First time i ever using this company I spent $115 for my wife their shop is literally around the corner from my wife's job and they still messed up they didn't even call me to let me know what was going on I do not recommend this place. Go to the store and buy your own fruit and do it your self it will mean more I will never ever use this company again I rate this company zero Stars or five thumbs down 0's
When placing an order the delivery was to be at no charge but after reviewing the bill I noticed a charge of $3.99 for freight charged to my credit card. I called twice to their customer service team and asked for a manager who was never available! They told me the delivery.charge would not be reversed because they had to call it into another store that was 12 miles away (according to them the max free delivery charge is 19 miles) and the charges would stand. They just charge your credit card whatever they want and think they can get away with it! Don't trust them and their horrible service!
Ordered online for Mother's Day delivery Saturday May 13,2023. Was supposed to be 3 purple Mother's Day balloons with assortment of Strawberries and pastry items. That is what was shown on picture. What was delivered were 2 ugly balloons and a bunch of unripe strawberries, 1 pineapple, and grapes, all thrown in together. I emailed the company who replied with a reference number and suggestion to call local store in Hampton Va. The store representative insisted that I ordered what was delivered with the exception of the balloons. Said should have been 3, but no guarantee about color. Horrific customer service. No reimbursement or offer to make it right. Do not order from this company. I called the company after calling the local store. Had me on hold, then prompted for me to leave my number. Probably ignoring many unhappy ex-customers.
I think for $75 for a Mother's Day gift you should at least get what you paid for u get 3 very small cheesecakes that were like cardboard 3 peanut butter cups that were so hard and some strawberries that were like mush oh and a hand full of Jordan crackers all for $75 what a rip off especially if a child is buying for their mother do not recommend buy a plant that will last and.bloom east of money do t recommend Shop else were
Because it was international order my bank declined the payment, and when it was approved it showed me the message to contact edible customer service, nobody answered the phone so called next day and was told that there is no coupon deal today nor free delivery, free delivery only applies for next day delivery and they are sorry I lost $20 coupon. Ended up not ordering from them, there is a lot of other options out there edible.
A delicious surprise, the fruits were very fresh and sweet, the strawberries with chocolate were wonderful, I received a gift with lots of love this Valentine's Day! I recommend it for when you want to surprise your loved one
They changed my order from what I had picked online as a gift. Also had to hunt them down to get any updates whatsoever. I placed the order 7 days before Mother's Day to ensure timely delivery and they waited until the last possible minute to deliver it that day. It was for my stepmom but they put the word "mom" on it which I specifically did not want.
I send Edible Arrangements frequently. I have always been satisfied with their service and products. This past week I ordered a fruit platter from 288 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains. It was a sympathy gift. The manager and staff were not only courteous, but they were very accommodating. I had a problem with delivery, and they were in touch with me multiple times to make sure the delivery could be made successfully. They delivered on the Fourth of July, unbelievable as far as I'm concerned, beyond the call of duty. Thank you again to the Manager and Staff at 288 Mamaroneck Avenue! I appreciate you hard work and outstanding customer service. ST

Ordered sympathy flowers not as pictured was told they ill send the florist to pick them up if I want a refund how low can they get then I ordered fruit they used some other company also not as pictured such rip offs
Ordered 02-13-22 Valentine's cookies chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake tray for pickup. Items were crammed on a very small tray. Was told it was a dozen cookies. Actually 9. The clerk told me the larger red tray on the website had been discontinued. The clerk gave me a medium size box & a valentine balloon after 10 minutes of me asking for a larger tray to rearrange the treats myself. You wouldn't never guessed it was Valentine's Day with the way the treats were piled up on one another... red tray-website, black tray-what I got. I'm done, you can find other shops that care what they present to their customers on special occasions.
I just quit working there I told the owner that everybody in there was smoking pot but evidently he doesn't care as well the arrangements place to work or get any arrangements to get them they cut my own white puts not doing good she had four heart attacks they don't care. I placed an order January 11 from a Memphis Branch (1430 union ave) and they did not deliver in a timely manner! When I called, they acted like they would do me a favor! So they took my money, and did not bother to call me to let me know they were not sending my order. Try calling customer service and it's horrible. I love EA, but this experience has left me looking around for more quality products and efficient branches to complete my request.
When you're sending something to another person for a birthday or an anniversary you want them to be able to enjoy it all day while at work or even at home. But apparently with edible arrangements even though their store is located in the town it was being delivered it takes 6 hours to get where it's going and during those 6 hours the person who answers the phone can't tell you where it is or when it will arrive but it will be there by 9:00 p.m. and yes it was raining and that was another excuse she gave however I doordash and it was raining and I was out delivering and everybody got their food on time. At the prices they charge I would not recommend. After spending over $100 my 2-year-old granddaughter got her balloon arrangement and cupcakes after she was in bed for the night thank you edible arrangements.
It has been 5 days since my order was due for delivery and as at time of writing this it has still not been delivered.
Good luck trying to contact anybody, the website fails when trying to lodge a complaint and no response from customer service. I would not recommend using EdibleArrangements to anyone. Absolutely no customer service. Using EdibleArrangements is the equivalent of taking money out of your wallet and burning it.
I recently purchased flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries through the edible arrangement website. They were supposed to deliver the next day which was a Thursday. They never came Thursday or Friday. I contacted the company and the best option they gave me was 4 days later on a Tuesday delivery besides the refund. I chose the refund.
I ordered online on a Thursday for delivery the next day. It was easy to order. The site was easy to get around.
I ordered a yummy tray of assorted chocolate covered goodies to surprise my guy friend at work. Edible Arrangements was a big surprise for my friend and his co-workers got to share in his indulgence. He came home with two chocolate covered strawberries for me. They were big and delicious.
The amount of fruit that's actually put on the platter is appalling, they should be ashamed that they are marking the product up so high. This platter cost me almost $60 dollars. How can they rip hard working people off like this! To top it off the fruit wasn't even fresh!
Edible Arrangements in Flower Mound has absolutely the worst customer care and I would highly recommend not ordering from this company. I saw a special on their website for cookies. I thought well that's perfect for my daughters birthday. Upon trying to order it they said this is a Valentines promo. I said well the. You should take the special down. I didn't create the special. She agreed to give me the price but the. Turns around and says there's a 15.00 delivery fee when all of their stuff is same day delivery. They were only trying to get more money as opposed to honoring their special. Nobody cared about the principle of false advertising. After further research I realized their customer reviews are so low that I don't even know why I bothered. This is the type of service that would spit on your product because that is how rude they are! DO NOT ORDER
Answer: They only sent part of my order, I found out accidentally the order was only partially delivered. I had to call them to get a small refund but $100 for 12 pieces of wet fruit. SCAM and a rip off... The flowers were the gift. They SUCK!
