I tried to order 3 times from this site using credit and debit cards. Put a hold/fraud alert on both and then told me it was my problem and to PISS OFF! So I did. Wasted over an hour of my time to just get abused by their so called customer service. No merchandise just wasted my time. The first customer service rep told me that there security dept. does this all the time. Every other rep told me it was obviously my fault and not theirs. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.
This website advertised sales through an on-line publication for merchandise it did not have and did not provide. It then promised refunds its never provided. The whole think appears to be a ruse.
It's been more than 10 days placed an order with them and still my order hasn't been processed, they don't respond to any of my follow up phone calls or emails, so be aware before making any purchase
I bought on Nov 20th, estimated delivery date was Nov 25-28th. Bought my stuff but they weren't shipping even after the estimated delivery date. I called, emailed 3 times. They never answer. And they just cancelled my order today without any explanation. On the product page of the website, it still says to order the product to receive it by December 8th. What a scam. I'm never buying from End clothing.
Was trying to get my purchase from them due to the quick delivery time as claimed on its website. I initially placed the order on Dec 3,2019 on the basis that it would arrive by Dec 5,2019 (as stated on its order page: "Order now to receive [date]"). It turns out my order wasn't even processed for shipment as of Dec 5 and it is impossible for the parcel to arrive on time. I asked to cancel the order and get the item elsewhere, and was told that I can only return them for refund (after the order get delivered to me) AT MY OWN EXPENSE.
Lesson learnt: Don't take the delivery time stated on its website seriously. They don't mean to abide by it.
Update (Dec 6,2019): The order status is still shown as "Order Received" only without any expected shipping date information.
I ordered from END CLOTHING for the first time and will never order from here again. After 3weeks, the item I ordered has not shipped or been updated since placing the order (The "expected" delivery date was 10days ago). I've received three auto generated emails about "delays." From my experience "customer service" (which is non-existent) does not respond to your inquiries about your order directly. I had to open a case with my bank and get a charge back for my order not being shipped out after putting in numerous requests cancel my order due to a non-shipment. I think three weeks is more than a reasonable amount of time to handle a simple order. In my opinion you should not order from here, as they do not ship your products or respond directly to inquiries, but will try and keep your money after NOT holding up their end of the deal: AKA SCAMMERS

For a luxury boutique, customer service was lacking.
My order took three days to fulfil and took two weeks in attempting delivery, which in my opinion is far too long for luxury goods. Unfortunately this delivery resulted in the shoes I had ordered for my holiday, not arriving on time or ever! My initial email to customer service took three days to answers. The customer service advisor offered no regret for missing my holiday and gave me further details about picking up my parcel from a secure location, which had been absent previously. Unfortunately, I was away, so got a colleague to attend to this, sadly the details were incorrect. Yet again, it took customer service two days to answer my email, yet again no regret about giving incorrect information. I decided to cancel the order as a result of the shoes never turning up and customer service offering no regret. When I complained about the attitude of the customer service person, once again I was offered with no regret or an apology. I will not be shopping here again and can see from other reviews, customer service need some training!
Don't buy from here unless you want to wait an extra week and pay additional costs for shipping fees from FedEx. Not worth it at all!

Why would someone looking for slide-on type of shoes without a back - obviously someone looking for ease of wear and comfort over fashion - then want the toes to be pinched to the point the shoes are unwearable? And unfortunately as an international order, they won't pay for me to return it - and I just checked and it would cost me JUST as much to return the shoes as my purchase did! It was so hard to even find the kind of shoes I was looking for, but I never should have gambled on the UK store. I tried checking sizes and the length is right - held it up to my current shoes needing replaced to make sure - but they are way too damn narrow and I am PISSED. Also, I don't always get to opening packages right away and they only give a FIFTEEN day window for returns! That is RIDICULOUS! I thankfully did fall in the window but not by much and am kind of mad about that too - but it's a moot point since they won't cover shipping and it's not worth sending back. So disappointed in this place.
Absolutely horrific shopping experience in this store. I ordered sneakers and a sweatshirt, the delivery cost 25 euros. In the end, they sent a package through Fed Ex with only one sweatshirt, even though the sneakers are still listed as available on the site.
Then the equally horrifying customer service starts. I demanded to cancel the order and make a refund, because I absolutely do not need the delivery of one sweatshirt for 20+ euros, especially without the sneakers. Grace from customer service said that the product has passed the point of no return (surprisingly, considering their support takes several days to respond, what could go wrong during this time?), and she suggests me to return the product AT MY OWN EXPENSE! Naturally, there can be no question of any refund of delivery cost! Are you guys even sane?
Moreover, Grace said, ignore that the sneakers are available on the website, it's not true, and don't try to order them again, we won't send them to you! This already looks like a pure scam!
I have never encountered worse service and support in my life. It's so terrible that I had to write a review, and moreover, post it on all possible review services where it is possible. Very, very disgusting.
I wish I didn't have to rate them any stars. I had a package go missing back And contact them back on 06/24. I was given information that THE COMPANY would raise the issue with DPD (police dept). After not hearing back from them, I reached out again and all of a sudden the method changed. All of a sudden I need to be the one who obtains a crime report for an issue that has been OVER A MONTH long gone. And all of a sudden I need to obtain this information to REOPEN the claim? They dropped the ball, now here I am left to do what THEY did not do. Not to even mention their terrible customer service. From PHIL especially and Noreen and Stephen who is useless himself. Needless to say, with all of the contact I've had with them and looking at their policy, I will be moving forward with legal action AGAINST End. Clothing regarding how this was handled and more. Its true what they say, always leave a paper trail!
If you live outside of UK, then NEVER EVER ORDER from them since you MUST pay a ridiculous amount for the returning fee IF THE ITEMS DO NOT FIT YOU. It is also my mistake for not checking their return policy, and I assume that the return will be free like any other UK stores that I have ordered. This was my first time (and last time I believe) I ordered from them, and I stupidly made 2 orders in a rows. My eyes were blurred from is the good price of the items :| However, none of the items from these 2 suited/fitted me, and I had to return back to them. I was shocked when the lady told me the price which is $130 for sending them all to UK. I ordered some trainers for my daughter for Christmas and they turned up but were way bigger than the size 7 they were labelled as. So I tried to print of the returns label via the post office link from their website and it would not work. So I spent a day trying to get through on the phone. I was regularly told it was a 10 minute wait and then after 20 minutes was told there was no one to take my call and asked to leave a message and someone would call me back. No one ever called me back. I kept trying and got the same message and then cut off. After several attempts finally got through to someone who told me their system connection to the label generator was faulty and was being fixed and to try again a few days later. I did and managed to get a label. I returned the items on 3 January. Since then no refund, no replacement and am unable to get through to END at all. Out of pocket - no shoes - the email link they provide does not work so I am trying facebook message. Do NOT use this company. If you run into a problem it will be impossible to sort. They take your money and then ignore you

Bought 3 items from 1 brand, 2 bags and 1 jacket.
1) Tote bag comes as it should be, in plastic bag with 2 tags and quality control sheet
2) Jacket comes without quality control sheet and wrong color
3) Bag comes without everything, no bag, tags and quality control sheet.
Send a mail to END, explained the situation, wrong color of the jacket wasn't a main problem as it's dark grey instead of black, so I'm ok with it. But for me it's not acceptable when you buy something from a shop and receive like you bought it used from eBay.
Seems they don't read message at all as asked to take a photo of the sticker on the bag tags/plastic bag, which I don't have of course. Then they said that it's probably because they used this bag for their photo shoots and missed tags.
And after all offered me to return my order and pay for delivery of it.
So if you can buy somewhere else - do it. As if something gone wrong even because of mistakes of the store employees you would need to pay at least for return delivery. Add custom fees to it (if you paid them like me) for the wrong items and it would be a price for their mistakes that you would need to pay.
Bonus: END listed p2p measurements as 23,5', size chart on the official site - 28'. Asked END at their "live chat" about it, need 3 times to copy&paste my question to 2 different persons to receive answer that their(END) measurements are accurate. After I received it I can see where officials measure "p2p" to have 28', but it's definitely no where near 23,5' at the p2p area. So even here they're useless.
