I had to refund order. Totally unreliable. Choose other marketplaces.

As a seller I think eBay is the best auction site there is, it's easy to post an item, search for an item to buy or even look to see what comparable itens ate selling for in order to get an idea about the item you want to sell, much easier than Amazon or Bonanza with all kinds of restrictions and not easy to navigate their pages, have checked out all other online auction sites and no one is as easy as eBay to buy or sell with I always come back to eBay every time I think there is something better out there eBay out shines them all hands down.

Ebay is great except for the fact that they have you pay through Paypal. Paypal itself is a joke, where ebay is rather enjoyable. Thus the reason for three stars.

I sold an item and I was getting ready to ship it until I saw the shipping and handling cost and it didn't seem right. So I contacted eBay and let them know that this doesn't seem right. It's too low but they claim that they know what they're doing and it should be accurate. And I shouldn't have any issues with the post office so I go to mail it and they tell me that the $6 that they charge the person at purchase my product but really it was supposed to be $25 and that's what I had to pay out of my pocket at the post office in order to send us. Then I contacted him to explain to them what's going on and they claim on their side. It says that the product is over 100 lb. So why do they charge the customer only $6 for shipping and handling when it says on their end that the product is like 100 lb. Really it's not 100 pounds. It's more like 15 to 20 lb. It's just a handheld gaming system. That's how inaccurate they are. They do not know what they are doing. It's better to sell from other places. I sold something for $450 and they build me $67. This place is a rip off. They do not care about your service which I mean customer service. They have none and that's the reason why this place has such a low rating. There's other places that you could sell your product way faster than this piece of s*** company

There's so many different companies where you could sell your product from. This is not the best one to do it. There's other places where you can get a better deal and sell your stuff way faster. eBay is not the way to do it. I'm getting ready to discontinue from this company. Worst company to sell stuff

I was selling stuff on eBay and I will not use this company ever again. They mislabeled the shipping and handling charge. The buyer only $6 when really it was supposed to be $25 and that came out of my pocket. I do not recommend this company. Worst customer service by far

Ebay doesn't allow you to close your account. You have to request to close it, and that means they may decide to force you, AGAINST YOUR WILL, to keep your account. I will never ever use Ebay ever again, and for the love of god, I hope you don't either, reader.

No proper policy for seller, they have no relation with shipping agencies. Shipping agencies are loosing packages and eBay is taking money from seller with extra fees.

I bought a perfume on 09/29/2022 from Valentineperfume and was supposed to get it on 10/05, I contact the seller many times but didn't answer, contact eBay, but they didn't do anything, I tried to cancel, and gave me a message to contact the seller,
I did and the seller didn't answer. I tried to make feedback to the seller, but eBay gave me a message to contact the seller, I don't recommend using eBay they protect the seller from all his violations, I already bought another perfume from another website, but I lost my money when I decided to buy through eBay, this is the first and last time using eBay

Tip for consumers:
I didn't get my money and shipping more than one month, I already bought another perfumes and they didn't accept the refund gave me message contact the seller.

I'm done with eBay until they lower their seller fees. Taking $13-$15% is higher than any other selling method! It use to be reasonable, but not anymore. You lost a customer here.

I cant wait for a competitor to Blow Ebay out of the water. Like Facebook did to MySpace. (Unless they change.)
Wont someone please develop an app or selling site simple and straightforward like Poshmark has? For the stuff Posh doesnt allow to sell on their site! I think the person who develops it, will be the next Billionaire.
Ebay punishes you for mistakes, like not being able to find one item I sold. I contacted the buyer they were fine and understood. Ive sold over 100 items and get punished for 1 mistake.
Yet when there are glitches on their end, like not being able to checkout my cart. Or cant print shipping label for hours. They dont offer any compensation.
If we have to be understanding of them, they should be of us.
Too many fees that seem to be confusing. Makes it seem like hidden fees. Sold for 12 moths before I realized, I wasnt really making anything because they nickel and dime you.
Their whole system is confusing. If Poshmark can have a simple straight forward system, why cant Ebay?
In order to get any glitches taken care of or dispute something they accuse you of -takes a long time of phone calls and being transferred. Like they said I didnt pay for a pair of pants and necklace. Yet I received them. No way seller would of shipped unless I had paid. Yet this was on my recorded for a long time, until I spent hours on the phone with them. Even when they knew I was Right, it was their mistake. They dont apologize or offer any compensation! They dont even admit it was their mistake. They dont apologize for the inconvenience and time and money wasted. They just change the charge against you.

The worst site that you could ever use. Employees sell your info to scammers. They allow people to sell faulty products and don't punish the scammers and sellers on the site
