I ordered some flowers for my mother in-law for mothers days a week before to be delivered on Mother's Day. The flowers that was delivered was dried and rotten and very old. I call edible arrangements to complained. The manager told me he was going to call me back but did I had to call him after waiting for him to call me back. I sent him a video of the flowers but he didn't bother to watch it. They offered to send another roses but it was not much of a difference. I would not recommend anyone buy their flowers of order from unionvile Ontario
I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my wife at her job for valentines day. By 6pm the order was still not delivered. I called SEVERAL times to check on the order but was never able to get a real person on the phone. Finally, at 6:30pm I get an email stating that "we are sorry, but we are unable to get to your delivery today" WTF! This totally ruined her valentines day. I'll never use this place again!
I ordered a large arrangement (online) on Tuesday for deliver on Wednesday. The order was processed and paid. I checked to make sure it was delivered on Wednesday by calling the local store in the afternoon. Not only had they not delivered it, but they told me they do not deliver to my area. Funny... the corporate website seems to think they deliver to my area... Then, I asked why they didn't at least give me a courtesy call on Wed. Morning. The manager of the Schertz, TX store told me they were too busy, "we had important orders we had to get out." No joke. When I called her out on this, she denied saying it. Then she backpedaled. She never apologized. This could be the WORST customer service ever! First, she didn't inform me there was a problem in a timely manner and then she told me my order wasn't important. Had she told me in the morning, I could have made other arrangements to honor an important event. I will NEVER use Edible Arrangements again!
On line, I ordered $139 US from Edible Arrangements in Boyton Beach Florida. They never delivered my order. IO had to fight for a refund- and lost money on the US -US-Canadian exchange.

I order a cake and a fruits arrangement, for my son 18th birthday, first was delivery late, the cake taste horrible, and I paid for a blue balloon instead my son received a pink balloon with flowers. I called the store and the answer was sorry it was the only balloon in the store. I will never order anything at this store.;
The location at 1900 Okeechobee blvd west palm beach, please do not use this location for your edible arrangements orders. "HORRIBLE", customer service and "HORRIBLE" results. I am truly disappointed at what I paid for and my mom's package for mother's day was so incomplete. The bad things is, is that her delivery was sent right before they closed, so now no one was answering my phone call. Now I will no longer do business with them and will warn future customers to stay away from this location.

I placed an order on Tuesday to pick up on Wednesday 11/14 to celebrate my wife's birthday. As the store closes early I sent a driver to pick up my order. Night time when I returned from work I saw that of the two items I purchased, only one was delivered, at that time I was very frustrating because I couldn't call the store anymore as it was already closed. Today (the next day) 11/16 I contacted this company asking them to deliver the other missing item to my wife but the owner or manager refused to deliver and if I wanted I could go to the store and take my order or the second option if I wanted he would cancel it that order, but that's not what I wanted. I said to him that I wanted all my money back for ruined the surprise of my wife birthday, he refused to deliver it to my home again, this man really didn't care about my frustration. Terrible customer service, I would not recommend this store to anyone else.
I order a platter for a present. The order never arrived because the driver couldn't read! Use other entrance residents only! Then they closed but emailed me 30 times! Today they put me on 2nd round of deliveries instead of calling and redelivering now it's two day old cut fruit that's been out driving around. Customer service was rude and over talked me. We had a memorial service to go to and we were going to take the Edible Arrangement with us. Our pickup time was 2:00pm. We had ordered it the day before. We get a call at 1:59pm and the lady told us they're at least 30+ minutes behind. They had to do an arrangement ahead of us (which they hadn't started) and then they would start ours next. We explained that the order stated what it was for and there was no way we could wait or we would miss the memorial service. Why on earth didn't they call sooner. Now we had to show up empty handed which was so embarrassing. We had it planned out to pickup and drive straight there so the fruit would be fresh. I will NOT give this place a second try. I ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter celebrating her 25th year of employment with her company. I called twice to advise that her office closes early on Fridays and to make sure that this arrangement would be delivered in time for the celebration. I texted my daughter 30 minutes before her office was to close to make sure she had received it and she had not. I called Edible Arrangements in Sumter South Carolina for the third time and they informed me that the arrangement would be delivered within an hour. After explaining that it was already late and her office would not be open in an hour, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager was too busy to speak with me. After complaining, I was put on hold again and then told that they would be leaving shortly to deliver the arrangement. It arrived after the party and twenty minutes before the office closed. The arrangement was beautiful and I was told it was delicious but what a disappointment at a great expense.
This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star!... I ordered flowers, strawberries, balloons and a teddy bear for a total of $144!... I dont know what I was thinking to even pay that much but I wanted something to surprise my mom with! When it arrived, the flowers were an embarrassment, chocolates were mushy, 1 balloon and a tiny bear! It was a joke! I tried to contact the store but nobody answered. Contacted the corporate number and the said $40 would be refunded for the flowers and to wait up to 2 days... 2 days came and gone, NO REFUND! Tried calling again and they said give it 5 days... 5 days came and went, NO REFUND!... BOTTOM LINE is I got burned by this company and I hope people read this so you don't get burned too! This company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered!
Went to Edible Arrangements in Lyndhurst my trays where not correct the ignorant manager had the nerve to say it like when you go to McDonalds or Rally's the food don't look like the picture. That was some ignorant $#*! to say especially when I just spent $200 dollars at your place of busines. All I want is my money back and since your $#*! like McDonalds and Rally's you won't get another dime of my money. PERIOD
Tried to order from their website but the website would not allow me put in my state. Called the company to order over the phone and they would not honor the flex discount which was offered to me on the website (customer service rep said she did not know what that was) so she only gave me the merchandise discount. On the website I was offered a $12.00 discount which was not honored over the phone. I have a copy of what I was offered in my online shopping cart but that didn't matter to them. Not sure I will order from them again... at least not from Perrysburg, OH.

Now they do not want to return the money, besides they say I never called to change the date, and here comes the worst part, they told me to go and pick it up and today I went and they told me they never said that. I would NEVER recomend anyone todo buy anything from them.

My grandmother and I ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for my mother's birthday and wedding anniversary. The delivery arrived about an hour and a half ago.
I was supposed to get them from the Bensalem location #1271. I have many screenshots and an online receipt to show this is the store that I chose. Instead it came from the Morrisville location #422 which I had purposely avoided because of bad reviews.
The chocolate covered strawberries seemed to be fine, but reading other reviews had me doing a closer inspection. It looks like one of the strawberries has mold. I don't see other spots on the rest of them but I don't want to take chances of anyone getting sick.
I know flowers get a little banged up in delivery, but this is too much. As soon as I removed the wrapping around the bouquet, a rose head dropped to the floor, and the break is clearly old because it is brown and bone dry. Then two of the lilies dropped straight down and were hanging because the stems are broken. The roses look as though they are old and have had petals ripped off of the outside. They're also flattened, some way worse than others. The lilies are wilted and have anthers and petals raining down all over the floor and the counter.
I have attached photos of the flowers, strawberry, and receipts. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again. I'll be sure to let my family and friends know the condition our order arrived in and tell them to order from other local businesses with better reviews and prices.

Answer: They only sent part of my order, I found out accidentally the order was only partially delivered. I had to call them to get a small refund but $100 for 12 pieces of wet fruit. SCAM and a rip off... The flowers were the gift. They SUCK!
